UCCX 9.0 HR delete filters

Hi,
We have UCCX 9.0 after deleting some agents, CSQs and Teams, they still found at UCCX HR filter.
How can we totally remove that? they won't be used any more.

  • UCCX Historical Reports Not Accurately Filtered by Agent Name

Hello, we're having an odd problem when running our historical reports.  When we filter a report by Agent Name only a couple of agents have any records.  However when we filter the same report by skill or CSQ name the records for all agents are present, leading me to think that the records are not being tagged properly somewhere in the database.  Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions for resolving this?
For an example, if I run the Agent Call Summary report and filter by all of my agent names, I only get records for 3 people during the reporting period.  If I filter based on CSQ name I get records for all 25 agents.
We are using UCCX version 8.02

I'm also having agents show in the filter list that are no longer in the system, and in at least one case reports filtered by a skill report an agent who is not assigned to that skill anymore.  Are these symptoms a result of configuration in some way?  I'm starting to feel like the reporting is buggy in this release.

  • UCCX: script to automatically delete recordings

Ever since we upgraded form 8.0.2SU2 to 8.0.2SU3, we noticed that Cisco disabled file deletion rights for the uccxrecording account. In SU2, we could psftp to the server and automate download of the files and deletetion of the files. In SU3, uccxrecording doesn't have rights to delete recordings.
The only way is to manually SSH as admin and issue "utils uccx recordings purge". I don't think I need to mention how inconvinient this change was. I tried using plink to automatically SSH to the server to issue this command, but because of how Cisco OS Unix Shell is designed it doesn't work.
Has anyone found any other solution? (apart from going with CR software)

I have the same issue, I managed to automatically save my recordings and manually delete them. Have you found any way to query the available space and automate this task?

  • Restore deleted filters in photoshop cc

Hi there, I am on creative cloud paying for photoshop but I have deleted the filter called camera raw which is found in the filter section of photoshop cc.
Which is the best way to restore this filter I think it may have been deleted from my computers hard drive. Thank you for all your help.

Hi Angela.  It was camera RAW as a filter in CC that I was referring to in the second part of my post.
    I have a 'Camera RAW.8bi in
    C:\Program files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Plug ins\CC\File formats
and it is 44,404kb  and I am using Windows 7 Pro
Do you have such a file?  If not, I think you'll have to reinstall Photoshop, or I can email a copy of mine.  My connection is slow so it would take a while to upload.

I use a lot the Unique records filter in Excel, anyone knows if it's available on Numbers???,
Additionally, when I filter a list and I try to copy the filtered results, I copy the whole table again, and when I delete filtered rows, Numbers delete all the non-show rows that are between the filtered ones. How can I avoid it?

  • Re: filters in ALV

    Hi all !!
When using standard filter (F4) on ALV grid (called with fm 'Reuse_alv_grid_display') it is genreated the choosing-list.
But values on that list are shorter than should be.
For example: for char value 'ABCDEFGHIJ' diplayed on alv list, only 'ABCD' is visible. After choosing it only 'ABCD' is set in filter what is of course unacceptable.
thanks rich heilman for your reply
i given the outputlen as 40 but in output it is displaying full contents while setting filter the pop is not displaying full contents but it is truncated.
hi rich i am taking NAME1_ZS  TYPE  KNA1-NAME1.
name1_zs as shipper name. the length of name1 in kna1 table is 35.i given the outputlen as 35. in the output it is coming but when setting the filter it is not coming
please help me in this regard
    thanks

