Really very very poor and not a valid service you guys are providing to a premium customer
even i sent mails i not got a simple mail replay
and you guys are playing with customer, and in the customer care center ( person name :subin) not at all a person to know who to talk to customer , and he not able to answer any questions
let me explain my case again, let see atleast now  any from Sony head will contact me
I register a case on Jan12 th, regarding facing multiple issue on my Sony Xperia ZR, i request for Upgrade model, by request been taken
and still it been not solved ,its suppose to be solved on Feb month, after i had multiple followup call to Subin, Salem service center and the customer care
last monday i got the call saying that my request is been approved and i will need to pay around 5k DD amount, since the salem service center also subin not assure about the address,the told the will confirm be at last tuesday
but the not call me or attend my call on tuedays, after multiple times tried when the pick the call on yest ,the telling all suddenly my request is reject, what is this, who can i beleive the talking diff. on diff times this is what a service to providing
one more point, i already service one time same mobile ,after assuring 100% no pbm will come to my mobile, within few weeks after the service provided i am facing same list of problem ,that the reason why i am asking for the upgrade model if you guys not providing the upgrade model atleast refund by amount
i am ready to legal, i have all record saying the request is approved, also you guys wasted around 2 months of time
i also called multiple times to Head customer care throught toll frree number to the Senior managar Name: Jiten,deepak
guys help me out to sort my issue, subin and other ppls telling not a clear answer also the not a person giving valid answer, the only assured the approved request and now the playing

    Here is the terrible story with the great company Lenovo.
    I bought a netbook for my bro on Nov 1st week(had a tough time to gather the money to buy one).
    After buying the netbook, i reached home and when i swithched it on, i saw blue screens and BSODs (Awesome guys)... I went to the shop from where i bought the netbook on a working day (yes, i am working and i have to take a day off to go the place thus costing my one day's pay). I went there and they reformated the netbook and told me its good to go. I was happy.
    I go home and after 2-3 days i again see BSODs and netbook not starting up probs. I post it here and get some solution which sometimes work(the press button for long time thingy) , then i installed Ubuntu on it(it took me 5 **bleep** attempts to install it cos it would get stuck in betweek always). After that Ubuntu went fine for 1 week and i tried the memtest that i got with Ubuntu (the one included in Windows is **bleep**!!, it comes out telling its all good), and the memtest that came with Ubuntu failed which gave me the info that the RAM is faulty or so.
    I then take another day off( I loose another day's pay) to go to the service station because the idiots from the place i bought says that if I go then only will the service be done fast. I go to the service center and what do i see, 6-7 ppl with the same issue.. THANKS LENOVO. I then talked with a person there in the service center, he takes my machine and replaces the RAM. I run a memtest and its fine..
    I then travel home (i work outside home state) and give the netbook to my bro and when he uses it , its fine.. and I come back to the state where i work. And my brother calls me in a week telling that it got some BSODs and its freaking dead. I come back to the state and get it and come back and call the place and told them to go to the service center. They asked 250Rs for them to go the service center as I couldnt take a leave from office that day. They went and after 1 week I got the netbook back(which was this Jan-feb). I then check the machine and its fine. After a week i checked it again and it gives me the same **bleep**!! LENOVO you're awesome.
    And i cant send this piece of **bleep** to my bro. I have always admired LENOVO when it got it working from the service center but if it was just for a week then i should say LENOVO has no respect from my side.
    AND now i want a refund. Its just 3 months now and I dont want to waste my money, my work , my time. I want a REFUND. Someone please let me know how to go about this. I feel cheated and the money i spent time in collecting gone a waste.

