Using her iPhone, a guest hijacked my network. How do I restore it?

How do I restore my AirPort to its orginal setting after someone used their iPhone to create internet access through my router?

Someone must have had your wireless password, or you did not have a password on the AirPort Express.
It is not necessary to reset your AirPort back to factory default settings if all that you need to do is change the wireless network password.
However, if the guest changed the password or other settings, and you do want to reset back to factory defaults, here is how:
Pull the AirPort Express from power
Wait a minute
Hold in the reset button first, and keep holding it in for 10-12 seconds while you simultaneously plug the power back into the Express
Release the reset button after the hold period, and allow a full minute for the Express to restart to a slow, blinking amber light
The Express is now back to factory default settings so that it can be set up again
