Turn off CSS compile warning

Hi all,
How do I turn off the compiler warning about unused CSS
styles. I need the solution for both locally compiled SWF and those
compiled in Flex Data Services. flex-config.xml doesn´t have
the node option.
Thanks
David

Thanks Brent for your quick response. That works well with
the compile locally option. I found the solution if you are
compiling with FDS.
Its in the docs under:
Building and Deploying Flex 2 Applications > Building Flex
Applications > Flex 2 SDK and Flex Data Services Configuration
> Flex Data Services configuration
You can change the flex-webtier-config.xml file and turn the
production setting on, or use the queryString parameter
(showAllWarnings=false) if you are just testing.
Cheers
David

  • Is it possible to turn off CSS and design text with HTML only?

I'm trying to design text with HTML only ie: Font, Color, Size. The only method I'm aware of is to highlight the text and then go to Insert> Html> Text Objects. That method is tedious and time consuming.
I'm not looking for arguments or reasons as to why I should use CSS, I'm simply looking for a solution to disable CSS and design with HTML. I'm using Dreamweaver CS5.
    Thank you,
    Paul

    Murphy,
Thank you for your response. I checked the preferences as you advised and could not find any option to turn off CSS. I don't understand why there doesn't seem to be a straightforward solution to this, it seems so simple. The reason is that the code will be inputed into an eBay listing and therefore CSS code is not supported.
Any other input for a seemingly simple yet complex solution to this is welcome and appreciated.

  • Turn off low ink warning on F4180

I would like to turn off the 'low ink' warning pop-up within the HP Solutions center with the Deskjet F4180 without disabling bidirectional communication.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Really HP? You are going to fill my 24" screen with low ink warnings. 18 warnings? I don't need any warnings. I need to be able to turn them off.
Anyone else out there want them off too? Please let HP know!
For Windows systems turning off bidirectional support in the port settings may resolve the issue.  I see in another post that you are running OS X.  For this question you may have better results posting your question in HP's Mac Printing Forum.

  • How to turn off Enclosure Intrusion warning

One of my co-workers opened our Xserve G5 very slightly to adjust it in the rack, now when I go into Server Monitor the Enclosure Intrusion warning light is on. How do I turn this off. Rebooting hasn't helped. I recently reinstalled the server to upgrade it from 10.3 to 10.4 and that didn't turn off the warning either.
Xserve G5 Single 2.0 GHz CPU   Mac OS X (10.4.4)

There really is no enclosure intrusion light on any Xserve.
There is a light that indicates if the enclosure is locked. If it's that light you are referring to, just use the key to turn it completely counter clockwise.
The other light is the system identifer light which can turn on for a variety of reasons (for example opening the server enclosure).
If it the light is on permanently, this could indicate a hardware issue, lke a degraded mirror, failing fan, RAM, etc.
If you want to know what tripped it, just open the console application (as admin/root), expand the /var/log tab and look for the hwmond.log file. This will tell you what caused it.
Otherwise use the Server Monitor application (add server if not listed) and see if everything has a green light)
    Hope this helps...

  • PWG4 12 inches turn off without any warning still 47% bat

    Hi
Is anyone have this problem before, whithout any warning my PBG4 12I turn off even if is still have power in battery 40 to 50%, The only way to turn it on is to plug it and it came alive again.
By the way i dont remember wher to set the warning time % of battery,i check in pref sys pwr energy on battery mode see nothing.
    Thanks for help

This is the sign of a lithium battery almost on it's last legs, and it's not an unusual indicator. You can charge it up, and somewhere below 50%, it will just go to zero, shutting the computer down. It happens so quickly you don't get a warning. IF the battery stats are still good, you probably have a fair number of cycles on the battery.
Time for a new battery. Recommend either an OWC battery, which has gotten good reviews here, and can be seen at http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/powerbook/battery/g4-12inch-aluminum/ or an Apple battery, although the comments on the Apple web site are not very positive.

