Settings>messages>Send & Receive> Start New Conversations From and select your phone number.

Apparently this feature did not make the cut for iOS7 on an iPhone 4. It is on 4S and 5's, but not a regular old iPhone 4. I have a 4 also, and it is not on mine either.

It calls both the ipad and iphone when calling the associated email address for the ipad. However, when I call the iphone it does not call the IPAD.

I am changing from Word to Pages. I have created my custom template with all my styles etc and that is what comes up when I go for a New Document. Fine. How do I get it to use the same Custom Template when I use Pages to open a Word document?

The template is a document in itself, it is not applied to an existing document whether it is a Pages document or a Word document converted to a Pages document.
You would need to either copy and paste content, using existing styles, or apply the styles to the converted Word document.
You can Import the Styles from an existing document and those imported Styles can be used to override the current document's styles:
Menu > Format > Import Styles
The process is simplified if the styles use the same names, otherwise you will need to delete the style you don't want and replace it with the one that you do want when asked, then the substitution is pretty straightforward.

It sounds like you are not seeing your Home Shared content from your computer on your iPad. I would use the instructions in the following article to verify the settings for that function are still setup correctly on both the devices:

I have alot of music on my iphone 4 that i cant get on to my itunes account on the computer, when i sync the phone it doesn't transfer the music on to my computer. how can i get the music off my phone and into my itunes without it deleteing all my music?

My number keys appear with a letter in front, for example 2 appears as w2. How do I get that to stop?

Only the number keys on my keyboard are malfunctioning besides the number 0. For example when I press 1 it appears as q1. When I press 2 it appears as w2.
I am not sure if I accidentally pressed something on my keyboard that has changed the functioning of my number keys. It just suddenly happened.
I've tried fidgeting with the keyboard settings in System Preferences and holding down the f6 key but nothing has worked.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

A box disappeared that used to let me select a program to open downloads, how do I get that back?

I used to be able to click on an attachment in e-mail and a box would open saying, do you want to use "x" program to open the file? I'd click yes and the file would open. Now when I click on an attachment I then have to go to downloads and click on the item there to open it.

Click on the Menu bar and go to View . Or, hover over where the Menu bar shiuld be and click on it when it appears. Try quitting and relaunching Finder.

I backed up my new iphone using icloud. Everything came up but my music didnt. How can i get that music back?

Music is not part of the backup. Either re-download it if you purchased it from the app store, or sync it to the phone from the itunes library on your computer, where it should already be.
