Unable to disable CSM script injection
Good morning,
We activated CSM for some of the servers. We identified a problem with it (the injected script) and disabled it. The server have received their updated configuration from SCOM, but we still see the CSM script being injected.
How can we troubleshoot this? Which component does the actual injection?

Most likely the configuration wasn't properly updated yet or the changes wasn't applied..
Let's check this out step by step:
1. Uncheck client-side monitoring checkbox for appropriate application. You should also verify the target groups consistent (make sure you disable client-side monitoring for proper servers) for client-side monitoring if you specified any.
2. Restart System Center Management service on all application servers where you want to change the configuration. The restart will initialize application discovery and therefore the configuration changes. Be patient - it takes time to upload actual configuration,
and even it might be uploaded only after several service restarts. I guess this is your case.
3. Anyway I'll give you a tip how to check that the new configuration is in place. On application server go to APM Agent configuration folder (<SCOM Agent installation path>\APMDOTNETAgent\V7.0.9538.0\Configuration) and open CSM.action.config.
Search for the app name previously added to client-side monitoring.
4. If it's still there, repeat steps 2 and 3. Once the app disappears from config, execute IISRESET to apply changes. I usually do this twice for sure (I saw sometimes not all the IIS services may be restarted just at once). This time the CSM injection
should go away.
The injection is performed by java scripts downloaded from CSMCollector path, web service which is pushed automatically under the same web site after you add the app to client-side monitoring.

try this, it worked for me:
1) first of all, uninstall QuickTime and older versions of iTunes from your PC, using the "remove" button in the "install applications" tool that you find in the windows control panel.
2) reboot the system
3) turn off the windows firewall application; go into the windows control panel, double click on windows firewall and disable the firewall option
4) if you have one, disable your Anti-Virus application; i mean its real-time protection.
5) probably it's not necessary, but for being sure... download and launch the standalone installer of QuickTime (latest version)
6) download and launch the iTunes + QuickTime installer from this web address
7) as an option, i suggest you to download and install also iTunes Art Importer. It's a nice application, that allows you to import from the internet directly into iTunes the album ArtWorks of the selected tracks in iTunes. I installed it, and it works very well with iTunes 6.
8) after all the installations, remember to enable both firewall and anti-virus previously disabled!
as i said, probably the 5th passage is not necessary, but i did it and it worked!

Installation Problem on 11g, RHEL 5 - Unable to generate temporary script
Hello all,
This is for the first time i am encountering this kind of error on 11g. Half way through installation i get this error.
All parameters set correct, used the official installation technique (works fine previously), except for this time i am getting a weird error, which does not allow me to continue with the installation.
Please help.

Unable to create post script file in framemaker.
I installed TCS 4.0 licensed suite. Due to some reason I need to delete Adobe PDF from Devices and Printers. Since then I am unable to create post script file using framemaker. I have tried uninstalling and installing TCS 4.0 again, but all in vain. What should I do now?
If you delete critical parts of Acrobat there will be problems. Try doing a REPAIR of Acrobat Pro (from the Programs Control Panel), maybe it can undo the damage.

The result is: when I upload a script, The browser returns "script uploaded." Then I can click on my script but the file is empty ! Nothing is done when i click on "run". Also I can' create a script; With Epiphany browser, the frame to write is all red. To import a script I have to copy one by one request in sql commands. I try also to change the owner of load_sample.sql:

So, go to shell ,position yourself in the path where load_sample.sql is, login to the XE as the user with whom you need to run load_sample.sql , and execute
+@load_sample.sql.+
Sorry to hijack this thread but I am having exactly the same problem in Ubuntu, it seems as if IE is the only browser that allows you to do this, but installing that in Ubuntu looks like a whole other world of pain I do not really want to get involved in at the moment.
I like the sound of just shortcutting the sql upload through the shell but I'm a beginner and I do not understand your comment well enough to implement it myself.
Could you please explain these in more granular layman's terms for someone who is unfamiliar with Linux syntax?
By 'Shell' do you mean the Terminal or the SQL Command Line? What exactly should I be typing in there to execute the sql?
I have saved the SQL file on my desktop (jon@jon-pc, it's a virtual Ubuntu machine on a Windows Vista host).

Might you have a newly acquired iPad that is still locked to someone else's Apple ID? If that is the case, then you will need the former owner's Apple ID and password to proceed. That feature is called Activation Lock and described here:

If you cannot get that former owner's Apple ID and password, you will never be able to use the iPad. -

If you mean. Settings> General>Restrictions>Allowed Content>Websites, then disable the restrictions and you should be able to do what you want to do.

Now add the exclusion for the logindate

Now check $users to be sure it contains what you want.
Now test to see if you can disable them:

When I switched default browser from mozilla firefox to ie(internet explorer) the problem is solved i got this from forum post (Script Editor Not Working
But still i want to know why "load_sample.sql" is not run with the default browser(mozilla firefox). -
IOS 7.0.4 Messages not working, unable to disable iMessage
After upgrading to IOS 7.0.4, I am unable to send Messages from my iPad2. I have the same issue on my iPhone 5s but I was able to disable iMessages in Settings and it works in SMS mode. I tried to disable iMessage in Settings on my iPad 2 but each time I do it then prompts me for my Apple ID password everytime I launch Messages. When I enter my password it accepts it but it enables iMessage, which will not send a text, I get the "not delivered". Since I'm unable to disable iMessage as described above, I'm completely unable to send any text messages from my iPad. Luckily I do not get the same results on my 5s, it allows me to disable iMessage and does NOT prompt me for my Apple ID/password and therefore does NOT reenable iMessage.
I've tried closing Messages and power cycling my iPad2 but the same issue occurs.
Both devices are runing IOS 7.0.4.Thanks for the replies from all. The first issue was that I don't have a cellular iPad (I forget) so of course I could not turn off iMessage as I did on my 5s.
The real issue was that when my Wife's 5s was upgraded from IOS 7.0.3 iMessage was disabled. This did not happen on my 5s or my Daughter's 5s so I didn't expect it.
So, check to make sure that iMessage is enabled after upgrading from 7.0.3 to 7.0.4.

Interactive report - unable to disable save report option

I am using an interactive report and unable to disable "Save Report" option... Although the option is unchecked under "Include in Actions Menu" section... Others' are working fine, I just can't disable "Save Report" option...
Thanks in advance...When you are logged in as both a Developer and End User, you will ALWAYS see the Save button, even if it is disabled. This is so that you can save the Defaults for an IR. Thus, if you click on the save option, you should only see one item - Save Report Defaults. You will not be able to save a custom report.
Your end-users are not logged in as developers, and thus, won't see any save icon at all. In fact - if you log out of APEX and run just your application, neither will you.
