    Hello,
    The vendor open list (FBL1N) cannot be produced, prompts the following information:
    Document type not defined: Message no. F5814
    Financial Accounting service: document type "LE" was not found in the document type table.
    This means of course that the document type "" has not been set up in FI customizing.
    The problem is that we do not want / use this document type. Is there any posibility to take out documents types from this standard report. How could we solve it?

  • Unable to clear the vendor open items becasuse it is not showing as open ln

    Hi,
    I ran APP in F110 and it the status was
    Pararmeteres have been entered.
    payment proposal has been created
    payment proposal has been edited.
    payment run has been carried out
    posting orders:1 generated and 1 created.
    I edited a wrong item,so I cancellled the payment run.
    But when I try to make payment for this item in vendor open item list it is showing as open item but in F-44 it is not coming as open items..
    How I will clear this Item?

    Hi Smruti Mohanty,
    First you have to delete the payment proposal in F110 what you created and deleted that one ,why because the item is stored in that proposal so we cant get that in F-44.
    You can Clear this issue through this way.
    now i am giving how the deletion of proposal steps in F110
    For that select Run date and give identification .next keep the cursor on the proposal and go to edit >Proposal>Delete ,same for parameters and payments also.

  • Vendor open items aging list - Reg.

    Hi,
    My client is requesting a transaction in SAP which can be used to produce a Vendor open items aging list and the output should be exactly the same as it is for the Customer open items aging List (transaction S_ALR_87012178). Moreover, It is essential for him to have only one line per vendor. He does not want to  find a report in the accounts payable side that looks like the one which he mentioned for the accounts receivable side.
    Since this is an urgent ticket, can any body help me in this regard.

    You can customize the vendor report to show the items overdue per vendor by using the following steps
    1. Create a form using T Code - FKI4
    In this form ( two-axis structure) provide the details for each column as per your Client requirement - Due from 0 - 30 days
    etc. You can create a column (using formula method) at the end by adding the previous columns, this will give you total
    amount of overdue items for each vendor
    2. Create a report using T Code - FKI1
    Based on the Form created in the above step. Make additional selections based on client requirements like document type,
    company code, account type, currency etc. Execute the report.
    The following link will give provides detail steps for the creation of the aforementioned form and report.

  • Vendor open item doesn't appear in clearing list

    Hi All,
    Few of the vendor open items are not appearing while running transaction f-44 for clearing them.
    Anybody has any clue what could be wrong?
    These items appear in open item through FBL1N.

    For that you go to F110 and check any uncleared proposal are there in APP.If it is there delete those proposals.

  • F-44 Clear Vendor Open Items

    Hi Guru's,
    We are trying to manually clear some vendor open items using t-code F-44. For some reason we are not able to find the invoice so that we can clear when we go to F-44. However, if you go to FBL1N and pull the vendor open items as of 7/1/09 you can see the invoice listed there as an open item.
    Can someone please help me on this?

    Assuming the vendor document is not cleared there could be two reasons why the document is not in F-44
    - Wrong company code
    - A special G/L indicator  - Document is a special GL document and in F-44 selection screen indicator is missing.
    Try additional selection -document number.

    Hi,
    I am trying to use "post with clearing" transaction (F-51) and using the "outgoing payments" option there to clear the open items of the vendor. But the system is giving the message as
    "No open items found" eventhough the vendor has open invoices. The open invoices are getting diplayed in the FBL1N report as open items but I am not getting the open items list in F-04

    I Got similar issue with Vendor open items..I can see few open items in Report FBl1n and BSIK table.But the same is not picking up in the F-53 manual pmnt.
    If u can share u r solution..it would be great help for me..

    when i am trying to clear the vendor open items using tcode f.13 for a production run, the system gives 2 error messages for each vendor like

    SAPMF05A 0700     S        00    344 no batch input data for screen sapmf05a 
    SAPMF05A 0701     S        F5    413 correct the line items
    what i need to do?

