Using Loader class

Question

i have used the following code:
var myLoader:Loader = new Loader();
addChild(myLoader);
var url:URLRequest = new URLRequest("upload.swf");
myLoader.load(url);
by doing so it has loaded the file upload.swf at the left top corner of the player. But what i really want is to load the upload.swf file in a movie clip named mc.
I had been using the code loadMovie("upload.swf",_root.mc);
by doing so the upload.swf had been loading in movieclip with instance name mc just like i wanted. how can i define the target for the loaded file just like in the above function

assuming the movieclip named "mc" is a child of the timeline in which this code resides.
