User RFC validation

Hello everyone,
I'm sending messages through a RFC in background task from CRM to my XI sistem.
When sending the message I get this error message:
Commit fault com.sap.aii.af.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: User 'FCONTRERAS' is not allowed to send messages for party
How can I aboid the validation of the users who send messages?

ask your security team to assign S_RFC Auth. Object to your profile.
In the RFC Sender Channel, is this the same userid used?

in user define validations.

I don't have an example at hand right now, but I've done this in the past.
If my memory doesn't fail me, one of the return parameters of the user-exit in which you have to make your validations has a parameter that let's you define (im)plausibility.
Edit: the user exit has:
EXCEPTIONS
PLAUSI_ERROR
So, raise this exception to get an implausible reading.

User lock / Validity date?

Hello IDM Gurus,
I needed your insight on an issue we're facing; Using standard tasks from the SAP provisioning framework, we have a task that locks a user in a connected SAP system; and we have another task that sets a person's validity date to today's date (basically invalidating their account by the following day); After locking a user using the task we then go ahead and set the same user's validity date as today's date; as a result of this, the administrator lock set previously ends up disappearing. I don't believe this is normal behavior; shouldn't a validity date and an admin lock exist independent of each other? Is this happening because of the way the SAP Provisioning framework sets a validity date?
Would greatly appreciate any advice and insight on the issue!

Custom user name validation in subscription to event

Hello,
I am on R11.5.10.2 and trying to create fnd_users using FND_USER_PKG.CREATEUSER. But i am getting following error :
ORA - 20001: Custom user name validation in subscription to event oracle.apps.fnd.user.name.validate failed.
The above mention business event is enabled but their is no subscription attached to it.
Can any body faced the same issue ?

Also send the count of invalid onjects in the DBNot sure how the count would help, but I believe the name of invalid objects would be more helpful.

SAP USer ID validation in a report program

Hi.
i have a selection option in my report program as below,
SELECT-OPTIONS s_name FOR USR02-BNAME MATCHCODE OBJECT user_comp NO INTERVALS.
but when i enter abcd in the userid, it does not validate this userid as ABCD is not a valid sap USERID.
kindly help me.

at selection-screen on s_name.

Help with "Admin user requires valid username and password" on fms2_console.swf page

Just installed FMS2 on Debian (etch, 2.16.5-1 kernel). When I
connect to localhost:1111/fms2_console.swf and get the infamous XML
output which includes the text, "Admin user requires valid username
and password." The *.xml and *.ini files haven't been touched after
installation. All four daemons (fmsedge, fmsmaster, fmscore,
fmsadmin) are running and listening on the correct ports.
Any tips? (I'm sure this is easy to solve...)

The value for SERVER.ADMIN_PASSWORD needs to be the encrypted string for your password. That should solve your problem.

I created a user IDM in Oracle ERP instance (R12.1.2). I gave execute privilege on FND_USER_PKG to IDM.
I also created synonym IDM.FND_USER_PKG for APPS.FND_USER_PKG;
I logged in to SQLPLUS as IDM and executed the below and got an error - ORA-20001: Custom user name validation in subscription to event oracle.fnd.user.name.validate failed. Could anyone of you help me?
The statement works fine when I run as APPS.

Admin Console - Admin user requires valid username and password

I am running FMIS4.5 on CentOS5.5
FMIS is running and I can connect via Flash Media Encoder.
Web displays and admin console :1111 gives xml output, however
When using the user & password in my xml files to login (testing with ping), I get the "Admin user requires valid username and password" error.

There should not be any impact on the notifications.

Sybase Unwired Platform - User Interface Validations

Hi,
Does the Sybase Unwired Platform have a mechanism that enables the developer to integrate User Interface Validations?
Apple provides a standard way to validate user interfact items: http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/UIValidation/UIValidation.pdf
Is there an inherent mechanism that is a part of the Sybase Unwired platform that triggers client-side validations to prevent unncessary round-trips for simple validations that can be processed by the client itself?

For simple validations there is an in-built option in SUP. We can assign rule validations to edit box, this is well explained in [Sybase Infocenter|http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/topic/com.sybase.infocenter.dc01284.0152/doc/html/vhu1232730866978.html]. Or else we can also do some custom coding and achieve user interface validations. AIST0002-User Exit - Validation of user defined field

I have implemented the enhancement aist0002. I added a user defined field in a user defined subcreen and added it to the leasing tabstrip. I would like to validate this field against a another field in sap's leasing subscreen. In the pai of the user defined subsrceen the field of the other subscreen does not get filled. Is there a way to access the field of the other subscreen on the leasing tabstrip from the pai module of the user defined subscreen?

Data gets moved to anlu or anla if it was already built. They are empty when it is a create transaction(as01).

After the subscreen is processed it exports the data to global variable.
The problem is the pai module for the user subscreen 9000, the field anla-leafi is not filled. This field is located in sap's subsceen 1403. It has data in the screen field. My assumption is that it would be accessible as global data that could be used by my user defined subscreen once I began the validation in the pai of subscreen 9000.
Could you provide more insight on how I would access the field from the other subscreen?
