Unable to createObject in VBA for a JavaBean

Hi,
I have created a JavaBean and followed the steps mentioned below.
1. Create Bean.
2. Compile Class.
3. Create manifest file with Java-Bean: True property for the class.
4. Jar the class and manifest file.
5. use the packager.exe from Java\bin directory with -out and -reg option. The DLL is created in the axbridge\bin directory and the jar is moved to the axbridge\lib directory.
6. The bean is registered in the registry.
Even then when I try to create the object (using CreateObject) in VBA I keep getting the error "Register failk". The path and classpath settings are correct.
There are existing beans which have corresponding .reg and .tlb files.
If I remove the .reg files for the existing beans, the objects for these beans cannot be created.
Is there any way I can generate the .reg and .tlb files for the beans which I have developed.

Hi Martin,
I get error when executing the code
Set Person = CreateObject("Person.Bean.1")
I have recd a code which is already developed and where one bean is already being used.
Sub FirstJavaCall()
    Set EnergyRequester = Nothing
    Set EnergyRequester = CreateObject("EnergyRequester.Bean.1")
    frmNotify.setEnergyRequester
    Set Person = CreateObject("Person.Bean.1")
    MsgBox "Object Created"
    Person.setName "Tushar"
    MsgBox Person.getName
End SubThis Function is called on Load of the workbook.
I have recd an existing code which already contains one Bean.
EnergyRequester is the exiting bean and Person is the bean which I have created.
No matter where I place the code for Person bean it gives me the same error.
I am using VB6 SP6 Windows XP, Java1.4.2_03
