Unusual error at NativeProcess start ! HELP SOS

hi guys ,
i am trying to run an external exe file with the following code
var info:NativeProcessStartupInfo = new NativeProcessStartupInfo()
var file = File.applicationDirectory.resolvePath("usbserial.exe")
info.executable = file
var process:NativeProcess = new NativeProcess()
process.addEventListener(ProgressEvent.STANDARD_OUTPUT_DATA,onOutput)
process.start(info)
and i get this above error every time i start the process,  but this usbserial.exe file runs smoothly without any problems in CLI. 
So what is really going wrong here ?

Not sure, I haven't had an application crash on me when I started it via the native process api's before.  Since it works fine with CLI, try starting it with cmd.exe instead.  Something like "cmd.exe /c usbserial.exe"
