My wife is having the same problems as a reciever. She works in a school as a teaching assistant and her teacher sends messages that are mixed with previous texts from ages ago.
Can anyone shed some light on this problem or is it only her and this poster?

If you removed the device from your iCloud account rather than using the "Stop Lost Mode" option, then you will most certainly need to restore the iPhone, and that will require a computer running iTunes.

just installed PS 13 elements and loaded pictures into organizer. after using PS editor now organizer is not reloading. I keep getting error message saying organizer unexpectedly quit, do you want to reopen. When I click on it to reopen it doesn't and I get the same message again. I rebooted computer, still did it, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I am still getting the same error message. This is on Mac OS with yosemite. Any Ideas Please!!!

How can I keep text messages sent from my or husband's phone from being received on daughter's iPod, and vice versa? We have five devices on one iTunes account - 2 iPhones, 2 iPods and an iPad.

This is typically caused by both devices sharing an Apple ID for iMessage and FaceTime. I would recommend signing out of iMessage on your daughter's device. Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out. Then sign in with the desired Apple ID.

HT5538 All text messages sent to my wife are also coming to my phone. How can we stop this?
My wife's iPhone 4 and my iPhone 4S are both using iOS 6. We also sync to an iMac and a Macbook Pro. My wife updated her phone last night. Then today I received a message on the iMac to provide my e-mail password for iMessage and FaceTime. Since then, any text messages sent to my wife are automatically sent to my iPhone. Even messages I send to her are sent back to me as if I had written them to myself. Messages she gets from other people are sent to me as well. How do we fix this so that messages sent to her go only to her? Also we use a single Apple ID for all our devices--iPhones and Macs, but we have done that for a couple of years, and this problem has not arisen before.
I can confirm it is using the single ID that is causing this issue.
You will need to use multiple ID's however, these can share the same payment ID.

I had to uninstall my iTunes and now it won't reinstall, I just keep getting error messages
After the last iTunes update, I could no longer access iTunes on my Windows desktop computer. I tried to repair it, but kept getting error messages. I uninstalled iTunes and rebooted my computer and then reinstalled it. I receive an error message that adds the country code again. I tried it with no country code and the area code included but I still receive an error message. It only does it sometimes and not to all Sweden contacts. There is no obvious reason why it does it to some but not others. Does any know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank you!
Only other thing I can suggest is to reset your phone. This won't touch any data or settings:
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release. -

Keep getting error message from 'Cron Daemon'
I have been running an Xserve G4 with Mac OS X Server 10.3.9 as a mail server and web server for several years now with no problems. Recently, however, I tried to set up a mailing list, which I had never done before. When I tried doing this, OS X automatically created a mailing list called "Mailman" for me, in addition to the mailing list I created.
Now I keep getting error messages sent by "Cron Daemon <[email protected]>" to that "Mailman" mailing list. The error messages are sent to the mailing list and I get them as a subscriber to the list. They read:

I did some research on the OS X Server support pages and discussion forums and couldn't find any references to such a problem.
With a worldwide search with Google, I only found very obscure stuff about Python, which I know nothing about.
The mailing lists appear to be working fine other than that (and the fact that Mailman uses "www.mydomain.com" instead of just "mydomain.com").
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In other words, the error message is still coming, but now it's being sent by "[email protected]" and since this is not a subscriber to the list, I get the admin notice requiring approval. (It's in French because I am using mailman's French-language option, but you should get the gist of it .)
I still do not know:
1) what causes this message and what it means
2) why it's coming from "[email protected]" rather than "[email protected]".
Like I said, I changed the "host_name" option from "www.mydomain.com" to "mydomain.com" in both mailing lists I have, but obviously there is still some part of Mailman that thinks it should be using "www.mydomain.com".
I am afraid I still don't know what to do about this.
FWIW, I ran the check_perms command you gave me this morning and it did find 10 problems and corrected them. I don't know yet if this will help with this particular problem. -
I just installed the latest security update and now I cannot access iPhoto. I keep getting a message that it quit unexpectedly due to some conflict with the Scene Kit plugin.
I'm using a Macbook Pro Mavericks Version 10.9.5Probably the reboot used to log into the Guest account and then your account again fixed the problem. If often will.

I keep getting a message to change screen resolution when I attemtp to access Media Manager
Does anyone know a resolution to this? My computers display setting/resolution are set at 1440x900 however, I keep getting a message to change it. It tells me to change to a setting of 1040x760 or above and I already am.
Any help would be appreciated.I don't have a solution - that can be found elsewhere in the forums. I have a question about this thoug. I am using a Dell Netbook and cannot set the display options to the settings required to use Meida Manager.
Is there a way around this display setting requirement? I like everything about Desktop Manager on my Netbook, with this exception.

I am using an I phone 5 in Germany and trying to get text messaging to work through the hands free Bluetooth connection on a Honda CRV. It keeps telling me that text messaging is not a feature of my phone. messages come in on the phone.How to resolve ?
mono 8 bit 8k is 64kbps, yes. 8 bits times 8,000 = 64,000 = 64k bits/sec.
And yes I think that's a typo - there's no such thing as 'Mone' that I've ever heard of...
But you might want to check to find out if this is a mu-law non-linear format, possibly - there are several ways that 8 bit 8k wav files can be encoded, and typically phone systems don't use linear ones. If you have a log-in to Zultys' user-base system they have an FAQ there, I believe - the answer might be in that, and it won't cost $500. -
I've tried to intall ios 7 but on the activation part on the phone i keep getting a message saying 'your iphone could not be activated becayse rge activation server cannot be researched. unfortunately no, a million people are attempting to update their phones right now, and thus activate them. Patience will have to suffice.
For the future, I would recommend not updating essential work devices on the launch day