  • U410 (i5) Turns off randomly without warning

    Hello
I just purchased brand new U410 for my sister. On the first day it turns off without warning, multiple times, but then it survive without any incident for hours until I shutdown it properly. I thought it was faulty driver and the bundled windows 8 need an update. I updated the windows 8 and installed all the driver available on Lenovo Support website. Well it runs perfectly fine for few days, then I give it to my sister as a birthday present. Yesterday she use it for the first time for browsing the internet and creating presentation then the U410 just turned off without warning. She turned it on but after few minutes, it's turn off again, repeatedly. She gave up and cry. As a brother who gave her the laptop, I have to responsible to make it works.
Next day I try to use it for work, and it's happen again, turned off without warning multiple times. I decided to take it to store where I purchased it. It works normally perfectly and smoothly without any trouble. i felt like a fool. Then when I get back on my desk, use it for few minutes then it turned off, again and again.
I'm not an expert on computer technology, I'm just a basic user. I read the other forums, they said it can be solved by re-install or tweak something, honestly I don't have that capability. Taking it back to Lenovo Service centre is difficult, I live in rural area in Indonesia with limited internet and transportation support.
I have try to change the power management and nothing happen, it just turn off suddenly. I've spend more than 24 hours downloading drivers for nothing. I need help and already desperate. Lenovo? Help.
PS. My laptop is U410 bundled with Windows 8
    Serial Number QB06157482
In the box there was only the laptop and charger. Nothing else, not even a disc or thumb drive.
    Sorry for my poor english.

    CPU temperature is completely fine.

  • How do I turn off CSS Minify in DreamWeaver CS6?

This is very disruptive during site development. I've looked everywhere.

    ST-
I got excited when I saw this:
(hmmmm for some reason I cannot attach the screengrab using Safari, even though it is a 450px by 400px gif. I can Choose it, but not Insert it. I'll upload it to the www. --that worked, see below)
I thought Use FTP performance optimization might be the culprit. It is not an option on DWCS3 which I have be using. But alas, turning off that Option did not solve the problem.
I am thinking I could use iShowU and make a screencast of how I am testing this.
    1. formated file in DWCS3 uploaded = formated file on server.
    2. formated file in DWCS6 is uploaded = minified file on server.
But I have a busy day and will have to do this later in the week.
Thanks again for your suggestions and comments.
    PS
I first discovered this on a clients website that is hosted on anotherhost/server. I cross-checked it with a different client on a different host/server. That's three different hosts. (in trying to work with the mified style.css on client03, I completely screwed up the site and had to ask the host to reset the site to the previous day;s backup. Major bummer.)

  • How to turn off "No Subject" warning window

    Hi-
How do I turn off the window that pops up and says "Your message has no subject." I looked in Preferences, but did not see it. Thanks

I hope you can't, and won't be able to turn off the pop-up message... ever. People that send me messages for their benefit need to tell me what they want or the rule I built is that it's Junk.
Rule Name: Blank Subject to Junk
If All of the following conditions are met
Subject Does not contain - a
Subject Does not contain - e
Subject Does not contain - i
Subject Does not contain - o
Subject Does not contain - u
Subject Does not contain - y
    Move message to mailbox: Junk
My clients need to learn how to conduct business in the real world, with rules of etiquette, just like the jerks that use all caps.
The good news is that even if you can eventually turn off the popup, my filter rule will still work

  • HT1237 macbook pro turns off with no warning...

my macbook pro (late 2011) is powering down without warning. I'll be writing an email and w/o warning, it's off. I'm unable to turn it back on with the power button unless i hold it down for a slow count to 10. Fyi - machine is 100% charged when this  happens. Two days ago, I did SMC and PRC resets with Apple Care. I needed to do both of these again yesterday on my own. Can anyone tell me what's going on - do I need a new battery? Thanks

  • How do I turn off the logout warning?

I get a warning when I try to shut down my machine saying that the other account holders may lose unsaved work. I want to shut this off! How do I do that?
    Thanks.

You don't. It is trying to protect you.
You go back to the other accounts and log them off first, or get in the habit of not leaving them open in the first place.
