Updating values in JSP's

Question

I want to send these values to text boxes on another JSP page.
This is a table on "employees.jsp" and I want to send these values
to an "update.jsp" page so that these values can be updated if needed.
Can anyone help or give suggestions of what to do? Please!!

Where are these values coming from to be sent to another JSP page? For right, I'm just going to hard code the values and then when you submit, the JSP page that I've named "OtherJSPpage.jsp" will get the values:
