Two price discount A & B , Discount B only active in the Billing document

Dear Gurus
we have 2 discount , A & B,
In the sales order , the  user is only see the Discount A,
when create the billing document, we hope the Discount B has active,
Example :
in sales order :
PR00 = 100
MWST = 17%
Discount A = -10%
Total = (100-10) *1.17 = 105.3
In the Billing
PR00= 100
MWST = 17%
Discount A = 10%
Discount B = 2%
Total = (100-10-2) *1.17 = 102.96
in the price procedure , I'd set the "Discount B "  requirement = 24 ,
But in the testing , seems the Discount B is not active ,
How to setting to let this Discount B active ?
Thanks.

Hi ,
You can check in following sequence :
1. First verify the condition records are all set fine. Check the validity dates of condition records vs. the date you are creating the invoice.
2. Check the pricing analysis option so that you can see the reason why the values are not coming .
3. Also , on which value you want to calculate the disc B ? Is it on value after disc A or on value after tax ? Verify the relevant  steps coorectly in pricing procedure .
Hope this helps. !

I had two email accounts on mobile me.  Only one of the accounts now shows as an iCloud account. What do I need to do?

What do you mean by 'I had two email accounts on mobile me'?
Did you have two separate individual MobileMe accounts? Each needs to be migrated separately; one can be signed into in System Preferences>iCloud and the other in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts & Calendars.
Did you have a Family Pack with subaccount(s), or 'email only' accounts attached to a main account? Again, each sub-account/email-only account needs to be migrated separately, will become a full separate iCloud account and they can be signed into as above.
Did you have email aliases? These should be transferred along with the account. They are not separate accounts, and do not appear as such in Mail; messages to them appear in the iCloud inbox alongside messages to the main address.

  • USER EXIT/ BADI (The price should not be changed in the billing document)

    Hi all,
We have given manual entry provision for pricing in Sales order level. But as per the company requirement, the price should not be changed in the billing document. Also the point to be considered is, it is a delivery based billing.
Kindly help me for finding USER EXIT/ BADI to achieve my requirement.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Please refer to OSS notes:
105621 - Authorization check for the condition screen - you can use following user-exit includes for changing the condition tab to display only:
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
        USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_LEER
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KZWI
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KOPF
1165078 - Authorization check for conditions or subtotals - from ECC6.0 EHP4 there is a dedicated BAdI for authorization check, however if the user is not aurhorized to change the conditions, the conditions are not visible for the user as well.

  • How to sum up billing documents and provide scale based discounts

    Dear Gurus,
    Here is the client's requirement:
Actually the client requires that after two weeks some of the customers are given discount based on the total quantity or value been sale.
Invoice list seems a great option but issue is that its sums up the factor discount from all the billing documents.Although, the client requires that after the toal quntity or value been taken from the billing docuements a scale is applied at the level of invoice list. For example
    billing 1  value 10,000 discount 3 %   = 300
    billing  2 value  1,000  discount 3%    =30
    system response:
invoice list  value 1100 discount =330
    client requirement
    invoice list value 1100
    scale  :  if value <= 500  discount 3%
                 if value >500 && value<2000  discount 4%
required value : invoice value 1100 discount 400
Kindly help , if there some better option availble in invoice lists or any other solution you may come up or suggest.
    Regards,
    Sam Ahmed

    Hello,
you can create a discount condition type and add access sequence to it. If your client does not have access sequence as per your requirement create one with copying a standard access sequence for discounts.
you can create a separate table to fulfill changes so that access could be made.

  • After creating billing document where can i see the discount amt in FI

    Hi  gurus,
once the billing document is released to accounting how the values like company expenses are updated (for example if the company spends money on its selling products in the way of  expenses, discount amount, rebate amount etc)...how these things configured in SD (probably based on pricing i believe) side and how the corresponding Accounts are updated in FI....is there any relationship between tcode VKOA and pricing....if yes how it is related......which table we can see the values for expenses account are updated (in FI  side)...
    your help much appreciated...
    regards
    dinesh.a

    Hi,
Go to define pricing procedure.V/08.Here for the condition types at right hand side you can see the column Acct key. Here you assign the account key.
Depending on your determination maintaied in VKOA(Account determination) System will read the account key from pricing and GL account from the determination.
GL account number will be given by FI person, you just have to assign in VKOA.

  • Create Sales order with reference to a Billing Document - Net price issue

    Hi Everyone,
The Billing Document has one line item with Net value of 16,000. However, when I create the Sales Order with reference to the Billing Document, the net price shows 64,000.  When I check the Document flow of the Billing Document, there were two Contracts on top of my Billing Document. One is a contract with the overall status of "Being Processed" and this is where I checked the net value is 64,000. The next contract invoice is already completed (net value is 16,000).
Has anyone encounter such case? How would I be able to create the sales order with reference to the Billing document and have the net value of what is in the Billing Document (16,000). Which part of the configuration is setting this up. Thanks!