    Just awesome, they didnt call back. I called them (Lenovo Service Center) and another guy took (third time third person).
    NOW he is telling that i have to lodge a complaint to get it serviced and then only I will get a case ID. And he told me that he refixed the RAM and it worked fine so there was no need of lodging a complaint.
    Now what the hell am i supposed to do? First time i went, I didnt know abt the policy of calling lenovo customer care to get it fixed. At that time custome care was down(first impression is the best impression), and the guy in the service center took it and said he will fix it and told me he changed the RAM.
    Second time the ppl from where i bought the netbook went and did the same is what he is telling as there is no caseID.
    These ppl are removing the memory stick without lodging a complaint, isn't this illegal? That too ppl in Lenovo only.
    Someone better address this case carefully treating this as high priority!!

  • Upgrading and refunds

    I ordered Photoshop CS5 Extended; the retail version.
    I looks like from a lot of the posts here, I can upgrade to retail CS5 Design Premium from my academic copy of CS4 Design Premium.
    The only reason I bought the full copy of the Photoshop CS5 is because I did not know that was possible. Obviously it is the case.
    Since already activated Photoshop CS5 Extended, will Adobe issue me a refund and allow me to buy the upgrade to CS5 Design Premium?

  • REMADV: Refunds to customer handle through DBM or DBE?

    We are using IDOC : PEXR2002 and message type REMADV. We have a scenario wherein we have refunds given to customers for products returned or the net amount of payment received from the customer and refunded back to customer is negative.
    In both the scenarios we are populating the E1IDKU5-MOAQUAL and E1IDLU5 -MOABETR with qualifier 001 and amount.
    However when we check the payment advice the item amounts are correct (negative), but payment amounts are positive and hence the difference is double the amount.
    Can someone provide some input as to how we can fix the issue? Do we instead of REM , use DBE or DBM?

    I do not know any plugin but you could use a url shorter service like www.goo.gl to see if the url have been used. You can also use the service to deactivate urls.
    The problem is that ACS do not know that you have created the links on the distributor side. So it can not know what requests to handle and not if the link is valid.
    You probebly need a service in between ACS and your store to handle the URLs for renewal and tracking. As you say, a plugin!

    1. When i am posting to customer account in FBCJ, it is getting posted to Main reconciliation and from there I am trasnfering to Special gl account using f-02, and in next step i am clearing using f-32. Is this correct or do we need some other account in FBCJ. If it is possible plesae provide journal entries.
    2. I have read on sdn that we can use substitution rule, I am trying to create but in substitution step HKONT field is not displayed. . In prerequisite step HKNOT field is there but not in substitution step. Is there any way we can distplay HKONT.

Over the past three months I actually decided to keep a log of how many times either my BT vision or BT internet went wrong resulting in the re booting of the home hub or Vision box. The results were astounding, over ninty four days there were a combindcombined 142 rerd boots. When explaining this to the BT careline who were trying to talk me out of my cancellation their best solution was to upgrade to infinity free of charge, giving me BT sport for free, but I needed to sign a twelve month contract extention.
    I have just one question I would like someone from BT to ponder. Why would I enter into any sort of contractual agreement with a firm that has consistently failed so spectacularly. I only started to keep the re boot log as failure was so frequent. The answer to the question should be obvious.
    I have been a BT customer for ten years or more, after this I honestly don't see a day where I will ever return.I can not see that Sky or Virgin could ever be this bad.

  • Upgrade Storage & Refund

    I upgraded my storage in ICloud 12/23 then found it wasn't enough.  So I upgraded again & asked to remove the initial request.  Does anyone know how or when I'll get reimbursed?

    When you upgrade the existing plan (in this case, your original upgrade) is cancelled and you will get a pro-rated refund for that plan based on how long it was in effect.  Might take a few days to see the credit.  You can call the Apple online store at the number at the bottom of this page (1-800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada) if you want to check the status.

