Url for spry and web pages incorrect

Hi,
I am using Dreamweaver cs4 with Vista on an HP computer. My website is www.hiringsolutions.net. When clicking on the Select Intelligently button at the top left of the page it goes to "The webpage cannot be found." When I look at the url, it is completely different than what it should be. It is http://www.hiringsolutions.net/Content/Templates/SelectIntelligently.html , showing /Content/Templates in the url. That is not my url. Some of my pages are linked to it and my Spry is linked to it also. I have no idea where it came from. I know I must have done something but can't figure it out.
My url should be http://www.hiringsolutions.net/SelectIntelligently.html and if you click on the links in the middle of the home page, they work. I think this means my spry menu is not working. I did not know where to put this problem as far as the forum. I have two css pages, two sprymenu pages. It looks like this:

The SpryMenuBar.js is using the incorrect url. It isn't working. I have tried going in and fixing it but get the error message "cannot be found. If the file exists on the server, use the files panel to get the file from the server."
The first demo.css and sprymenubars have the Content/Templates/ in their url and do not work. The next demo.css and spry menubars have the correct url and work. I do not know how to get rid of this incorrect url. There is no file by that name. I have a Content folder and a Templates folder but they are separate. I hope someone can help.

Thanks so much for answering me. I did check my files and they are correct. What I finally did was look in my html and I found this.

As you can see, /Content/Templates has been inserted before my pages. I don't think I did this or at least I don't remember doing it. There is no reason for me to do it. I have gone thru all of these links and deleted /Content/Templates. I am putting all my files to my server and I hope this works. This is beyond my level of expertise.

Recent iOS update has made my iPad 2 unusable. The screen locks up. It's very laggy and web pages do not load correctly. Is there a fix for this or are they even working on a fix.

Try some basic troubleshooting:
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
(C) Setup as new (data will be lost if you do not have backup)
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings

Single URL for internal and external CRM access when using IFD

At one of our client site I have setup IFD on CRM 2011. This IFD is behind TMG. My client is a big corporation therefore all CRM components including CRM, ADFS and SQL are on separate servers.
I have configured IFD using single url https://orgname.contoso.com Their IT staff wants to know why can't they use single URL for internal and external access where internal users are nto prompted for authentication
when logging on to the CRM server. I know you can do URL re-write in ADFS but they want to know the reason "why internal users can't use the same IFD URL and don't get prompted for their credentials". Text below is from their IT staff.

There are several approaches to your question. You need to set up both an internal and an external relying party trust. If you use the external URL, it will always direct you to the signin page, if you use the internal URL, it will resolve you single
sign on.
I've configured IFD for CRM multiple times, and this is how it works. CRM looks at the URL. If you use the external URL (org.domain.com), it will prompt for credentials. So what you are asking for, a single URL that works single sign on internally and prompts
externally really isn't possible.
What I recommend is:
1. make the external URL available internally
2. Configure all outlook clients against the external URL, that way you won't have to reconfigure when someone goes internal to external
3. Have users who are primarily internal use the internal URL for the web client, which will resolve single sign on
4. Have users who are primarily external use the external URL for the web client
For #1, since you only need to enter the credentials when you first configure CRM, it is in all effects single sign on.
One thing I haven't tried that may work is using IIS redirect internally to redirect the external URL to the internal URL. There is also a powershell script in the IFD guide that you can use to make the outlook client switch between the internal and external
URL's, but nothing that will give you a single URL that works as the internal relying party trust when internal and the external relying party trust when you are external.

You may need to reset your network settings, making sure the network you're accessing is stable: tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If your iPhone still can't connect to App Store, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > tap the Apple ID and sign out > later, sign in with your Apple ID.

App tabs and web page tabs not saved when Apple Mac is powered down

Using Firefox with Apple Mac running OS X v 10.7.1 and Parallels 6, and Windows Vista as a virtual computer. Have Firefox 6.o installed on the Mac and Firefox 6.0 for Windows installed within Microsoft Vista running under Parallels 6 as a virtual machine.
Issue 1) Within Mozilla on the Mac whenever I power down and restart the computer all my app tabs and web page tabs are lost except for my home page, even though I have set up Firefox preference to remember my open web pages/tabs.
Issue 2) Within Firefox running within Vista on the virtual machine my web pages are remembered but I cannot figure out how to create a app tab.

Tabs are only saved if you close (Firefox > Quit) the Firefox application while those tabs are still showing. If you close a window and still have the menu bar visible then you wont reopen already close tabs. You may need to be able to reopen the three last closed windows via History > Recently closed Windows.