    Hi,
This is a very rare case, if you are sure of the scenario, would suggest you two alternatives:
    1) whenever you go against the flow of SAP, you have customize it, so its better you discuss this matter with your ABAP person.
    2) never tried it out but you can:
you cannot see that in Billing Document that which is the sales document assigned to it, but to estblish that relationship,
we do copy control setting from Billing Document to Sales Order type (T.Code:VTFA).
Menupath: SPRO >> IMG >> Sales & Distribution >. sales >> Billing Document >> Copy Control >> Copy Control from Billing Document to Sales Order Type.
    Hope this will help you.

  • Two FI documents for one billing document.

    Hi,
This problem occurs rarely. We do VF04 and generate billing documents. Some billing documents thus generated were not found as actual billing documents by looking at VF03 but are posted in FI in the corresponding company code. When we see these documents in FB03, the header of the document indicates that they came from billing and are not manually posted in FI, thus indicating that billing ran, the FI document was processed, but the billing for some reason failed to be saved in SD. For each of these FI document which do not have a corresponding billing document in FI, there is one more billing document which is existing with the same billing amount and references the same details. It has a corresponding FI document too. So, the crux of the issue is there one only one billing document and two FI documents.
SAP service has given an OSS note 92592 to find out all the orphaned FI documents and then a way to reverse these documents. This is sort of a workaround. But the root cause for this issue is not found. The note also says the following..
"In one of the function modules called by FI/CO interface, a 'commit work' is performed.
A 'commit work' can, for example, be triggered in a Native SQL or result from an RFC.
A commit work is not allowed here.
The commit work should not be performed until the billing document is transferred to the update program."
I have gone through most of the custom codes written by us in the SD billing and FI accounting areas. None of the custom codes use 'commit work' staements. Since this issue doesn't happen frequently, we understood that this is due to a 'commit work' problem in the database but are unable to nail down on the exact piece of code.
Any suggestions/ideas or experiences of similar instances, please share.
    Regards,
    - Raja.

    Hi Raja!
Explicit commit work wasn't very likely (but of course you never know). Now you should extend your search for the implicit commit works -> database commit.
"Database commits are triggered either implicitly or explicitly in an SAP system.
    <b>Implicit Database Commits</b>
The implicit database commits in an SAP system are caused by the fact that the SAP system is logged on to the database system via its work processes . A work process can only ever execute a single database LUW but cannot interfere with the database LUWs belonging to other work processes. Since an ABAP program can be executed by different work processes during its runtime, the database LUW for the current work process must be completed each time an action takes place that leads to a change of work process. As a result, a database commit is performed implicitly in the following situation:
    Completion of a dialog step
The program waits for a user action and does not occupy a work process during this time. The next free work process is assigned to the program in the next dialog step.
Calling a function module in a synchronous or asynchronous Remote Function Call
The current work process hands over control to a different work process or system.
Completion of a function module accessed with a synchronous Remote Function Call in a separate work process
The calling program is assigned a new work process.
Execution of a RECEIVE statement in a callback routine specified in an asynchronous RFC
The current work process is interrupted so that the data can be received from the other application server.
Interruption of the current work process with a WAIT statement.
After interruption, the program is assigned the next free work process.
Sending error and information messages and warnings.
These messages interrupt the current dialog step (see above).
    <b>Explicit Database Commits</b>
Database commits can be triggered explicitly in ABAP programs in the following ways:
Use of the corresponding database-specific native sql statement.
    Calling the function module DB_COMMIT.
This function module, which has no parameters, encapsulates the corresponding native sql statement.
Executing the open sql statement COMMIT WORK."
Maybe there is somewhere a wait or sometimes a RFC is called - that are the most likely implicit commits.
Also calls of standard FMs can contain dangerous coding - include calling of 'bigger' standard functions into your search (not something like 'MARA_SINGLE_READ', but all BAPI).

