Updating Calendar and Attendees from iPhone

Question

I realize the iPhone is not smart enough to be able to create an event with attendees, but when you update an event with attendees from the phone (event created in Outlook), why doesn't the phone tell the server to notify attendees. It seems Apple missed the boat on their 'enterprise' support with exchange.
1. Create events and be able to add attendees
2. Notify attendees when events are updated on the phone
3. Don't force a download of an entire e-mail message just to forwards
These things can easily be done by just letting exchange know what to do. Windows mobiles has had them for some time.

Personally I think Apple should call it what it is: Beta.
* Some things work pretty well, example: push email
* Some things don't work very well, example: invitations management
* And there are a whole host of things that just aren't implemented yet, examples: push email within inbox subfolders, out of office configuration, create events and invite people, linked phone numbers in calendar events, email flags, etc.
