Unable to Launch C++ executable on Win7 x64

Question

Hi Everyone,
I have a C++ executable that is digitally signed that when launched on Windows 7 x64, I get the following.
'Program Compatibility Assistant' dialog and the exe never runs.
I thought maybe it was something with UAC, so tried it with it both on and off and I get the same result.
Below is all the relevant information I could find
