Unable to re-enter I-tunes a second time without restart of computer

Have recently updated I-tunes with latest downloads on both windows XP laptop and windows 7 PC. Now having accessed I-tunes and come out of the program am unable to open it up again until after a restart. Noticed I-tunes store seems to be left hanging open until restart.

This is normal behaviour. Apple have recently introduced increased security to protect you from fraudulent transactions. Once you have answered the questions (remember your answers) you will only be asked for them occasionally in future.

My new macbook pro is giving me hardtime. even apple team is not being to solve it. they replace the motherboard first it didn't work. second time they formatted the computer and that also didn't work. every time my mac showing different problems.

At first my computer had issues. Once it go to sleep it will not back again. I dropped my laptop at apple store to fix it. After 10 days they returned my laptop saying they were no able to fix the problem so they replaced motherboard aiming if that might help. Acttually that didn't help.I had same issue again. I visited apple store again. This time they said they could fix, if I will allow them to format the harddrive. I said ok. They formatted it. It was working fine for few daysAfter few days compter is taking.even more than 15 min to shutdown. Now computer has another problem. It is being hang frequently like every 20'to.30 min.
I don't know what to do? I still have one month left on first year warranty. I have requested couple times to apple associates either to fix or replace or refund. They are showing me rude behavior. They are not understanding my situation. I am a student. I need to do lot of home work. Since last three month my mac book and apple associates giving me hard time. Any suggestions are welcome.

Contact Apple Customer Care - not Apple Care - Customer Support. Have your receipts handy and/or case numbers. Be patient, be calm, and tell your story just as you have here. I get the sense you are not in the US and don't have access to an Apple Store but are going to an independent shop. This makes using Customer Support all the more important. If phoning isn't viable, use registered mail.
Since time is running short, be prepared to purchase AppleCare to exennd your warranty 2 more years. Yes, you shouldn't have to do this, but it gives you added protection and more opportunities over the next 2 years to claim a replacement computer if you don't get one immediately. After dealing with a similar unhappy situation with a Mac in the late 1990s I finally got a replacement computer and reimbursed for the AppleCare policy.

How can I download the software for a second time without a backup but with the serial number?

stupidly my hardware got broken and I've missed to do a backup for the programs. May it's a stupid question but how can I download the Lightroom software for a second time? I've got the serial number for this, but can't find a link without buying it again....

PayPal paid a second time without me asking for it and now it tells me I owe them money.

Back in Jul 18, 2015 I added $10 to my Playstation account and paid using a linked prepaid Visa card. The transacion was complete and there were no problems. Now for some reason a couple of days later Paypal decided to ask my bank account to transfer another $10 to pay Sony when I never asked for this. I have no money on that bank account so I ignored the first email because I thought it was a mistake and it was going to resolve it self. Now a few more days passed and I got a second email from Paypal telling me they asked again for a transfer but my bank had no money so Paypal decided to pay Sony $10 a second time with their own money. Now they tell me I owe PayPal $10. This makes no sense because I already paid Sony the money the same day I made the transacion. I emailed PayPal with the problem but they sent a very useless automated message describing me how PayPal transactions work. Very disappointed with that response. I dont owe PayPal or Sony anything. How do I fix this?

I got it fixed by exchanging the Macally 'Icekey' European ISO keyboard for a US 102-key ANSI PC keyboard.
I guess we'll never know what caused this behaviour.
To answer your question I would have to re-attach the Macally keyboard again. If you don't mind, I'll just leave it at that and get some work done.

After I have watched a movie played via Itunes on my computer I have to restart the Aplle tv because the second movie would not load. Spinning wheel!

You can but the method varies depending on the Apple TV that you have.

Unable to install oracle 9i while installing second time after uninstalling

As i installed first oracle 9i, then IIS server, but while running IIS server using localhost, it was not running,moreover oracle page was opened, then i got the solution that , it is becuase of collision of port number of oracle and IIS.
After that i fully uninstalled the oracle 9i, then again i installed IIS server, got success: but when i m trying to install oracle 9i again, showing an error message i-e JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT NOT FOUND.
for this reason i installed JRE, after all facing same problem, then installed full jdk 1.6 version, Still could not get success
i tried it lots of time, but did not reach to the solution.
Please help me out.

At Oracle Site we have a very good manual for 9i installation. Follow the manual step-by-step.
Your problem seems as a java or permissions issue.

Can I run a second Time Machine on one computer?

Is there any way I can run two Time Machines for one computer? I want to have one external Time Machine backup sitting on my desk, and another stored offsite for safe keeping, then swap them over every few days so that they are both generally up to date.

not across internet. you can back up across local network to a Time Capsule, a drive connected to Airport extreme base station or another mac running leopard, leopard server or a Xsan storage device. all other network backups are unsupported. and it's definitely not possible to do it over internet.

It sounds like iTunes launches for a split second, then quits unexpectedly.
I would recommend a few things for this issue. First, close all the running apps on the phone:

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone:

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

You don't need to upgrade your software. But if you're struggling with Spry, IMO you should cut your losses and switch to something better for the longrun.
If you have a budget to work with, I highly recommend Project Seven's Pop-Menu Magic 3. It's easy to use in DW CS4, 5, 6 or CC. More importantly, it's bullet proof and works in all devices.

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Great, that's what I was looking for. Thanks for the quick response. I knew that that feature existed in this router, but I couldn't remember what it was called or where to find it.
The funny thing is, I recall distinctly setting up the DHCP reservation initially, but when I went to check it now, the reserved client list was empty. I have no idea how it could have become depopulated, thus opening the door for internal IP address reassignment of the Remote Desktop computer which led to the RDP ports no longer being forwarded to the right internal IP address and thus the failure of the Remote Desktop connectivity.
