UnPaid G/R by Vendor

Dear MM and FI Experts,
Is there a way that I can pull a report that will give me all Unpaid Goods Receipts?
I am trying to create a report to see our total liability by vendor that will give me total unpaid invoices, and goods receipts that have not been paid.
Your Help will be greatly appreciated,
Edited by: Frank on Jul 10, 2008 10:51 PM

Hello thank you for your answer,
but I have a question, I noticed that this report gives me G/R with Standard price and Not the actual PO price.
Is there a report that will give me G/R but with PO price? Or a report that will give me PO price for those that only have G/R?
The idea is that I have produce a report for management where I can show them my total liability exposure for a particular Vendor. This will include any G/R and IR.
Vendor bill us us based on contract price and not Standard price, we use STD price for budget and planning only. In order to get a true value of liability it will have to be a report that privides me with PO price.
I hope I make sense... but any help will be appreciated.

Any documentation and/or code will be appreciated.
I need to program a report to integrate all these information.
    Thanks and Kind Regards

    Hi:
    Regarding payments to vendors,refer to FBL1N - Display/Change Line Items .
Select the company code and then open items radio button and today date.It will show what are payments still to be paid to the vendor. If you select cleared items, it will show the payments paid to the vendor. If you select all items radio button, it will show all paid and unpaid payments to the vendor.
Check this report whether it fills your requirment.
When the user posts the business transaction, he has to input all the details, otherwise some of the information may be missing.
Please let me know if you need more information.
    Assign points if useful.

  • Rebate Volume Postings and Subsequent File Production

Vendors are set up in SAP as suppliers and given a certain number range . We call these the purchasing vendors.
The purchasing vendor represents a very big company (like ABCD) that has manufacturing plants all across regions with head offices in one location.
Buyers place the order at the head office level therefore - to the purchasing vendor.
But the goods ordered are likely delivered from a manufacturing location (not the head office) - a sub-provider, if you will, of Boeing.
Then the invoice for the goods supplied are likely received from yet another location such as a shared service organization of the supplying company.
In order not to have to create 3 separate vendors in this case, to track these activities; one main vendor is created (the purchasing vendor) and the remit- to vendor (that vendor which sent us the invoice and to which we will send our payment) is added as a "partner" on the purchasing vendor ( as is the sending vendor and the contact vendor and any number of other relational vendors) that all tie back to the Boeing purchasing vendor in different partnerships.
When we process purchase orders in SAP, the purchasing vendor is on the PO. Based on the partners defined on that vendor, the account posting for the invoice when the goods are received goes to the remit-to vendor. That is when accounting knows we owe a vendor for supplies - based on the balance on their remit-to  vendors.
My issue: The volumes that are getting updated via rebate settlement are getting added to the purchasing vendor number - so accounting has a vendor  that has charged us for goods; but the volumes are being posted to another vendor entirely.
In order to settle the rebates, accounting has to take the unpaid balance of the vendor and net it against what we are owed as a rebate. If the volumes are not updating this vendor, we have no way of tying our rebate to that vendor. It is sitting on the purchasing vendor (which accounting does not make any payments to and therefore cannot post a rebate to).

Rebate Recipients are Payer accounts, however when you config the Rebate pricing Procedure you can create key combinations associated with the Sold-to. In this way if you have a number of customers with a central Payer, you can crate the condition records by Sold-to for the relevant rates, amounts, percentages etc, as long as they have the same Payer, then the Rebatable volumes will accrue based on Sold-to's. This also has the benefit of being able to differentiate your Rebate rates based on the Sold-to, e.g. one customer within a specific group may be incentivised more (or less) than another, even if they have the same Payer. In this way you can get greater granularity and flexibility with your Rebates.
    Cheers,

  • Funds trf through F110

    Hi,
The clients bank has provided an online payment service through IDOC. The payments have to be made through F110. Now the client wants to use this facility to make book transfers (between their own accounts with in the same bank).
Presently they are doing some manual postings. But payments ahve to be generated through F110 for generating an IDOC.
Can you please advise me how to make book transfers through F110. Pls let me know if more info/ clarity is required.
    Thanks
    Rekha

    Hi Srikanth,
Our client is banking with say "ABC bank". And the client maintains about 8-10 different accounts with this bank. And they transfer funds from one account to another account frequently. they want to make the funds transfer through APP.
when we run f110, all the unpaid invoices of the vendor are selected in the APP. But in this case, we are not making any payment to a vendor. But in this case there are no third party involved, nor any open vendor line item to select for payment.
As per my knowledge, it si not possible to make funds transfer internally, through F110. Please give your inputs/

  • Report for Unpaid Purchase Order

    Dear guru,
Is there a standard report for display unpaid PO?
    The report can display :
    - PO Number
    - PO Item
    - Vendor Account
    - Total Amount
    - Unpaid Amount
    - Paid Amount
    Thank you.

