Hi,
In case of u2018capacity Planningu2019 Please suggest if it is required to assign u2018overall profileu2019 to any master data (As in work scheduling view of material master have this field) OR we donu2019t required to assign it to master data & can call any u2018overall profileu2019 at time of u2018Capacity evaluation/levelingu2019?
Also suggest how 'Over all Profile' helps in capacity levelling? Is it just to define data like layout etc?

It is not mandetory to assign u2018overall profileu2019 in work scheduling view of material master.
Yoy can assign the Overall Profile of Capacity levelling in OPKP
Define the Overall profiles in OPD0.
SPRO>PRODN>CAP REQT PLANNING>CAPACITY LEVELING AND EXTENTED EVALUATION>DEFINE OVERALL PROFILE
Here you define your time profile which will become default.
Capacity planning -> Leveling -> Work center view -> Planning table, then the profile
SAPSFCG001 is processed in the standard version.
In CM31, click change time profile and select required profile you want.

LifeTime tab not visible for WPC content
Hello, For any WPC content if we go to Details -> Properties, there is tab called Lifetime where we can set from when to when this content is valid. Some how it is not visible for any of my content in my new installation. I am using Portal 7.0 SP16.