    HI,
IAM GIVING THE ANSWER TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE.
    Setting and Deleting Filters
    Use
You can choose to display only those rows that meet certain criteria in one or more columns.
    Procedure
    Setting Filters
    To set a filter:
    Select one or more columns.
    Choose .
    Alternatively:
    Select one or more columns.
    Right-click a column header.
    Choose Set filter.
The Set Values for Filter Criteria screen appears.
If you selected a cell using the right mouse button and set a filter, the Set Values for Filter Criteria screen appears with the contents of the cell you selected as the value of the relevant filter criteria. After confirming this screen, the column is filtered according to this value.
To specify the values or ranges displayed in your list, enter the From/To values for each column selected.
Only one filter is active at one time in a list. This filter consists of one or more filter criteria. To filter several columns in a list, set a filter with multiple filter criteria.
To apply your settings, choose .
To include more than one value or range for a column, choose . The Multiple Selection for ... screen appears. To enter additional values, you have the following options:
To enter additional values for the filter criterion, use the Individual values tab (green traffic light).
To enter additional from/to values for the filter criterion, use the Ranges tab (green traffic light).
To enter additional values to exclude from the filter criterion, use the Individual values tab (red traffic light).
To enter additional from/to values to exclude from the filter criterion, use the Ranges tab (red traffic light).
The number of entries for each tab are displayed in the tab description:
To set the selection options when entering a value, double-click the pushbutton to the left of the input field. For more information about selection options, see Overview of Functions in Dialog Boxes.
To apply your changes, choose .
Overview of Functions in Dialog Boxes
To check whether your entries are correct (that they are in the correct format), choose .
To add a line, choose .
To delete a value entered for the filter criterion, select the relevant line and choose .
To delete all values entered for all filter criteria, choose .
To set the selection options for a value entry, choose . The Maintain Selection Options screen appears.
If you have set a filter without having selected a column first, the following dialog box appears:
    Selection Options
Selection options allow you to describe your filter settings. You begin with the values set in the previous dialog box; the selected entries match the settings you made on the Maintain Selection Options screen.
To negate settings, such as change Less than to Not less than, choose Exclude from selection. To restore the initial setting, choose Select.
To apply your settings, choose . Your settings are displayed on the initial screens.
A legend describes the symbols displayed next to the values. To display this information, place the cursor on the relevant symbol.
    Procedure Without Column Selection
If you have not selected a column and chosen  ® Set filter, or used the right mouse button menu, the Define Filter Criteria window appears. Specify the columns to be filtered. To do this, proceed as follows:
Select the corresponding entries in Available columns.
To add the selected entries to Filter criteria, choose .
    Alternatively:
Select the relevant entries in Available columns.
Click the selected entry or entries again and hold the mouse button. The cursor appears with a small square.
Drag the entries to Filter criteria and drop them there.
To search for terms, choose .
To change the filter sequence, proceed as follows:
    Select one or more entries.
Click the selected entry or entries again and hold the mouse button. The cursor appears with a small square.
Drag the entries to the desired position.
The entry is added in front of the line marking.
    Alternatively:
    Select one or more entries.
    Choose from the following:
To move one entry up, choose
To move one entry down, choose
To move an entry to the first position in the filter sequence, choose
To move an entry to the last position in the filter sequence, choose .
To remove the entries from the filter criteria, choose .
To apply your settings, choose .
    Result
If a column is filtered, this is indicated by a small black filter in the column header.
    Deleting Filters
As only one filter is active in a list at one time, the function Delete filter deletes the entire filter and not just individual filter criteria. Selecting individual columns therefore has no affect on the Delete filter function. To delete individual filter criteria, follow the procedure for setting a filter and delete the relevant filter criteria.
To delete the filter, choose  ® Delete filter.
    Alternative Procedure in Full-Screen Mode
In addition to the procedures described, in full-screen mode you can execute the functions from the menus:
To set a filter, proceed as follows:
    Select one or more columns.
    Choose Edit ® Set filter.

  • Unable to save or edit Email Filters in Comcast Email

Hi:I found a question on the board about the inability to add or edit email filters in my Comcast email account.  This was dated in May and said that it was going to be sent to the Comcast tech department for a fix.  I am wondering if there has been any progress on this?  I haven't been able to edit, update, or create email filters on my account for about 6-10 months, and I am receiving more and more spam during this period.  I've been using this account for years and am wary of dumping my Comcast account for another, more reliable email provider.  I'd love to find a way to prevent the excessive spam and to create my own filters (again) as I have in the past.  Has there been any progress?
       Thanks,  Bill Brown

I'm in the same boat.  I'm one of the lucky 53 million people who had their email address stolen in the Home Depot hack last November and now my Comcast inbox is being flooded by spam daily. It almost unusable.  I would have thought that Comcast's own spam filtering would catch these messages, but this is not the case.  I can't correctly create, edit or delete filters.  I either get error messages or an infinite saving... message.  Time to move everything to my gmail account I guess.

