Using footage from my iPhone 4, how can I remove the black bars on the sides of my picture? Or change the color to white...

My footage is vertical and there are two black bars on the side filling in the rest of the picture. I want to imbed this into PowerPoint without the black bars on the side. Any suggestions on how I can remove them or at least change the color to white? I changed the background color in View > Background > White, but it was only for editing purposes and didn't keep the color after rendering.

To change the background to white, in FCE, place the video on track V2 and place a color matte generator on track V1. The default color for the color matte is grey so you'll need to change it to white using the color picker.

If you can open Safari go to the top of your screen, click Safari / Preferences then select the General stab. You can type in the web address for your Home page there.

You cannot transfer music/images via bluetooth. This has never been a feature of the iphone.
Bluetooth is supported for:
Stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices, some keyboards, some apps from the app store, and internet tethering if provided by the carrirer

If you purchased apps under the old ID, they are forever locked to that ID. You will need that information to update the apps, or you will need to delete them and redownload them.

Facetime never appeared on the screen as an app and there is no way to install it. Facetime is a part of the iOS.
Try reading the User's Guide, then maybe you'll have a better understanding of what is going on and any possible issue that may exist.
