UPA issue with health

Hello All,
I'm experiencing below mentioned error in Health analyser with one of our SharePoint 2013 farm. Any help would be appreciated.
People search relevance is not optimized when the
Active Directory has errors in the manager reporting structure

Thanks for posting your issue, Kindly execute below mentioned PowerShell script with your input values
$upap = Get-SPServiceApplicationProxy | ? {$_.typename -eq "User Profile Service Application Proxy"}
Add-SPProfileLeader -ProfileServiceApplicationProxy $upap -Name "Domain\Username"
