Two diff fi entries from similar type of 2 p.o and migo

Question

can you suggest some thing for another problem
we made 2 P.O in one case we did migo and miro there was no problem i.e while MIGO we got an entry for MIGO FI
stock dr
GR/IR cr .
but when we made MIGO for second P.O we are getting FI entry
stock 1000 dr
gr/ir 1000 cr
purchase price var 500 dr
rounding off expense 500 cr .
I am not able to get the reason why we are not getting this purchase price variance and rounding of exp entry
where is mistake in making P.O or mistake started in MIGO.
pls suggest something

when we see the accounting doc in document currency which is in usd we see
purchase price var    0.00  usd 
rounding off exp        0.00 usd
but when i see this doc in local currency i get
purchase price var         14567    inr      dr
rounding off exp             14567    inr      cr
for   rounding off exp  we have posting key 93 rest i would be able to tell on monday