  • Highly unsatisfied customer- unable to get callback

    I have been a verizon customer for 5 yrs. After my contract was up recently, and after receiving a promotion nearly everyday decided to call and renew contract. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. After a 3 hr long phone call, the rep was able to offer me a contract similar to a new customer less the prepaid visa. However, after i received the email confirmation, it did not include the promotions she said I would receive nor did it have the monthly price she told me my bill would be. I called back within 24 hours explained the situation and was told i would recoeve a callback from the retention department, but no one called. 2 days later, i called back and explained it to the rep who then told me that although the 1st rep who i renewed the contract told me i would have that price for the 2 years of my contract did not give me correct info and some of the discounts that she promised for 2 yrs would expire within 2 weeks. She transferred me to supervisor and after explaining everything to her she told me rep1 had misinformed me about the price as well as the promotion of 24 months of all the premium channels. In fact, the supervisor told me that even though i had the promo in my hand, that offer was in fact not available to new customers. I told her i entered into the agreement under false pretenses because i was promised a specific price and specific upgrades but she still tried to talk me into keeping a contract in which i didnt agree to. And that rep1 would possibly be reprimanded. After telling her i wanted to cancel several times she then told me that if i cancel contract i would be paying a much higher price because no contract no discounts. The new plan was with many fewer channels than i had previously but was at the same price i paid previously. So i told her i wanted to go back to my old plan and she then told me if i went to my old plan i would have to pay 40 more a month since i was grandfathered in at that price. I told her that i only changed it because i promised a certain price and entered the contract thinking i was getting more and if she didnt "misinform" me i wouldnt of changed anything. So now i am stuck paying the same price for a bundle with about 200 fewer channels all at the expense of rep1 "misinforming" me. So i have to suffer with a much higher bill than i thought i would have with less services!!! I asked to speak to someone else and she told me there is no one else i can speak to. Mind you this is all within 4 days of agreeing to a contract but not recieving what i agreed to and couldnt even go back to the position i was in previously even though it was the rep1 fault, who may or may not be reprimanded. So i am in a lose lose situation and wish i never even tried to renew my contract. All verizon customers beware, because you will be told a certain price and uprades but once ypu agree they say it was a mistake and we cant give that to you. On top of that, she claimed the promo i had in my hand was not being offered!!! Sounds to me like consumer fraud, bait and switch as well as false promotions. I have a question verizon, why send me a promotion Everyday that i cant take advantage of,only new customers can, but then tell me u value existing customers just as much? If i am entering a new 2 yr contract i should be able to subscribe to those promotions as well.
    So after calling back numerous times and spending 12-15 hours on the phone and being told a supervisor would call me back, which none ever did, i am stuck with a higher bill and less services because of you rep. And i call and asked customer care several times who can i speak to about this situation . All customer care said was a supervisor will call you back. There has to be some type of dispute department to handle these situations but no one is giving me the contact information. One rep told me to contact the closed captioning department. Closed caption is for the words to be displayed on tv for hearing inpaired. I guess that was a punch in the face and implied that I cant hear. I can hear fine and i cant wait for the conversations to be reviewed!!!!
    I would love to be somehow credited for all my trouble , time and stress caused by a rep 'misinforming' me!!!

  • Trouble obtaining approved refund, terrible customer service

    Hello, on 11/3/2014 I sent my U310 Touch into the repair depot under warranty to get fixed. On 11/17/14, parts were no available so I escalated to a refund in which a case manager was assigned to me and accepted my refund. He said that the refund check can only be released after they received my old machine in their department which they did because last week they sent back my hard drive as requested. Now the problem is, my check hasn't come in the mail yet and I have already emailed (three times) and attempted to call my case manager to no avail. Now it just seems like he is ignoring me. I have contacted customer reps who have promised (again three times) that they would send a notification to my case manager to get back to me. That has not happened. I am getting extremely frustrated because when I first turned inmy laptop I was told it would only be a 7-10 business day turn around. It is a my daily laptop I use for school and it seems like they are just taking their sweet time with this whole process and at the same time keeping me in the dark. That is unacceptable. On top of that, the customer rep I talked to today was extremely unhelpful saying that there is no way to reach my case manager if he does not decide to answer. So you're telling me case managers at Lenovo all get to be treated at CEOs and can answer their customers whenever they want? I asked him for the corporate number to file a response and get this, he tells me that no one in his department has access to that number. You don't have access to the number of your own corporate office? This is an extremely frustrating process and this may be the last lenovo I purchase. I would like to have my refund check sent already considering they continuously tell me that my refund was already approved.