    Dear,
I just tried to dig out the standard report and was able to conclude that you can view open PO status w.r.t payments in FBL3N. For that proceed as under
1.. extract list of all GRIR clearing GLs.
2... go to Fbl3n, paste these GLs and make their variant
3... Execute report. You will see thousands of line items. Just tick assignment and apply subtotal function on this
4.... Collapase this field.. In assigment now with the help of document type RE ( INVOICE) and WE (Good Receipts)you will b able to see the list of PO which have been invoiced to date RE but not paid by FINANCE. For meeting other requirment you can get abaped report developed.

    Hi,
    Also check the following:
Sometimes, user will delete the automatic line items generated related to TDS and they will enter manually.  You can find the same as below:
goto vendor line item in the given document and click on withholding tax icon (near to more data), if u didn't find any thing in this place means, user entered the same mannually, if you found some information in that tax box, then problem not with user.
If u didn't found any thing in that tax tab, then system won't generate any accounting entry and will issue an error message like what u getting.  In that movement, while updating j1inchln ignore the wrong documents and continue with correct documents.
You can suggest them, they should reverse the entries which is causing problem, there was no solution from sap side(as this is a mistake from user side)
Earlier i also faced the same problem, identified users deleted the automatic line items and enter the tds line items mannually
Hope it can help u to resolve this issue

    Hi,
    Please check for
    1. Section code/ Business place updated even in the tax lines of the document and not just the vendor line item.
    2. Check if there is a buzei mismatch between with_item table entries and bseg entries for the documents that are being pulled during the challan creation. If there is a Buzei mismatch, then please run the program in the note :885213 and then rerun the challan .

  • Restating of Customer and Vendor Documents

    Dear All,
Kindly clear some of my doubts related to restating as of year end-
What is the procedure for restating vendor and customer accounts as on 31.03.11 if any of the foreign currency transactions are outstanding as on year end? ((This may include both invoices as well as advance payments. The vendors
invoices may include bills accounted on different exchange rates which are unpaid as on 31.03.11 to be restated as on year end exchange rate))
Also pl clarify the below points.
Where we have to update the year end exchange rate in the system and whether the system will restate all the documents which are in open items as on 31.03.11.
    And,
Whether the restated document will be reversed in the next financial year.
    Regards,
    Prashant Goel

Please check the below path to create a valuation method and area and their assignment
Financial Accounting (New) >General Ledger Accounting (New) > Periodic Processing > Valuate
You need to maintain the exchange rate type in valuation methods step and exchange rates have to be maintained to this type in OB08.
System posts the Fx unrealized differences at year end and next year first date same can be reversed as these are just unrealized.

  • Vendor Balances upload

    Dear All,
I need one clarification on Opening balances of all Vendor, Customer and G/L balnces uploanding
Please advise me proper procedure in SAP 6.0
    Thanks
    Sudhan

Ultimately Vendor is and sub ledger activity in SAP. And while uploading the cutover balances to SAP that time you have to make sure about the following points.
    1) Initial Upload balance GL has to be created for each groups.
    2) Vendor Balances are updated in SAP like a) Open Unpaid Invoices b) Debit Notes c) Advance paid to vendor
There are different BDC's or any uploading programme should contain the all information like whatever you need to post in Vendor accounts.
    3) You have to make sure if you are uploading the open Invoices of Vendor then the Debit 40 should be Initial Balance GL account and vis-vis in all other cases

  • Update of Open AP Invoices for Backup Withholding Vendors

    Scenario:
We have open invoices that have not been paid for the vendor. We are
    using Classical Withholding.
The time period required to wait before we place the vendor on backup
withholding has expired, and we change his vendor master record to have
a backup withholding code (for example, F1).
We need to update the open items, so the backup withholding percentage
(28%) will be deducted at payment time on the existing invoices. Since
this withholding code F1 is for backup withholding, the withholding
amount is greater than 0%, the update program RFWT0020 will not update
    the items.
Is there an SAP program will update these existing open (unpaid) items with a
    withholding code > 0%?

    Hello Michelle,
The report RFWT0010 is used to update the withholding tax information
when changes are made in the vendor/customer data. Howver this report
    has some limitations:
    1. If you have posted a vendor invoice relevant to withholding tax
at time of invoice and later you change the master data so this
withholding tax type is not longer relevant, this change will not
take affect for the already posted invoice, althought you run report
        RFWT0010.
Withholding tax amount at time of invoice is already posted and
deducted. If you later modify vendor master record and add a new
withholding tax type relevant at time of payment, you will need to
run report RFWT0010 before payment in order to take this withholding
tax type into consideration, since it is relevant for payments.
However withholding tax type at invoice is already posted and report
RFWT0010 does not reverse this posting. Also, in the case that you
wanted to include a withholding tax at time of invoice, it will not
take affect for the already posted invoice.
    2. The report RFWT0010 only updates withholding tax information when
the relevant withholding tax types change. If you enter the same
withholding tax type so there is any change for the system. This
report updates the withholding tax information when you enter a
different withholding tax type in the vendor master.
With report RFWT0010 the scenario would be that you already had
withholding tax data in the master record however you now need to change
    same.
For further info you can refer to the report online documentation.
    Hope this is of help.
    regards
    Ray