  • Delete filter

    Hi,
I used the filter option to filter the values of a table. But when I run the next time the filter is still there. I am unable to delete this filter. So I tried the below code to delete the filter.
    Delete Filters
      data:
      lref_filter type ref to cl_salv_wd_field.
      lref_filter =  lr_config_model->if_salv_wd_field_settings~get_field( 'CUSTOMER' ).
      lref_filter->if_salv_wd_filter~set_filter_allowed( ABAP_TRUE ).
      lref_filter->if_salv_wd_filter~delete_filter_rule( ).
But this code is also not working. Every time I run the application the filter is automatically applied and I need to manually delete this filter to see the results.  And this is happening only for my user.
    Appreciate your inputs on this.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
find the below code to delete filter rule.
DATA lo_cmp_usage TYPE REF TO if_wd_component_usage.
      lo_cmp_usage =   wd_this->wd_cpuse_alv_use( ).
      IF lo_cmp_usage->has_active_component( ) IS INITIAL.
        lo_cmp_usage->create_component( ).
      ENDIF.
      DATA lo_interfacecontroller TYPE REF TO iwci_salv_wd_table .
      lo_interfacecontroller =   wd_this->wd_cpifc_alv_use( ).
DATA lo_value TYPE REF TO cl_salv_wd_config_table.
      lo_value = lo_interfacecontroller->get_model(
DATA lr_field_settings TYPE REF TO if_salv_wd_field_settings.
DATA lr_field TYPE REF TO cl_salv_wd_field.
      lr_field_settings ?= lo_value.
    clear lr_field.
      lr_field = lr_field_settings->get_field( 'ZZAGREEMENT_ID' ). " your column name
       lr_field->if_salv_wd_filter~delete_filter_rule( ).
       clear lr_field.
      lr_field = lr_field_settings->get_field( 'ZZ_STATUS' ). " your column name
       lr_field->if_salv_wd_filter~delete_filter_rule( ).
Like this you can delete filter rules for the table coulmns.

    Lakshmi.

  • Optical Drive not recognized by Windows 7

I have a Satellite A305-S6857 that I upgraded to Windows 7 and the BIOS shows that I have an optical drive but Windows doesn't. I've tried deleting filters in regedit, didn't work. I unchecked "hide empty drives" in the view options. I don't what to do. Please help.

I had the same issue before. Was able to fix it by loading the BIOS default setting. You can also try to uninstall it on Device Manager.

  • I'm trying to find Mail.app rules enhancements...

...that make the rules act more like the filters in Eudora. Except for this issue, I am so happy I switched, but Eudora has three functions that I wish I had in Mail.app:
    1. Eudora filters are marked as old if they haven't been activated in a period of time (I think 30 days.) This way you can delete filters that aren't necessary and you can keep your filters list managable. Especially good for filters that I create to combat spam, which changes all the time and renders some of my filters obsolete.
    2. Within Eudora filters you can can have more complicated boolean conditions... Mail.app only gives you the choice of "all" conditions in a rule or "any" (all "and" or all "or",) whereas Eudora let me use both "or" AND "and" to create a more precise filter. I constantly wish I had that.
    3. In Eudora there's a hot key to automatically create a rule on the fly, as opposed to Mail.app which requires you to open up the preferences every single time.
Am I missing something? Please tell me if I can activate features like this through some special voodoo on the app, or if there are plug ins or enhancements that I can download... but this is becoming a real drag. I spend so much more time futzing with the rules in Mail.app, tweaking them to make them work right than I ever did with Eudora. I almost tempted (gasp) to go back...
      Mac OS X (10.4.5)

I second John's mention of JunkMatcher for fighting spam - I use it and don't need any custom rules to weed out spam any more.
As for your third point - you might want to check out the Create Rule script available as part of Mail Scripts - it might prove a little easier way to set up a new rule based on the currently selected Mail (and you will be able to invoke it from the script menu):

  • Alvs ,interactive

    Hi,
wht is the diff  between alv list control and alv grid control  with eg plz.
in the different secondary lists i should get different different  end of pages at bottom how should we do

