Unexpected check S_TABU_LIN

HI,
I activated aut. object s_tabu_lin to restrict authorization on plant level for some tables/views.
The necessary organizational criterias have been created and activated.
But the check is also carried out for tables that have not been created as an org. crit.
How is this possible?
Regards,

> The check should should only be performed on certain z transactioncodes.
Then create your own views, but you will have to live with limitations to what the transaction can do.
In this case I would suggest considering creating your own authorization object as well, if you do not want a standard object to "interfer" for ALL other contexts.
If you can find an existing object which already has the values you need, then consider re-using it but be carefull of future problems.
Authorization objects have "[semantic |http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semantic] value" - arguments which they are intended to negotiate in programs - and if you use them for conflicting use-cases then you have to live with the consequences in the long run.
Cheers,
Julius

  • CC compiler problem with string.h

    Hi,
    I use Sun Studio Express (3-Dec-2006 Build) on SUSE Linux 10.1.
    When I was trying to compile the following code, I got an error message regarding <string.h>. The same codes works fine with g++ compiler.
    Please give me some comments on that.
    Thanks.

    I have that feeling that this has been solved in later version, February build. It is available for download here: http://developers.sun.com/sunstudio/downloads/express.jsp
    Maybe compiler experts will be able to provide more accurate answer, though.

  • SQL Server services having stop

    We're using SQL server 2008 r2 but having lot of issues. My application running on SQL server but it stop everyday. SQL services stop then my application automatic hang then i restart the server then after my application work.

    Hi harigaurav,
    If SQL Server Services stop regularly every day, then you can check the Start Mode for the services in SQL Server Configuration Manager, check the Windows Scheduler or use some monitor tools to monitor SQL Server services status.
    If SQL Server Services always stop unexpectedly, we can configure SQL Server Agent to restart the SQL Server and SQL Server Agent services automatically. To configure automatic service restart:
    Open the SQL Server Management Studio Management folder, right-click the SQL Server Agent entry, and select Properties.
    On the General page, select the Auto Restart SQL Server If It Stops Unexpectedly check box.
    Here, you should also select the Auto Restart SQL Server Agent If It Stops Unexpectedly check box.
    Click OK.

  • SS9 CC5.6 compiler bug - algorithm count confused with struct member

    Using CC5.3 works fine as well as all other compilers we use (gcc 3.4, mipspro 7.4, VC 7.1)
    Anyone seen this ?
    - mark

    This bug has been fixed in the C++ 5.6 compiler. I'm not sure if the fix is in the first patch which is about to be released. If not, the fix definitely will be in the next patch.
    The workaround is not to use
    using namespace std;That using-declaration is a pretty big hammer, and often results in conflicts with user code, compiler bugs aside.

  • RE: ORA-12805

    I am receiving below error during execution of map.
    ORA-12805: parallel query server died unexpectedly
    Checked alert log and owb log file for further information but no couldn't find more info for the reasons of failure.
    anybody can share some info on this.
    Thanks

    Can you check the Oracle parameters in database
    cpu_count 8 (for example)and
    parallel_threads_per_cpu, which has default value 2
              as soon as you kicked off anything from OWB, which will start 16 para.query server starts
    which are entirely TEMp, when the temp cant accomadate all these 16 (this case) it will throw this exception and gone.
    either level the TEMP, which is expensive and/or reduce parallel_threads_per_cpu's value from 2 to 1.
    so you can save little temp

  • An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Check the logs for details and correct the problem.

    Hi All,
    I am configuring RSS Viewer webpart to SP 2013.
    But i am getting an error "An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Check the logs for details and correct the problem."
    I looked for solution of this error. i got to know, we need to set proxy server in web.config file.
    So, in order to resolve this i put the following set of code in web.config and save the file
    <system.net>
        <defaultProxy>
          <proxy usesystemdefault="True" proxyaddress="http://myproxyserver" bypassonlocal="True" />
        </defaultProxy>
      </system.net>
    But, still i am getting the error.
    What could be the problem now.
    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Rakesh

    Hi Rakesh,
    According to your description, my understanding is that you got an error when you used RSS viewer web part in SharePoint 2013.
    The RSS viewer web part uses authentication delegation and is using the current user's credentials to access the proxy. However, the RSS viewer only supports anonymous and Kerberos authentication. So if you are using NTLM authentication, the RSS viewer will
    not be able to authenticate the user through the proxy. More information, please refer to the link:
    http://kalsing.blogspot.com/2007/11/troubleshooting-rss-viewer-web-part.html
    Also see:

    I hope this helps.

  • Unexpected error: None of the checked updates could be installed

    When attempting to update firmware, I get:
    unexpected error: None of the checked updates could be installed
    So, I go to the downloads section of the apple website and manually download and install it.
    However, when I run for updates, the same files show up to be downloaded.
    It's annoying, please help.

    If I´m not mistaken it means it´s not updated. maybe you could check these links to see if they´ll help you:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1557?viewlocale=en_US
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1477590
    these are the links to updates:

    http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/firmware_hardware/macbookproefifirmw areupdate151.html
    I remember reading somewhere that it´s best to have 1.0 before you upgrade to 1.3, maybe it works if you upgrade to 1.3, then 1.4 then 1.5.1
    tell me if you get any luck

  • Unexpected ends of rule "Check Connection" (id= CIR 01200)

    Hi,
    I'm new with Business Objects and I'm facing lots of error messages into some Universes .unx built in our BO system that I don't know how to solve them.
    For example this one, in a .unx universe, when I check integrity in the .dfx part, I receive the error message:
    Unexpected ends of rule "Check Connection" (id= CIR 01200)
    I've seen in this manual (http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/boexir4/en/SMP/xi4sp5_release_notes_en.pdf ), in page 118:
    ===
    ADAPT01560327
    Description
    In the information design tool, when performing an integrity check, the system sometimes inappropriately
    prompts for login credentials for a user previously logged into the same repository. When the user cancels,
    an error message is displayed: "Unexpected ends of rule "Check Connection" (id= CIR 01200).
    New Behavior
    This problem is resolved.
    Limitations
    ===
    But I have no idea how to solve it and I don't see any prompt for login  credentials.
    May someone help?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi,
    I've found the following OSS Note:
    1617204 - BI 4.0: In Information Design Tool, performing the integrity check prompts for login using the previous session's credentials
    Unfortunately for me, in the OSS Note is said that this is solved after version 4.0 SP3, and I'm running SP5, so I had to open a OSS Note to check it with SAP.
    If solved, I'll let you know the solution.