    I suspect (but cannot prove, obviously) that the result would have been different if you'd watched, say, 10 minutes of the movie and called right away.

    I know I didn't spent several hundred dollars like other people did but to buy a service and be told that you can't use it for over 24 hours is bording on insane and customers will not stand for it.  And neither will my listeners.

  • Refund/Horrible Customer Service

    I have been dealing with Verizon and their HORRIBLE customer service for 5 months now. In the beginning of August, I contacted Directv and put in an order for installation of a bundle package with verizon. I was supposed to be set up for August 10th. Well, that day, the tech shows up to install the directv, but has no idea about my internet and phone. So, I called Verizon. They had no clue about my service. They had nothing under my name, phone number, address....NOTHING. So, the RUDE lady who helped me on the phone (sounded like she did not want to be there that day, let alone help me with my issue) put in my order. She said it would take a few days. I wasn't happy, but fine, stuff happens. The day comes around when I am suppposed to have my internet connected. Low and behold, no internet. I call up. They say I am missing my start up kit. Really??? I have a modem that I used before...nobody ever mentioned a start up kit. So this guy says, Ill send it to you. It should be there within 2-3 business days. Doesn't show up. I call back, the order was never processed. So the next person says he will try it again. After waiting almost 7 days I get a tracking number and realize they have the wrong apartment number. I had to go pick up my own modem from UPS. When I called to change the aparetment number, I realize that it wasn't that simple. All of my services are at 16H instead of 15H. How convenient. Apparently, this is not an easy fix. Another week passes...this is now about a month since my original August 10th date. Finally, I should have connection in my apartment. I call back to have someone walk me through hooking up my start up kit. I DONT HAVE A SPLITTER!!!! Now I'm really irritated and I finally said forget it. It is not worth the time and effort that I am putting into this. I called to cancel everything. Well, your nice rep in retention, Jessica {edited for privacy} told me she would give me a $15 adjustment for 12 months. She told me she would send me the splitter as fast as she could. Ok, ONE MORE TIME. Can you guess what happened next? Yep...no splitter. (At one point along the way i spoke to Theresa who said she would credit my modem fee of $39.99) So, once again, I call retention and spoke to Darnisha{edited for privacy} who gave me a fix it ticket, back dated my account, and said that she would refund everything since a technically i never had any service. Great. This ordeal is finally over. NOT! For the last several months I have had bills come to me every month for some amount that I owe. Every month I call back and they say they will fix it. I spoke to CIndy {edited for privacy} on October 1st who told me I would get a final bill with a $0 balance in November. That statement came in at $43.92. I spoke to Angel {edited for privacy} on November 13th who told me my final bill would come in December with a $0 balance. I just received it this weekend with a balance of $24.43. Yesterday, 12/18/13 I called back for this bill and was told that my bill had been sent to COLLECTIONS!!! Now Verizon is messing with my spotless credit because they cannot get their stuff together. I spoke to Nicki in the Missouri billing department and have been assured that she will credit my ll with a voucher. But now I will have a mark on my credit because the bill has been sent to collections. I have spent numerous hours on the phone wasting my time, my minutes on my cell phone, and my sanity. At this point, I feel like Verizon owes me something. How can you tarnish someone's credit, give such poor customer service, and still be in business???
    I have fallen into a hole that not one single person in Verizon has been able to dig me out of. I had left Time Warner to sign up with Verizon and it was the worst mistake and has been the biggest headache. When I cancelled Verizon, I went straight back to Time Warner. I never had an incident before and I have not had an incident since.  All I want is to have this fixed. I work customer service and I know how fast bad customer service travels. Somebody needs to fix this bill and they need to fix it now.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    That happened to me, too. I just deleted all the custom ringtones and then sent them back over to the iPhone by syncing with my computer's iTunes.