    HI
The ALV Grid Control (ALV = SAP List Viewer) is a flexible tool for displaying lists. The tool provides common list operations as generic functions and can be enhanced by self-defined options. This allows you to use the ALV Grid Control in a large range of application programs.
In SAP development projects, the ALV Grid Control is also used as a tool for changing and creating tables. However, this functionality is currently only used in pilot projects and has not yet been released for customers.
The following graphic shows a list displayed with the ALV Grid Control in a dialog box:
As the user sees it, the ALV Grid Control consists of a toolbar, a title and the output table displayed in a grid control. If required, the user can hide the title and the standard functions of the toolbar.
    Implementation Considerations
    ALV Object Model
The ALV family consists of three ALV tools: the simple, two-dimensional table (including the Grid Control variant), the hierarchical-sequential list and the tree structure. For all of those you can now use thenew, unified, object-oriented API.
The old API can still be used, however we recommend using the new, unified ALV object model for programming all of your ALV applications. So, even if you plan to use the ALV Grid Control, you can now use the simplified new API.
    ALV Grid Control
The ALV Grid Control uses controls technology to achieve state-of-the-art on-screen display. Like all control wrappers, the ALV Grid Control offers methods through a global class in the system which can be used to affect its behavior.
SAP does not guarantee that the methods, events and attributes of this class that are not public will remain unchanged or will be available in future releases. This is why you should not derive the class to access protected objects of the class. Using these objects makes it more difficult to upgrade to subsequent releases.
As a result of using ABAP Objects, lists are displayed through an ALV instance, and programmers make use of the event management of ABAP Objects.
    Integration
Controls are software components that are installed on the local PC. In order to communicate with these components, all control wrappers use methods of the Control Framework. In this context, the ALV Grid Control is a special case as it uses a control that is already wrapped: the grid control. For the programmer, this can eliminate certain steps in the process of event management for controls.
The ALV Grid Control uses the SAP context menu to integrate standard functions. This menu can be customized to meet individual requirements.
This documentation focuses on using the ALV Grid Control in the SAP GUI for the WindowsäEnvironment or the SAP GUI for the Javaä Environment. It is also possible to display the ALV Grid Control in the Web.
    Features
This is an overview of the functions provided by the ALV Grid Control. You can:
    · Display non-hierarchical lists consistently with a modern design
    · Use typical list functions - such as sorting and filtering - without extra programming effort
    · Adapt predefined list functions and their enhancements
    · Program responses to user actions (such as double-clicking a line) individually
    · Connect to the report/report interface.
For practical examples of the ALV Grid Control, see development class SLIS.
    Constraints
The ALV Grid Control does not allow you to display block or hierarchical lists. Currently, simple lists can be displayed in single-line format only. However, users can define multiple-line format in the print preview and print the list as such.
At the moment, you cannot use tables that have object references. Similarly, the only deep structures that can be used are those described in the documentation covering the extended functionality of the ALV Grid Control (such as, structures for drag-and-drop).
SAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic :
The SAP List Viewer unifies and simplifies the use of lists in the R/3 System. A uniform user interface and list format is available for all lists. This prevents redundant functions.
The SAP List Viewer can be used to view both single-level lists and multilevel sequential lists.
Single-level lists contain any number of lines that have no hierarchical relationship to each other.
Multilevel sequential lists consist of any number of lines that have two hierarchical levels. Multilevel lists have header rows and item rows; the item rows are subordinate to the header rows. For each header row there can be any number of subordinate item rows.
You can view subtotals and totals rows in both single-level lists and multilevel sequential lists.
The SAP List Viewer is used in Controlling for reports such as the following:
Reports from cost centers and business processes
Actual line item reports from cost centers and business processes
    Commitment line item reports
Plan line item reports from cost centers, orders, business processes, cost objects
    Budget reports
    Cycle reports
    Order selection (CO-PC)
    Flexible itemization (CO-PC)
    Features
Not all lists in the SAP R/3 components use the full range of functions available in the SAP List Viewer. Some lists in the R/3 System components offer special functions that extend beyond the normal range of the SAP List Viewer.
This documentation covers all the functions of the SAP List Viewer. The description of the lists in the applications includes all of the functions available in the SAP List Viewer as well as the additional functions.

