I have the same issue. I spoke to apple support and they had me delete all my music and re-sync. It happened again after I re-synced. This a major issue. Many people are experiencing the same issue and I can't believe that this hasn't been addressed.

Presuming they're on your computer, right click on them and then follow the prompts to locate hte file on your computer.

I also have this problem, as does everybody else I know who has tried to use the video in icloud. As the original poster says, they can be uploaded, but will only play on the device from which they were originally uploaded, appeaering only as images which display an endless buffering symbol when "played" on any other devices with which the photostream is shared.
Has anyone been able to get this to work? And if not, why is there no acknowledgement from Apple that this bug exists and will be addressed in an update (now running 7.0.2 and still no improvement)? It was, after all, advertised as one of the attractive new features of iOS 7. So why the stony silence?

turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

I have just subscibed to itunes match, but seems to have only moved songs that I have purchased from itunes. Those songs have a cloud next to them and some have a cloud with an exclamation mark inserted, when u click on it to play it it now says can't fin

It says it has moved all my songs to the cloud but the cloud symbol has seemed to only appear by the songs purchased from the itunes store only, (this is on the desktop where I originally setup my itunes account) and some of the cloud symbols have an exclamation mark in them, so if I attempt to play them now, it says it can't find it!!!. Also, the main purpose of this exercise was to create space on my iphone and ipad............so once I have succesfully uploaded all my songs to the cloud, do I then delete all my songs off my devices to ceate that space or does that happen automatically?

Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

Many users have lost photos while preforming a restore from backup or upgrading the iOS. Recall, only photos in the camera roll are backed up to iCloud. There is a way to turn backups for camera roll on/off, perhaps these users had camera roll turned off.

Settings>icloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage, tap the device's name and on the next screen, be sure Camera Roll is turned on.
IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream. If you have been doing that, then you can sync those photos back to your device.
If you haven't been saving photos except relying on iCloud to store them in a backup, then that is risky, as many users have discovered. I'm afraid I have no advice in this case - there is no "cure".

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

We do not share an apple ID and her phone is now logged in with her account and I have since backed it up on itunes under her account as well. I have turned off automatic downloads on her phone but they still keep downloading. I delete one app and then another one just appears on the phone.

"Unlike". iOS 7 doesnt display well on my 4S. iOS 6.1.3 should still be supported for older hardware. I think I shall me moving to Samsung Galaxy now. Was really hoping hte new iphone would get a bit larger.

Connect your iPad to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Check for Updates “...
If an Update Appears Install it... if not... you are up to date for your particular Device...
