I have a problem using Firefox 3.6.7 with win 7 Professional (64bit) the font size is all over the place sometimes too big and sometimes too small when I look at the same sites in IE 8, chrome , opera and Safari they are all ok... also the same sites are OK with Firefox 3.6.9 using XP

Check Internet or network connectivity on all affected devices. Some content requires an Internet connection to authorize content playback. AirPlay capabilities may be limited if your network is not connected to the Internet.

Hi, I can't update my Photoshop in the CC. all other programs are working fine with the updates. only photoshop isn't. I've already tried to uninstall, and install again and it didn't work.

My Apple TV gen 3 has stopped downloading shows from Netflix. All I get is an error message. I have logged out and back into Netflix. All of my other Apple products work well with Netflix.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore) -
Firefox is not displaying the correct font color on my blog, but other browsers are.
I have a web designer issue. Firefox is not displaying the correct font color on the header in my blog. Explorer, Chrome, and Safari have no problems. The page is in css but this particular section has html code o designate color. The code is as follows:
<font face="helvetica" color="FF9966" size="1">blog</font>
Though all other browsers display the light orange color designated, Firefox displays white. Strangely, if if retype the code by spelling out a color, Firefox displays it correctly. i.e.
<font face="helvetica" color="black" size="1">blog</font>
... will give me black. You can see the effect by viewing the link below and looking at the word "blog" in the header, which should be light orange but is not in Firefox.Actually it also seems to work in the current Firefox 4 beta as it is.
The code is not right though - the correct syntax for the color attribute with hex values is with a # at the start, so:
color="#FF9966"
It might work in Firefox 3.x if you change that. -
Highly anooying as I can't even use the Express Card slot at all, due to the fact the Macbook doesn't even recognize it exists. Has anyone else had this problem. If so, how was it fixed? I only upgraded my Macbook Pro due to the fact Ineeded a better performance but I still need my Expressbox1 to work with my UAD DSP card. If not the buying the new MAcbook was a total waste of money if the Express Card does not even fundtion on it? Please help!!
Mavericks is no longer available from the App Store, so your choice is Yosemite. One option is to create a new partition (~30- 50 GB), install the new OS, and ‘test drive’ it. If you like/don’t like it it, you can then remove the partition. Do a backup before you do anything. By doing this, if you don’t like it you won't have to go though the revert process.
Check to make sure your applications are compatible.

The Safari anchor problem is back! But now for using an anchor from the left to the right and visa versa (it is for a website design).
Apple solved the problem for using the anchor from the top to bottom and bottom to top but NOT from the left to the right and right to the left.
I test it in several browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, IE8, even in IE7 is it working ;-) but not The Safari of the Big Apple!!!

I put a little script in it so it is going smooth to the right and left. It is also not working without the script, so that is not the problem.
You can test it in: Firefox, IE8, IE7, Chrome, Opera etc. But Safiri is it not working!
So can somebody help me? I tried the max-height, max-width, with and without overflow-x hidden, etc etc. but it is still not working in Safari.

I have been having trouble with my Ipod touch getting a signal from my 2wire router. This is an easy set up for lap top and desk top. Now I can't seem to get the internet with my ipod. I can get the a signal with my wife's ipod 3rd generation with no problems. My old ipod i purchased in early 07. I can get a signal at the local McDonalds or Starbucks. Just not at home. Does anyone else have this problem? I ran the reset as prescribed by apple but have been unsuccessful.
The problem is most likely with your router. Follow the instructions in the router's manual to reset it. Also what security are you using? If it's WEP upgrade to WPA. The iPod sometimes has trouble with WEP "protected" routers. I put "protected" in quotation marks because WEP security is essentially useless. It can be hacked in less that 30 seconds.

Going through "Macintosh HD" just got me to the same place I was in yesterday, going through Finder to 'Judy' to 'Library' to 'iPhoto Library'. There just isn't anything there that looks like what you describe: 'Permissions' or 'Rights & Priveges'. From everything I see when I monkey around in my 'User' folder, there are no restrictions on anything.
BDAqua is indicating one of the standard paths/locations for the iPhoto Library:
Macintosh HD -> Users -> Judy -> Pictures -> iPhoto Library
At least that's where mine was on Snow Leopard and is on Lion. The location you've indicated, isn't standard:
Macintosh HD -> Judy -> Library -> iPhoto Library
When you get to "iPhoto Library",
- select/hightlight it
- Then click cmd-I (or under the "File" menu, select "Get Info")
- At the very bottom of the "Info" window you should "Sharing and Permissions" -- that's what BDAqua is asking about. -

Working at a university here in Brazil Unicamp.
Here we have several projectors model VPL-ES4, we were using this projector with win7 however a few days they all stopped to show the image of computers accusing problem in frequency, we made all the alternatives so that One can be reestablished TRANSMISSION signal however all were in vain, reading in many forums found equal to our cases and the solution presented was to use a computer with win98 and it really worked, but with the end of support for this version of the system we are failing to use it, I wonder how we can solve this problem and why even this ocrrendo.

Signal out of range, which is annoying because in order to fix it I either have to reboot using a live CD, mount the drive, or ssh into it. Whoever started the trend of disabling ctl alt backspace to kill an xsession is not my friend...
Some other forum posts about this monitor indicate that there may have been two variants, but I can't find a different set of specs.

I need to input text from PC to iPad with large font size. Too much to ask?
Works well with PC to PC using just software likge Windows Live Messenger, but not with iPad because I haven't seen a Messenger app for iPad that can display large fonts or has custom font size option. They all use small font size that can't be changed.
I've also tried many VNC apps by writing the text in my PC to notepad and using the VNC to display the large text for iPad. Probelm is VNC's wont work well with 3G.
Is this really too much to ask from iPad?
If some app developer reads this, I'll buy an app for 50$ that has white background and can receive text sent from PC with custom font sizes. Doesn't have to have any other features. Just receive text from PC using the existing IM softwares like Windows Live etc or simple custom software.I was wondering if you could help me out with my current situation. It seems like it is similar to your previous I/O delima. I think I might have to parse the data, but i dont know how to do that yet. I basically have to put the information from one text file into a database, and it is formatted in one way, and i need to format it a different way that SQL statements can read. My Ipad 2 cant find my HP3050A j661b airprint printer although the printer is connected to the same wireless network and software updates are current on all and my other laptops also work properly with this printer.further more it used to work with my IPAD2 before when I used the old wireless router but now I changed it to HAUWEI HG231f but I set everything in the same way it was. When you change to the new router, did you re-run the CD to re-set the new SSID and password to the printer.
Otherwise your iPad will not be able "talk" to your printer. -

You may try the list and see how far down you need to go; you have probably been through 1) and 2), and 4) is both reversible and more thorough than 3); 5) is hardly relevant, so you may end up with 6).
The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save current artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to at least 5 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.