  • CTI Route Point lost registration to callmanager

one of my RP lost registration to the callmanager and I can't see why. I have several configured and the others are still registered except for this one. I need assistant on get it back up and running. please advise.

This is critical and I just resolved a similar problem.  A call control group was not properly configured on Node 2 only Node 1 ports where setup. There are 2 possible methods. Remember, make sure your RMCMuser account a password are working. These CTI ports are created on CUCM via UCCX and should be deleted from UCCX when changing or rearranging. Step 1. Take a snapshot of the CALL CONTROL group so you can recreate it faster. Delete the group in UCCX.  Step 2. On CUCM PUB, look for DEVICE PHONES associated to port numbers allocated IPPCq_12XX. etc.. DELETE these associated numbers. Step 3. On CUCM PUB check CALL ROUTING, ROUTe Plan Report, UNASSIGNED DN's. look for same DN's associated to CTI 12XX. ect.. DELETE.  btw,, you should clean up the UNassigned DN's in general maintenance too!.  STEP 4. On UCCX rebuild your CALL CONTROL group.  IF that does not work then repeat all the same steps. On UCCX stop Services, NODE MANAGER, both if HA.  Then on CUCM PUB, SERVICEABILITY, Control Center - Feature Services, CM Services,                                                                       SELECT Cisco CTIManager , RESTART button below.  Then START UCCX PRI NODE MANAGER, then UCCX SEC. Node Manger. On UCCX PUB,, rebuild CALL CONTROL GROUP... should fix.

  • Sample MI certification questions

    Hi All,
I am planning to attempt MI certification sometime. Can someone throw light on what kind of questions are asked by SAP? Some sample questions would be helpful.

PS : Helpful answers will be rewarded

    Hi Nakul,
As people working on MI are very less,we need to wait and see untill the TechEd completes.
Any how from my exp working on MI for 1 year, i can suggest few things from MIddleware and backend.
1)Types of syncbo's(TO1,SO1,UO1,T51)(importance of these),unit testing syncbos(emulator),how we assign/unassign applications on our MI client using NWA,types of bapis, how we upload application to nwa.
    2) Client side...wat are the general APIs we need to use(Ex:to getlist of records, modify record from client, to sync etc we use specific APIs)(Need to know what all APIs to use.
    3) How to generate mobile ID using Merep_pd
    4) MI supports on what platforms.
    5) All MI features like (Replication, cascade download, cascade delete, filtering, multilanguage feature etc)
6)Smartsync tools as wella s generic sync related Questions
May be end to end work flow of MI will work(Create record from client and sync, check in worklist monitor and in Middleware and backend)
These are all very specific and basics of MI.
I heard SAP certifications are not going to be very easy.
So all the best for certification.

  • Delete Overlapping requests not paying attention to filters

    Hi Experts,
I have followed all the steps suggested by Chetan in the next thread to cnfigured deletion of overlapping requests.
Process Chain  Delete a previous request with overlapping values
In my case I need to delete requests when the data is from the same country and the same day, so I added these fields to the filters in the DTP (I didn't put any value or variable, just added the filters). However the process chain is deleting all requests coming for that DTP and is not paying attention to my filter. What could it be?
    Points will be awarded,
    Regards,
    Raimundo Alvarez

    Hi Amruta,
Good to hear that your Overlapping Request Deletion process i working fine now
    1) The difference between More Comprehensive & Overlapping  (What is the difference between same or more comprehensive and Overlapping?)
    If overlapping is selected then:
existing requests are also deleted from the InfoCube if the selection criteria of the new request partially or wholly overlap the selection criteria of the request to be deleted.
If More Comprehensive is selected then:

    2) The index creation process should be kept after the overlapping request deletion because if it is placed after the overlapping request deletion then all the overlappings will be removed and then the create index process will take less time to create index for only required request else more time will be taken to create indexes.
In case if the create index step is included before the Overlapping Request deletion then the performance will decrease instead of increasing..
Instead you have option of including BIA indexes in case if the reporting performance needs to be improved.
Please change the status of question to answered in case if all answers are received...
