USER-EXIT for post goods issue

Hi all,
after the delivery (VL01n)is created, i have to go for post goods issue.there is a push button named 'post goods issue' in VL02n.
when i will press this button,all my data for this delivery ,should be downloaded to a text file.
for this thing, i want to use a USER-EXIT.can u plz advice me the correct & specific user-exit for this requirement.it is very urgent. i have to it by today.
your help is highly appreaciated.

In the delivery you can use userexit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE to make your checks and send an error message to the user in case they fail.
You can find this user exit (form routine) in include MV50AFZ1.

I want to stop printing of delivery chalan from a replinshment delivery before post goods issue /actual goods movement.Can anuone suggest me for some user exit or routine that stops printing of delivery chalan from a replinshment delivery(VL10B) untill the post goods issue takes place in stock transfer scenario?
Is there any possibility to put some routine in the output of delivery chalan which displays a message that printing of delivery chalan is not possible since post goods issue has not taken place & system do not allow the printing from replinshment delivery unless PGI tales place in stock transfer scenario.

I need help in finding a USER EXIT, or BADI to change the contents of MSEG at PGI moment in VL02N.
I'm using version 4.6c.
When I click at Post Goods Issue, I need to insert the customer number at MSEG for certain documents that the standard does not use this field.

USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT - indicator for Post Goods Issue ?

Hi,
I'm using USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT to process a custom table update during Post Goods Issue (VL02n). The problem is I can't figure out how to identify when the user exit is being called for PGI processing.
I currently check T180-TRTYP = "V" and FCODE = "SICH" but this combination is also used for picking. I want to invoke my logic during PGI only.

You can use BADI_le_shp_goodsmovement which will trigger for both inbound and outbound deliverys when u click on postgoods issue(PGI).Which i have practically used.

They want an warning msg from the system while doing Goods issue, if the stock of certain material is goes below min stock level, so i spoke to my abaper to create user exit, but he is asking for some programs from MM side related MIGO. What programs we need to give him ? is that right ? pls suggest

I don't believe you need a user exit for this .. USE OMCM and configure the availability check against the appropriate movement type

BADIs used in VL01n transaction ( for post Goods issue)

The requirement I have is to substitute the transaction type field (BSEG-BEWAR)based on the mapping to movement types.
The first step, in case of a Goods issue is to look into table LIPS, field BWART to get the movement type. However, since the outbound delivery has not been created, I cannot query this table on the basis of VBELN.
Is there any BADI which will help me get the value BWART(movement type)?
Any help/documentation will be greatly appreciated.

User Exit or BADI for Post Goods Issue (VL02N)

Hello everyone!
I have an issue with one of my customers and I would like your help.
When we do a stock transfer, from one plant to another, if the Material has a serial number set up in Material Master in one of the plants, and haven't for the other one, the system is generating an error message saying they have different serial numbers.
I need to find a User Exit, or BADI, that can be used to force the system to ignore serial number validation during the goods issue (for one especifc plant), but still require serial numbers in the deliveries from the other plants.
Any ideas experts?

User Exits for posting delivery related FI/CO docs in another system

My company is currently running two SAP systems. System A takes sales orders and creates delivery documents. System B is the corporate financial system.
When delivery and goods issues are created in System A, we want to generate the associated FI and CO documents in System B real-time.
What is the best approach to implement this scenario? Should we call the Post Accounting Docs BAPIs in system B using some user exits in System A? Or should we expose those BAPIs as web services and make web service calls?

I think the best way is to create an IDoc in system A when the document is created (via User exit or something), and send it to system B.
There are some IDocs to receive this information, but you have to code the send of the IDoc (Create the IDoc and call FM MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE).
The IDocs to do that are:
ACC_GL_POSTING
ACC_BILLING
ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT

RA Settlement User Exit for Posting rules

Hi,
For settlement of RA data the postings rules are defined in OK8G and the same are used while running settlement CJ88 or CJ8G.
My question is do we have a user exit which kicks in at the time of settlement and could let us change the rules for a certain set of Projects?
OR if we could have a substitution rule in place that could kick in at the time of settlement and would pick up the rule based on a critria?
The reason for the above question is because we are trying to settle the Projects based on two selection critira:
a) Based on RA key i.e. for RA key A use posting rule "123" and for projects with RA key B use posting rules "456".
b) Based on the Work in Progress ( POCI and POCS) values we need to further decide if we need to change the posting rule or use exiting one.
If RA key = A
use rule "123"
 else if WIP position < 0
 use rule "123"
 else use rule "456"

I want to check the field of Goods Receipt, Non-Valuated when i create PO with ME21N.
It require as plant and Account assignment category
For example, plant A and account assignment category (K), I want to check it.
How can I do this?
Please help me.

No need for any user exit , you can copy the account assignment category "K" and make your own , in that account assignment category you can tick "GR-Nonvaluated" , then whenever you create a PO with this category "GR-Non Valuated" will come ticked automatically.
