VISUAL STUDIO 2013 COMMUNITY - SQL SERVER (LocalDB)

Question

IM TRYING TO FIND THE WAY TO CONNECT TO THE LOCALDB\V11.0 SQL SERVER SO ICAN CREATE MY DATABASES FROM WITHIN MY VB.NET PROJECT WITHOUT HAVING TO MANUALY CREATE A DATABASE AND ASSOCIATE IT WITH THE VB.NET PROJECT
SO FAR I'VE USED THE FOLLOWING TO BE ABLE TO CONNECT BUT

"Data Source=(LocalDB)\v11.0; "_
+ "AttachDbFilename=C:\Users\*********\documents\visual studio 2013\Projects\CreateSqlDb\CreateSqlDb\Database1.mdf;"_

and Im able to create the dababase somewhere else by executing the following sql command:

I want to connect to the server on based on the master system databases so that I can avoid the manual process, Thanks in advance for your help.

That's the way LocalDB works; you have to attach the database file during runtime as a database.
If you want to have a "permanent database", then you have to use SQL Server Express and create the database there.
