Two pages reuse a task flow -------how to reinitialize the task flow?

Hi, i get a question.
In general:
In the navigation menu i have two commandlink that are "Service" and "Application". And when i click on each of the two command links, i go to a page.
The detail:
This two commandlinks use a same task flow-----that is : <af:commandNavigationItem...... definition of this two link' action attributes are just the same.
What's more, the pages that i go to when i click on the link also use the same one, just show something different bansed on the paramaters when alick on the link. The parameters are defined in the <af:commandNavigationItem...... using <af:setPropertyListener..
And the question is:
when i click on the "Service" link and see the "Add service" page and then click "Application" it's still the "Add service" page, and otherwise is the same. i just can not jump freely through this tow link.
I have debuged the code and find that, once i click "Service" link then i click "Application" link, the task flow won't reinitialize.
Any one has some solutions?

You can use Task Service API's to update any properties of a task:
In your case, to update the outcome of the task, you can use the following API:

How to change the Task title on runtime?

Hi experts again,
My customer is struggling with something very simple: how to customize the Task title. You can certainly create an argument in the task, use Data Associations to map the argument, and then use XPath expression to get the value from the task payload and set it to the task title. That works fine. But it only executes once, when the process instance 'enters' in the task.
So once the Task is created, you can see the custom title in the Workspace.
Now, can we change the Title on runtime? I thought you could get the task payload, update the title and finally update the task but this does not seem to work. Here's the code that does it.
In this example, the priority is updated successfully but not the title.

What do you use the Content Server for? If its for archiving you need to run the STORE job to send the data to the CS.
I can't see a reason to automate that process

Run S_ALR_87012271 (menu path A/C-FA-GL-Info System- GL Reports - BS/PL/Cashflow-general-cash flow)
In the screen enter the year & Company code, & execute. you will reach to another screen.
Click on the "FORM" & you will reach another screen having various forms. The form related to Cash flow is already highlighted.
Go to EDIT-General Data Selection - Change the financial statment version pertaining to your company
Then, click on each line item in the form which is being displayed and enter corresponding GLs.
Save it & execute S_ALR_87012271

Go to SE09..
Give your user name..Press enter..It will display all the CRs..
Place the cursor on the task of the CR you want to release..
Press the transport button (F9)..
Do the same for all the tasks..
Then place cursor on the CR..
Press the transport button (F9).
Now the CR is released...
You can basis team to import the CR to quality system using the transaction STMS.

How to remove the tasks which are not manually recoverable?
I tried performing manual recovery for the BPEL processes but there are few tasks which cant be manually recoverable..
Could you please tell me how to remove those tasks and also tell me which information in the console is the task_id in the database?

I am new to CRM. Want to know how to change the task type of Bdoc from update to insert. I am gettind B doc error due to the reason that under object_task the entry is U , whereas i have to change it to I (insert).

I am doing a work around.
1. Using project I select tasks 201 to 216 and link it to get the predecessors, which I copy and paste at the task 300 and unlink and delete the predecessors from 201 to 216.
2. create sequential list from 200 to 215 in spreadsheet (excel) and copy at task 300.
Is there any better way ..

If you have the list arranged properly, you can do this.
Say you have a list of tasks 201 - 216 inclusive, and they are the predecessors of tasks 301 - 316 inclusive.
Display the ID column, copy the ID numbers 201 - 216, then paste the list into the predecessors of 301 - 316.
If you have tasks 201 - 216 and they are all predecessors of 217 (because 217 is a finish milestone), you can type in all of the predecessors 201,202,203,...216. However, it is easier to copy the ID numbers from the ID column, paste them into MS WORD,
display the hidden characters to show the paragraph marks, then use replace to replace the paragraph marks with commas, then copy the list and paste back into MSP in the predecessor cell of task 217.
There are many tricks like this to avoid typing.
Another useful trick is to use concatenation in EXCEL to construct text strings and paste back to MSP.

i have upgraded my owb from version 11gr1 to 11gr2. the installation is complete and all my mappings and objects are imported successfully.
i was able to execute the mappings using the sql code:
@/oracle/product/11.2.0/owb/rtp/sql/sqlplus_exec_template.sql
by logging into sqlplus as the user in whose schema mappings are deployed.
hOwever, suddenly i am getting the error since sometime back - not sure what might have happened or what might have gone wrong. can someone please help me understand what might be wrong - how to decode this?

How to call the task flow one region from another region?

I have page with 3 regions (column wise) named as start, center, end.
currently I having task flow for middle(i.e, center) region which have panelCollection to perform view, create, & delete functions.
Task flow:-
From(action)To
View(create)Create
Create(Done)Execute (Execute is a method call)
Execute(*)View
View(self)Execute
By press create button on Center page, task flow takes to the Create page(in Centre region) but all other regions(start, end) remains same.
I have a usecase where we have a commandLink on Start region to show the View page on Center region. but it is not able to achieve when we move to Create/Edit page.
Plz help me out to built the same.

Hi!
First, I'm not sure that your page layout is adequate. The regions are not intended to be navigated from outside. Yet, they can send navigation action to the container (page on which the region is placed) through Parent Action taskflow element. Also, you can investigate Contextual Events that can be raised by region, but I'm also not sure that this can be easily used for cross-region navigation.
I would suggest you to reconsider you page layout. You can use dynamic regions (which are populated by taskflow based on menu selection or click on actionLink or s button). This way, in the Start facet you place a navigation menu (links), which are connected with dynamic region in Center. If you want to reuse a navigation links (in Start), you can put all this in page template and reuse it over and over again.

Evny 4500 only printing page and a half of two page document, does anyone know how to resolve?

Can anyone help? I've just bought a new printer and printed first copy of 2 successfully (double page), second copy only printed half number of pages (12 of 25) and even when I've tried printing per page same thing happens. Any idea how to fix this problem?

I see that you are having issues printing a full page and multiple pages. I can help you, but I will need some more information.
In the mean time, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?
What operating system are you using? How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
What application are you printing from?
Try another application to see if you have the same results.
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)
