TV Show not autorized to vew on this Apple TV.

Fairly new to the Apple TV. I recently purchased an episode of a show from the iStore and then synced it with my Apple TV.
When I try to watch it on the Apple TV it tells me it is not authorized to view this TV show.
Is there something I am missing?
My computer is authorized and I did enter the code to allow my to my apple TV to sync (MP3s, home made movies, photos, and such all work on the Apple TV) with my iTunes.

Here is a thought? Does the AppleTV need to have net access to authorize said TV show though the iStore or such?
Currently I have it hooked up directly through my computer in my secondary ethernet port. I can always connect it back up to my router if this is the case.

Ipad shows not charging

My ipad is showing not charging. I have checked the cords, plug ins etc. and have tried to charge via my PC and directly into the wall. It still shows not charging. Anyone had this issue?

First, try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
Usually when an iPad own't charge it's one of four things
bad power brick or wrong power brick
bad cord
bad outlet
Verify that the brick you're using is a 10-12W charger, not a 5W iPhone charger.
swap out the card or outlet to confirm or rule those out
If you go thorugh this and your iPad still can't charge, then the foruth thing could be an issue with the port. You can blow it out with a can of air if you have it (don't go digging around in there because if you hurt those pins, then even if there is something wrong inside, the blame will fall on any damage you do)
If you're down to thinking it's your ipad's port, make an appointment at your local apple store and have them take a look at it. If your port has failed (not been damaged) then it could fall under a manufacturer's defect and be covered by the warranty

On Demand Shows Not Updating

I have been browsing through some topics about shows not updating On Demand. This has been a problem for a few weeks now.
I stumbled upon a reply about this problem from a Verizon Tech and he said it is up to the Network to update their On Demand Programming.
This is not a true statement, on the same network some shows are updating and some are not.
Any comments or thoughts on this?

The networks are responsible for providing the video content to Verizon. What they provide to us, we immediately upload to the VOD servers. We do not control the content provided to us.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Check to see what is different between setups. You may want to reset prefences in the balky computer.

If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.

When I check on the phone itself (iCloud and App Store settings) the Apple ID is correct. I'm not sure where else to check.
Whilst setting up the phone, it prompted me to register, which I did. Then when connecting to my laptop through iTunes it prompted me again so I registered again. I even got a confirmation email to the email address associated with my Apple ID that the registration was successful.
How can I add my iPhone 5s to the list of devices on the correct Apple ID?

If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.

Have you tried the standard fixes:
- Reset:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore the iPod from backup via iTunes
- Restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod.
If still problem you likely have a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genus Bar of an Apple store is in order.
