Variables with upload()

hello!
like the help demonstrate ist, i've this code
var variables:URLVariables = new URLVariables();
variables.date = new Date();
variables.ssid = "94103-1394-2345";
request.method = URLRequestMethod.POST;
request.data = variables;
referenzen[ladezaehler[0]].upload(request);
but how can i get reed the variables with php? the picture i want to upload is uploaded, so there is no problem with the connection ore something else

variables.date = new Date();
variables.ssid = "94103-1394-2345";
var request:URLRequest = new URLRequest("PHPFile.php");
request.data = variables;
request.method = URLRequestMethod.POST;
var loader:URLLoader = new URLLoader();
loader.dataFormat = URLLoaderDataFormat.TEXT;
loader.load ( request );
