  • Measure using UseRelationship not working well when sliced with attributes from the same table

    Hi,
I have Measure created using the 'UseRelationship' Function, which uses a different datekey to link to the DateDim than the one the table is directly related by. The measure works as expected except in one scenario.
If I browse the measure using an attribute from the same fact table then the attribute is filtered using active relationship whereas the measure is filtered using the inactive relationship as shown below:
    FACT(2 rows)(Active Relationship to Date using DateKey1)
    SNo     DateKey1     DateKey2     Geo        Amt
    1         20100101     20120101    India      100
    2         20100101     20120101    US         200
    AmtMeasure:=CALCULATE(SUM([Amt]),USERELATIONSHIP(FACT[DateKey2],'Date'[DateKey]))
If I browse the above measure in excel, with Year selected as 2012, I get 100+200=300. Now if I drag the Geo attribute against the measure I get 2 rows with 100 and 200.
If I do the same in a power view report I don't get any results after dragging the Geo attribute, whereas I get the correct value of 300 without the geo attribute. I checked the DAX query which the power view generates and figured this is being caused because
there are no rows in the table with DateKey1 having year 2012. I understand why this is happening this way in a DAX query and not in MDX, but shouldn't both behave in the same way and what is a work around.

  • Delete all entries from the following tables - Follow-up Activities (oracle)

    Hello,
I performed a homogeneous system copy of our development BW system with the database (oracle 11.2.0.3) from the BW production system!
I already start the oracle database and the SAP system in the target system/server (development BW system) and I´m doing some follow-up activities. One of this activities is (at the system copy guide 6.2.3.2 Activities at Database Level) is to delete all entries from the following tables:
    DBSTATHORA, DBSTAIHORA, DBSTATIORA, DBSTATTORA
I tried to delete them using SQL Plus:
    sqlplus /nolog
    SQL> connect /as sysdba
    SQL> delete from DBSTATTORA;
    delete from DBSTATTORA
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
... and it show me that error message.
This is strange because when I go to transaction SE14 and check the DBSTATTORA I see that table exist and contain a lot of entries!
Why this is happened in SQL Plus!? I´m running the correct SQL statement for doing this type of task or not?
How can I delete the entries of that tables? Can I do that using the transaction SE14?
    Can you help me please?
    Thank you,
    samid raif

    Hello
    sqlplus /nolog
    SQL> connect /as sysdba
    SQL> delete from DBSTATTORA;
    delete from DBSTATTORA
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
It doesn't surprise me as you are not mentioning the schema name here. Instead it should be
    delete from SAPSR3.DBSTATTORA;
Assuming the schema owner is SAPSR3. if the owner is different then replace that with the correct one.

  • "This entry already exists in the following tables DLN1"

    Hi there,
We create a Delivery from Sales Order using the Copy To option with a batch managed item. When we try to add the document, the error message appears:
This entry already exists in the following tables '' (DLN1) (ODBC -2035)
I think it is something to do with the chosen batches but I'm not sure about it. Did someone already have the same issue before?
    Thanks and regards,
    Nat

    Hi,
I would suggest to escalate this issue to SAP support.
Our client has experienced similar issue but they want to update item master data. They duplicated existing one and then delete last 3 digits of the original item code and then update it, the error message appears but it refers to AIT1 table and ODBC 2035.
There is a note relate to it but it is just a query and the result must be sent to SAP support.
However, have you tried to use copy from ? I mean you open the DO, put the customer code and then copy from the SO ? Will the error appear ?

    Hi,
If you are trying to create a Business Partner code where the code is same as another added in the database already as a G\L Account, then the error also occurs.
If the issue is not fixed by running the task, it is a database corruption for which further investigation from support is necessary.
Please log a support ticket to get the issue investigated.

  • This entry already exists in the following tables -Message

    Hi,
Im getting a [RDN1.WhsCode][line:3], 'This entry already exists in the following tables(ODBC-2035)'
This message is presented frequently in returns and credit memos. Our company uses batch numbers for our items. When the item is returned, is returned to a different warehouse from it was originally delivered, so we change the warehosue in the return form and credit memo form. So we need to click the "create" button in the batch selection window, because there are no batch numbers to be selected.
Any Ideas as how to solve the problem?
    Thank you.

    Hi,
This entry already exists in the following tables Message is always related to duplicated record creation or application error.  For you case, I think it is better to return to original warehouse first and do inventory transfer to the actual return location in the second step.
    Thanks,

    Hi ,
There is a Solution to the above  Error Message.
Administration --> Utilities --> Restore Item Balance -->
and then bring down the open credit and debit  balances to reconcile and  perform Reconcile it would work.
Note : Before performing this in the LIVE DB you need SAP Confirmation.

  • "This entry already exists in the following tables (service contracts)"

    Hi,
When running MRP Wizard on Step 3 of 4 'Data Source' screen, I get the following error which we've never had before in running MRP for over two years:
"This entry already exists in the following tables (service contracts)"
We are a manufacturing company and do not use the service contracts functionality within SAP Business One.
Any idea how to resolve so we can continue running MRP?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
I suggest you to not create a message to SAP support before upgrade the B1 2007A version patch level from 42 to 2007A SP01 PL12. PL12 is the latest PL. I said that because I am afraid your message will be a billable message. In my country, the charge for such message is 80 EUR.
After upgrade to PL12, check if the error still exists. If yes, then you create a message to SAP support. This is the most better way.

  • This entry already exist in the following table " (ACPR) in SBO 2005A

    Hi All,
I use training database of SBO 2005A SP 01 PL 39.
When updating new business partner (BP), the error message appears from system is this entry already exist in the following table " (ACPR) [ODBC 2035] (message 131-138).
This error is happened after I finished define the contact person. If I skip contact person, BP could be updated. I do creating business partner manually.
When I delete the ACPR entry, it could work well. I use query : delete from acpr where cardcode between 'xx' and 'yy'.
How to resolve the problem without deleting the entry ? does the table has maximum entry in the ACPR ? Thanks in advance

    John

    Hi John,
Here are the details of note number 991296.
    I hope it helps.
    Adrian
    Symptom
In certain cases, when trying to update a business partner master data the following error message appears: "This entry already exists in the following table (ACPR)".
This problem occurs because of old data in the history table ACPR (Contact Persons - History) that conflicts with current data in OCPR table (Contact Persons).
    Other terms
Update, BP Master Data, History, ACPR, OCPR, "This entry already exists in the following table (ACPR)".
    Reason and Prerequisites
    Application error.
    Solution
In order to confirm whether the above issue affects your DB, please run the following queries:
    SELECT T0.CntctCode, T1.Name, T0.CardCode AS 'History Card Code', T1.CardCode AS 'Current Card Code' FROM ACPR T0 INNER JOIN OCPR T1 ON T0.CntctCode = T1.CntctCode AND T0.CardCode <> T1.CardCode
If the query retrieves any results, please contact your Support Center.

I want to know if i copy all of the music in my itunes folder to an external without consolidating can i still transfer all my itunes music from my current windows xp pc to a brand new one and have my current itunes library in my new pc? Basically i just want to know 3 things: What exactly does consolidating the itunes library do? Can i copy, paste, and transfer my itunes library to an external and from there to a new pc? Will i be able to transfer my itunes library without consolidating the files?

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed.  It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4).  Please see and follow the procedure in the following article:http://smallbusiness.chron.com/reverting-previous-version-itunes-32590.html   The previous version works beautifully.