    I have created a vendor overdue analysis query on top of 0FIAP_C03 same as days overdue analysis on top OFIAR_C03.
    But when i am executing vendor open items overdue analysis i am getting " NO APPLICATION DATA FOUND" while my days overdue analysis of FIAR is working.
    So can you tell what are changes that need to be made in vendor overdue analysis as i have exactly copied days overdue analysis except here its vendor not customer.
    But i checked in ECC side data is there for vendor open item overdue analysis

    I assume that there is data in the AP cube and the read pointer is upto date (ie all request are available for reporting)
    When doing a list cube on AP can you see the data?
    Then if all is fine it is a simple case of going through the RKFs and filters finding out where there is a join failure

  • Vendor Open Item Analysis by Overdue Items

    Hi Freinds,
    The users desire to generate the Vendor Open Item Analysis by Overdue Items. When the report is generated using the Program RFKOPR10, the report gives the list of Vendors with the details of overdues as per the buckets selected. However, along with the Vendor Codes, the list gives the short name of the Vendor, which is picked form the 'Search Feild' in the Vendor Master and is the short name, whereas the users desire to have the full name exhibited in the report.
    How can we have the full name in the report instead of the short name? Can any one help us in this matter?

    Thanks for the prompt response. Our problem is that we require an AP Aging Analysis giving the overdue amounts by days - such as 30/60/90/120/>120. We are able to get the report but the name is not appearing in full. How can we have the full name displayed in the Report?

    first u create Project and Sub Projects...
    1 Maintain Object Attributes
       select Batch Input Recording.
               click on Overview.
       enter Recording
    Then it wil ask for the Transaction code there u enter XK01 for creation
    u enter all The details Which are Given to u in Excel by ur CTM Members.
    note: Dont use Mouse while Entering the data.Use Only Key Board.
    After Entering all the required details  click on  Save...
    select Default All
    System-> List -> Save -> Local File
    Convert Excel to Text File(Text Tab Limited)
      2 Maintain Source Structures
         Create Source Structure.
    3 Maintain Source Fields
         click on Copy Fields
         Select From Data File
         Select Max Len
         save + back
      4 Maintain Structure Relations
         save+back
       5 Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules

    Filter table function displays up to 499 values
    Symptom
    Using the filter table causes only 499 values to be displayed under the
    Value and Value To drop-down menus.
    Other terms
    Performance, limitation, 499, 500, values, filter, table, combo box.
    Reason and Prerequisites
    This behavior is to prevent a performance problem. A combo box that holds more than 499 values may cause poor performance. In addition, it is not convenient for the user.
    Solution
    This behavior conforms to the SAP Business One definition.
    As a workaround export the result to excel then apply filter.

  • Open Item List including Fixed Assets

    Hi All
    I need to create an open item list for a customer that includes all open AP Invoices of all vendors including fixed asset acquisitions. Something like SELECT 'Purchase Invoices', T0.DocNum, T0.DocDate FROM OPCH T0 WHERE T0.DocStatus = 'o' but also for the fixed asset acquisitions. Does anybody have an idea?

  • Possible to clear vendor open item against already posted payment document?

    Hi
    Can you advise if it is possible to clear an open item against already posted payment/clearing doc? Here is the background to the scenario:
    An invoice was posted with transaction FB60. This was subsequently picked up in the payment run F110 and cleared by payment document number 200005678. The item went to the bank on the paymnet file and was paid out to the vendor. The transaction reference, which appeared on the incoming bank statemnet was the payment document number 200005678.
    Subsequently it was discovered that the original invoice should have been posted with reference to a PO using MIRO. The requirement now is to reverse the paymnet documnet 200005678 in SAP, then reverse the document that was posted using FB60. After this the invoice will be posted using MIRO. This will create an open item on the vendor account.
    This item will not be piad out again. Therefore the requirement is to try clear that open item against the previously posted payment document 200005678.
    Is there any way to clear this vendor open item against the originally posted payment document 200005678?? Or any other advice on how this scenario can be handled in SAP?

    Hi,
    I tried that option in our test system. I ran FBRA and entered Paymnet Documnet Number (+Clearing Doc Number), Company Code, Fiscal Year.
    Then chose menu option Clearing -> Reset Cleared Items.
    The system pops up a window asking for a reversal reason and reversal date.  I use 01 and posting date of today.
    The system now posts another cleared document. That document places the invoice as an open item on the vendor account. It does not place the Payment Document as an open item on the account.
    When I go to F-44 only the open vendor invoice is showing there. There is no open paymnet document.
    Is there perhaps some configuration setting that stops the placement of the paymnet document as an open item when reset?
