US / CAN Workshops -- feedback?

Question

As announced at the Congress, the North American UA program will be offering workshops at three locations in June and July.  The date and locations below are firm.  The topics taught at each location and the class length are still flexible -- we would like your feedback on this.  Independent of this discussion thread, we are having similar conversations with workshop instructors and curriculum developers.  Once finalized, the details will be published on the UA Events page in the UAC Welcome Center.
Please note:  these workshops are only available to faculty actively using SAP software in their university curricula, as part of their campus full University Alliances program membership (if your school is interested in joining, see program info on the UAC Program Overview page (https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/overview)
Based on prior feedback, our goal was to ensure that workshops were the right length for necessary knowledge transfer - not automatically one week long, so you'll see a combination of 1 day, 2 day and 5 day sessions.  The self-contained topics (1 day courses) will be offered via distance learning to save you travel time & expense.  In addition to our traditional course topics, we will also be announcing monthly webinars designed to introduce best practices for successful UA initiatives and new curricula.

SAP NetWeaver - 2 topics, 2 days each (ttl 4 days)

Distance learning:  all 1 day long, dates TBD
Business Intelligence (Business Objects content only)

The issue with July 6 - 10, is that faculty would need to travel on the 4th of July weekend (Sunday, July 5th).  Historically faculty haven't liked that - and flight costs tend to be more expensive and airports are busy.  We've gotten fairly low attendance when we've tried this in the past.
With the golf tournament happening through July 19th, that night will also be very expensive in local hotels, so that pretty much eliminates July 20 - 24th since there will be several classes that need to begin first thing Monday morning to cover the content.
That leaves us with a couple of choices.
1.  We could consider a Tuesday - Saturday (July 7 - 11) or Tuesday - Saturday (July 21 - 25) workshop (assuming that UW Milwaukee could support a Saturday class and instructors are able to teach on Saturday).  That would eliminate the holiday weekend travel since people could fly in on Monday; or the later week would avoid the higher hotel prices.
2.  July 27 - 31 that had been proposed in an earlier post.  This feels a little late, but it is only 2 weeks later than we were originally thinking for the Milwaukee event.
