It was through Gmail. They blocked an attempt to log in to my acct from Bankok or some place like that. So...I created a new password but now cannot get email for my ipad. Cannot get my ical to recognize my email acct etc.

I have Creative Cloud installed and Photoshop installed, but I can not open the program itself. No idea why, everything is up to date and I was using it just fine yesterday.

Ever since I updated InDesign CC (2014) approximately 22 days ago... I CANNOT get the welcome screen to not come on at the launch on InDesign. I set the preferences in InDesign to NOT show the welcome screen upon launch, but it will NOT hold the preferences i choose. Anyone else have any other ideas? I am about to lose my mind... I hate you ADOBE!!!
that s just the problem, that is why my level of frustration is boiling over ... I have told InDesign over and over again "Do Not Show Again" but it will just not hold the settings. It might hold it for a day or so, but then suddenly there it is again on another launch. Very very annoying.

There are a number of other threads from people reporting a problem with a blank Updates tab in the App Store app - it looks like there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.
Some posts are suggesting that you if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app you might be able to update the apps from there, though you will need to scroll through the list to find those with updates and individually update them. -
Hi When I download an app on my iPad 3 it comes up ok on my homepage and shows waiting but it will not load & install. This has only just started a couple of days ago, and I have tried resetting the iPad but the problem persists. Hope some one can help, thanks. Zeters.
Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and apps should start downloading.
If there are no pending or stalled downloads, sign-out of account, reboot and sign-in again. -
With the old version, all I had to do was go to the log in page to any of my email accounts or membership sites and scan my finger. It would fill in the fields and open my account. I like this new version of Firefox, but if I am not able to use that password manager then I will have to install the older version.

Facetime and access to the Appstore is working fine.

LI would try a restart on the computer.
More then likely itunes cannot get to the usb port, or the computer is having troubles.

I have read alot of suggestions on how to fix it..I have deleted a few of the apps and tried reinstalling them but that won't work either. I have completely turned off the Ipad and it still asks me to update them...It does allow me to install a new app however.
The problem corrected itself,....i tried to delete the post but could not do it.

The Safari icon keeps bouncing but it will not open the browser
I Installed Yosemite two days ago, usually use Google, but I decided to try Safari. Yesterday, I open it for the first time, it seem to work ok. I installed some extensions and now is just bouncing and it will not open?
Close all windows and quit all applications.
Click the Spotlight -the magnifying glass icon- in the menu bar. Enter Disk utility in the box.
Select Disk Utility from the drop down. When the Disk utility window opens up,
select Macintosh HD, then First Aid.
Click Repair Disk Permissions button.
Ignore the time remaining estimate.
Last 1 minute may take longer. -
Laptop crashing. Purchased new. Had 30 day free trial of CS4. Activated and used that.
My serial # would not work when prompted for it.
Yesterday, chat session helped me to download the software again. Download took 3 hours so chat session ended before install could be completed.
Today I rand the install.
The first time the session ended with a "failed to install" and a list of programs (all of them).
Second and subsequent attempts result in getting to the "Cancel/Install" screen. Message says "Preparing to install" but nothing happens for a significant amount of time.
Please advise. How do I complete the install? I do need to use this software very, very soon.

I am not able to recover my keychain access. I followed the directions to "Reset My Default Keychain" and then entered a new password. It will not accept a new password. How do I Reset or recover the KeyChain Access Password?

please help me to fix this i jave all of my 6 thousand plus music with some videos back onto my ipod touch this happened to me this year well a week ago or two last year and also the years before to with or without any backups but i have my other software for that saved all of my stuff thank gosh but now nothings playing so i love itunes its the best but when it doesn't play or find my lots of songs makes me mad sometimes but anyways thanks for any or all the help you can to fix this problem

Adobe no longer supports the installation and use of Acrobat 6 as it is a very old version which is not compatible with Windows 7.
I would suggest you to please use the latest version of Acrobat i.e. 11.0.10 which is fully compatible with your OS with its enhanced features and functions.
You might download a free 30-day trial version of Acrobat from here:

Where are you trying to get Flash Player from? Downloading is different from installing but many malicious websites offer to supply Flash Player as a means of installing malicious software and gathering personal information (e.g., passwords). You should get Adobe Flash only from Adobe and this link lets you download the full installer (Mac OS X (Intel) DMG) and run it locally. At that point OS X will ask for your password and if you've been using it successfully for other purposes (e.g., changing some items in System Preferences), it should work there too. Note that once Flash Player is installed, a Preference panel is installed too, and in it you can authorize Adobe to update Flash automatically.