    Christian

  • Not display billing document in R3, only display Sales Document

    Hello,
We need to make a change on CRM. On CRM environment we have the document flow in the sales document. If we replicate the document to R3, in R3 we can see the sales document replicated and the document flow, for example, the billing document. We need to stop to some users to display the billing document in R3(only display the sales document replicated from CRM).
Is there anyway to apply this possibility on CRM, because the replication to R3 is only with one user RFCUSER, could be possible to create another user like RFCUSER2 for example, with less authorizations in R3.
We have been answered on this forum to to this:
This you can achieve by creating one more RFC destination.
Logon & Secruity Details for this RFC Destination should be
    Trusted System : Yes
Logon : Select the Current User
After saving this check for the Remote Logon, it should navigate to your ECC system with your current user.
    Next go to BD97
Assign this new RFC destination as "Standard BAPI Destination".
After this, when ever you navigate to ECC from CRM document flow, it will logon to ECC system with Current User.
But where we can custimize all this requirements??
    Any other help?
    Hope you can help us,
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Felix,
You will perform this customization setting using two transaction codes BD97.
Create RFC destination using SM59 transaction in CRM system.
Assign this new RFC destination as "Standard BAPI Destination" in BD97 transaction. code Here assign this standard BADI destination to the ECCLogSystem. In BD97 you should see the logical destinations assigned to your CRM system.  If you wont see ECC Logical System in CRM, then maintain ECC logical system using ALE Configuration. This entry should exist in the table TBDLS of CRM System.
I hope this answers your question.

  • Negative unit price while taking printout of Billing document on VF03 : Plz

    Hi Friends:
I've a billing type ZCRE which is assigned to message type ZRDO.
VF03 u2013 Print preview u2013 the column Prix unitaire (Unit price) is negative for item 0020 . The rest of the document is correct and the totals are correct. The accounting document is correct too. So the problem is with the message type ZRD0 . Its showing the negative value of unit price when I tray to see the preview or take a printout.
Hi Friends: Plz help me on this issue. I'm not sure if it's the issue with the script or the program. PLz let me know that how to approach.
    REgards:
    Gaurav

    Hello,
The answer resides within your question itself.
Where you have assigned your condition type in log i.e., ZSCM, make sure that you have ticked +/- tick
IMG ==> Profitability Analysis ==> Flows of Actual Values ==> Transfer of Incoming Sales Orders
    Assign Value Fields
Where you will find +/- check box. Make sure that you have checked the same.
Note: That the indicator transfer +/- is not used to compare the different use of plus or minus signs between FI or SD and CO-PA. If you activate the indicator, only the positive and negative values for the condition in question will be balanced. This guarantees that the sum of the negative and positive condition values are displayed as a correct total value in the value field assigned to that condition.
Tip: In order to perform transfer conditions from the billing documents the same definitions must be established for the vlaue fields in Profitability Analysis and both pricing and condition types must be defined in SD.
Please also read SAP note 52849 in this regard.
    Regards,
    Ravi

  • Billing document from delivery document has zero price

Hi.  Any ideas on how I can correct this?
I have a scenario where I generate a Sales Order, create a project and assign the project to the sales order.  We then assign materials to the project and generate PRs which we convert to POs and then post GR making it a project stock.
These materials upon receipt are delivered to clients via the process in CNS0 (delivery from project).  We then carry out a picking and post goods issue.  Next we bill based on the delivery document created earlier when goods issue is posted.
When the billing documents is generated, it has no prices even though prices are maintained in the sales order. How do I get the delivery document to determine prices from the sales order created earlier?

    Hi
Its seems that your sales order quantity billing issue has been solved. If it is solved then kindly share with us,how the problem has been solved. As there prices are not picking in the billing document, so please check the pricing type that has been maintained in the VTFL copy control.Secondly also check in VOV7 wheather item category is relevant for pricing has been maintained or not.
You get the delivery document to determine prices from sales order to delivery through copy controls.

  • Two Separate Billing Documents created in the collec Billing through VF04

    Dear  Forum Friends,
I am doing the collective Billing through VF04 for two deliveries (80015032 and 80015034) of the same day.
When I am finding in VF05 it has been observed that Two Billing documents instead of one billing document have been created against the two deliveries.
Could anybody guide where the problem is? I guess the problem is in Copy control but exactly what field is to be changed please guide me. I tried with the Data routine “003” and “007” but nothing happened.
    Regards,
    Jans

    Dear Jans
If data from the related reference documents differs in the header fields of the billing document, the system will automatically split the invoice.  For example,  header datas like Payment Terms, Payer, Shipping Conditions etc differs, there will be invoice split.
To find out the reason for split analysis, proceed as follows:
Enter the number of the first billing document that you wish to compare.
    Choose Environment --> Split analysis.
Enter the number of the second billing document which you wish to compare to the first in the dialog box.
Enter the billing document number and choose Continue.
The system displays the Billing document split analysis log. It is made up of three parts. The first shows the header partners and header fields which are different in the two documents while the second and third columns show the respective values for these fields.
This provides you with a clear overview of which fields have differing contents, the information available, and why there was an invoice split.
    Thanks
    G. Lakshmipathi
