TS3367 has any one out there had any issues using FaceTime over the last few days?
I have been trying to call my wife through facetime for a few days now and am unable to get through. Before then, I have never had an issue. Anyone else out there haveing trouble?

All my entries in 'notes' have disappeared. I had several different 'notes' entered over the last few months but when I opened the app recently, all of them had gone. Any way of getting them back? This has happened once before but they just popped back in a few days later. No such luck this time.

You posted in the "Using Mac App Store" forum but your profile indicates you are using an iPad so that's what I'll try helping you with.
On the iPad tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart the iPad. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

I have an iPad that is now over twelve months old, it doesn't get over used, however in the last few days, it has started to get very hot after only a few minutes use, is this a fixable issue

Safari crashes several times while on pinterest, screen goes black then goes to home screen when I start safari again it keeps doing the same thing. I checked the diagnostics page and there are several references stating low memory yet when I check the memory on the iPad there is plenty of memory help please
The memory that is low is the processor memory, not the overall storage space. Next time, before you go to that site, double tap the home button to see the task bar. You will see the list of apps siting in the recently used list. Most of them are not doing anything, but some of them are using up memory. Touch and hold any one of them until they jiggle, then close them all off by touching the minus sign.
Do that every so often to help the pad use it's memory wisely.
Some apps, and browser pages use a lot of memory, and do not give it back easily, causing what sis happening to you.
You can also get a similar result by rebooting. Press and hold the home and sleep buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider. -
Over the last few days viewing Apple Support Communities with Safari has problems
Each day at times when you try to move from a top level category in Apple Support Communities to the next level down (Example: iPhone>Using iPhone) that link is broken and a blank page appears. If I move to Chrome the same linkage works. I looked an could not find an appropriate place within the Apple Support Communities to raise this issue. I Guess Safari as as good a place as any in that the issue appears to be regularly related to the Community and Safari.

Might be a cookies, cache, or extensions, issue ..
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that doesn't help, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall. -
I have a new Macbook Air, 6 months old, and for the last few days the fan had run continuously, this is the first time it has ever run, and now it won't stop, the fan starts up as soon as I turn it on and the computer seems to running more slowy.The computer is not hot but I am worried it may burn out,.Any ideas on how I can fix this please ?

Here is the screen shot, just the top half, there are another 10 pages, but I guess this should enough for you to have an idea of waht is going on, bit small I am afraid. No, I don't have any apps setup to run when I open my computer, the kernel, varies between 290 and 305 per cent ish.
Would that PRAM thing help ? I think it may be the computer itself, well something inside, as this the first time that the fan has ever started running since I have this computer, even when I have 3 or 4 apps running.

I cannot log on to my Comcast e-mail from my IMac anymore. This is a new issue, recently I had to delete cookies from my system in order so my email wasn’t frozen, but over the past few days it has went from bad to worse. I am able to enter my login information, but it just goes right back to the home page. Any suggestions…maybe I deleted something else in the process.
OK, restart in Safe Mode, this will clear some caches. It's possible one or more is corrupt. To restart in Safe Mode when you hear the start up tone hold down the Shift Key until you see a progress bar. Let it fully boot then restart normally and test.
Also I am assuming you have checked Finder - Preferences - General and see what boxes are checked in "Show these items on desktop." You can also mount an item in Disk Utility, simply highlight it and then look in the File menu for Mount..... -
This has only happened during the last few days. My iPad first generation has started to crash whilst using Safari. Any suggestions as to what might be the cause?

In the last few days iTunes on my iMac intel 21.5" has been launching unexpectedly and repeatedly. I have OSX 10.7.2 and iTunes 10.5.3 installed and usually only Mail and Safari running, although it makes no difference what else is actually running. Any ideas?
Thanks for the reply. I don't use MobileMe, so it shouldn't have been that. I did a complete computer reset by shutting down, pulling the plug for several minutes. Since then, the problem has not reappeared, so I'm hoping that the problem has been solved.

I downloaded a movie on my apple tv and now when I try to watch it tells me there is an error and to try later. I have tried several times over the last 5 days and nothing changes. Any help please?

I changed my Apple ID and had problems with my Account.Once iTunes Store had sorted those out I decided to back up on my 3 devices.Now my Notes and Reminders are all old ones and the new ones I created in the last few days have disappeared.
Ok. Found something that said to shut down and hold the option, command, p, and r keys on restart. Held them down for a few restarts and everything automatically signed in and works. Woohoo!!!
