i have a query relating to the real estate module.
I want a table name that holds the (VIOROO-rsobjtype) Reservation object type field and (VIBPOBJREL-Partner) Partner field. These fields are contained in 2 different tables.
Can you help me out here. This is an Very urgent requirement.

Profit center derviation for Real Estate
Hi Experts,
How do i achieve this scenerio in Profit Center u201CBALANCEu201D in required to be derivated in RERAPP and RERAOP posting for Real estate for VAT posting. The process which it follows is mentioned below, can any body suggest me how can get this.
Profit center of VAT postings:
When posting from RE transactions (RERAPP or RERAOP), VAT is not posted on the BALANCE profit center but
- On the building profit center in case one time posting (RERAOP) or periodic posting (RERAPP) from a contract which does not have the DUMMY profit center in the organizational assignment.
- On the DUMMY profit center in case of periodic posting (RERAPP) from contract with DUMMY profit center in the organizational assignment.
There's an FI substitution which assigns the BALANCE profit center for postings on balance sheet accounts, but for some reason this is not working for postings from the RE module.
There are VAT posting for RE, which are suppose to be assigned to the profit center BALANCE.

1) I am sure that there is no seperate transaction code to view the profit center document. Either you need to view accounting documents in FB03 and go into the PCA document or you can go into the line item report of KE5Z, and double click the line item it takes you to the document.
2) The system is built in such a way that the secondary postsing to another object goes as statistical postings. The primary posting goes into cost object as real values which allows us to allocate from one object to another object. This allocation also goes into the profit center accounting as statistical as
per assignment of profit center to the cost objects.

step1:
Go to LIKP table which is header data.Select the record from DB for delivery you want into one field string.
step2:
Get the customer number of the ship-to party (in field KUNNR IN LIKP Table) into one variable.
step3:
Using that customer number you can get the address of ship-to party of particular delivery in KNA1 table.

Muse vs Wordpress for Real Estate site?
I need to make a fairly complex site for a real estate developer who has several subdivisions and offers extensive services. I would love to use Muse for the design flexibility, but I can't find how I can make a searchable database of properties that the site owner could update.

With Muse you can design the site , regarding content management this is done on hosting platform where you host the site as you avail the crm/cms feature where clients can manage the contents.
You can use any hosting platform like wordpress or Business Catalyst, where we publish the site and then manage cms from site backend.

Is there an instant movie theme suitable for Real Estate videos with Premiere Plus?
Most of the themes are very flashy/snappy/loud. Before I pay $50. I would like to know that there is a theme suitable for a short real estate video of a neighborhood and walkthrough of a home. Thanks!
Welcome to the forum.
I hesitated to reply, as I have only used Themes once, and then totally reconstructed the Effects. I also do not have PrE 10, so you probably have more Themes, but I am not sure that any is really suitable for your described Project. I was hoping that Steve, Neale, John T., or others, who might have more familiarity with Themes, would show up, but they have not - yet.
Looking through the Themes that I have, and even putting on my creative hat, to image how one might work as a base, and then be heavily modified for your Project, I am coming up almost at a total loss. The closest that I could come would be the Travel Theme, where the Locations (in the Theme) are changed to the houses in a neighborhood. Yes, that IS a stretch, but the best that I can come up with.
I agree with you that the Themes, in their stock form, are flashy, loud and most suited for a short treatment, that would be shown to young children, sort of like many things at a Disney themepark - bright lights that flash, loud SFX and music, bright colors, etc..Hardly suitable for a commercial, professional Video.

Are you contemplating buying a "Theme Pack," (have not seen such) or similar, or do you mean, before you buy PrE?
If the former, can you point to the source of that Theme Pack, and I will look over the details. If you mean the latter, PrE is in no way restricted to those Themes. I have used PrE for many years, and have used but one Theme (heavily modified), in all that time. I have created many commercial, business Videos, so the program has all the power that you need - just not with their Themes.
If you are contemplating the purchase of PrE, can you outline the material that you will be working with, a few of your ideas on the aesthetics, that you would like to incorporate, any technical thoughts, and give us an idea of how you will want to deliver the Video. We can help you make that decision, as to whether PrE is the right tool.
While I have not seen any of the newer versions, AVID/Pinnacle's Studio program (probably up to ~ 15 now) has, or had, similar with their Instant Movie. However, back to about Studio 10, those were in the same vein, as PrE's Themes (nearly useless, and often rather odd, though usually funny, and maybe not in the way intended?). Back through about 10, I cannot imagine one of those being useful for your purpose, but might have missed one, and Pinnacle might have finally added some that ARE useful.

Table name reqd for batches and unrestricted stocks records
Hi friends,
I required table name of which having consolidated stocks with batch wise.
****reports avialable in T.Code:MMBE (here it displays the batches and unrestricted stocks by storage location wise)....
These details,i want to see in tables.
MCHA : will list only materials,plant and batche details.
MARD: will display Storage location data for material with total quantity.
LIke these, i want to view the table batches and unrestircted stock details of each material.
Pls, post ur comments and answer as much as possible.

Organization structure for real-estate project
Hi
I am required to work in a real-estate company project.
I am confused about the organization structure which should be created for the company.
The company undertakes various projects like housing, shopping complexes, malls, wind-mills, etc. and want to know the profitability reports of each individual project. Every time company will be starting new new construction activities.
Please suggest an organization element how I can represent these in the Controlling Area and avoid number of GL accounts growing out of numbers.

Real estate module is not IS solution, licensing is normal for RE
2. Is it possible to activate two industry solution in the same box ?
yes you can with some small precations
3. If yes, Will Retail and Real Estate or any existing Functional modules affect?
No, there is no impact.
4. Normally what is the time frame for implementing the Real Estate Module for GCC country zone.
That based on project, max is 4 to 6 monts
5. Real Estate is a new installation or Add-on ?
No.