Hello and welcome to the Apple Discussions Forum.
I have hardly any experience with HP printers but since your posting has not been replied to yet I thought I'd offer some assistance.
With the printer status and ink levels working, it shows that you have a connection to the printer. So I would look at the issue being with the protocol being used for the print queue on the Mac.
Since you have XP and Vista working, I would check the printer queue configuration on either box. In XP, go to the Properties and select Ports. Click the Configure Port tab to view the connection. If you are using RAW, then this is known as HP Jetdirect-Socket on OS X. So if you are not sure what protocol was used before I would create another printer queue, this time selecting IP > HP Jetdirect-Socket. Then enter your IP address and select the K5400dn from the Print Using menu.
If this still fails to print then please reply. There may be limitations with adding the HP driver this way that I am not aware of. There may also be other driver options you can look at, such as HPIJS. If Greg Sahli reads this posting he has expert knowledge on this matter and will be able to offer some guidance.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

ER diagrams in word docs and web pages

What are the best ways of getting ER diagrams displayed in Word documents and web pages? The output facilities from Designer seem a bit limited unless I am missing something.

True, the diagrammer is a modelling tool, not a drawing tool.
To get your diagram in word however you can select & copy the entities in a windows fashion to word (Ctrl-C + Ctrl-V).
If you want the contents of the repository in html on the web you should try ODWA (Oracle Designer Web Assitant)!

Using same project for Desktop and Web (?)

Is it possible to manage a same codebase/project for compiling both for AIR and web release (?) Also, on a distant thinking, can ANT able to help on this way?

To elaborate further, in Flash Builder create:
Core Library : Actionscript Library Project - This project contains 90% of your code as CWBenccw mentioned.
AIR Core Library : ActionScript Library Project (Linking AIR libraries) - This project contains AIR-specific implementations of core functionality.
Web App: ActionScript Project (Web) - This project links with Core Library and contains a basic entry point for web (a Main Sprite)
Desktop App: ActionScript Project (Desktop) - This project works like the above, but with a Desktop entry point and Application descriptor, and links with AIR Core Library
Mobile App: ActionScript Mobile Project - Same as above, but for mobile
The way you use your AIR Core Library is to provide overrides for things that are different in AIR. For instance you might want to be able to save files differently, but transparaently to the Core Library. In this case you create an interface for saving in Core Library, e.g.
interface Saver
function save(filename:String, data:String) : void;
You also create an implementation for your non-AIR core:
class FlashSaver implements Saver
function save(filename:String, data:String) : void
     var so : SharedObject = SharedObject.getLocal("something");
     so.data[filename] = data;
     so.flush();
And then an AIR implementation that might use AIR features like direct File IO.
Your various entry points are responsible for providing the correct implementation of Saver to your Core Libraries via some form of dependency injection.

IBook for Graphic and Web Design

I'm thinking of buying my sister's iBook (since she doesn't really use it). I was talking to a mac rep about using the iBook for Graphic and Web Design purposes and I wanted to get other people's opinions on how Adobe Creative Suite and Dreamweaver have performed in other people's iBooks.

Running a lot of applications simultaneously, or a few high processing type applications such as Adobe's is what takes up RAM. OS X utilizes Hard Drive available space to make up for memory (RAM) deficiencies. This will "slow down" a system's ability to manage the files. So if you like to multiple applications opened at the same time, buy more RAM. Personally, 1 gb ought to be the minimum for today's systems.
By contrast, a computer's processor, including logic board, video board, etc. are the engine of the system. The iBook has a small engine. So no matter how much RAM you feed it, it's still going to operate like a small engine. If you want more processing power, you would need to purchase a more powerful notebook (eg Power Book) or a more processor oriented machine such as the Intel iMac or Mac Pro.

Security for SOA and Web Services

Dipak Chopra's 09 Dec 04 "Security for SOA and Web Services" piece has been a terrific starter for me as I start to delve into this topic. Does SAP/the SDN plan to publish an SAP-specific roadmap to show the adherence to and adoption of these standards in NetWeaver? (Or maybe there is such a published roadmap that I am unaware of?)

SAP follows and participates in Security and other Web services standards very closely as we recognize the opportunity they present our customers for developing solutions and integrating systems faster at lower cost.
However many of the standards are still in development and so are not quite yet ready for "prime time". This means that we can't really publish a "road map" as it would be continually changing. However, if you want an idea on which standards SAP thinks are important, please take a look at this presentation [1] which was delivered at the last Tech Ed.

Changes in Bex and web page when adding a new hierarchy...

Currently when we add a new hierarchy - we need to make a change to both the hier workbook in BEX as well as the web page.
can any body help me what are the new changes?..

To my understanding only if you use the hierarchy then you have to make changes otherwise it is not necessary.
Run the Workbooks and Web Pages and check out whether you are getting any problem.
