from that tdid i want the text for shipping marka and delivery of goods

To get the text based on the text id, you have to use READ_TEXT function module.

    Sales order has been created against L/C and finally invoiced, Credit note passed for price correction subsequently, Same L/c also got attached to creit note but there is no impact on L/c value. Is this normal behaviour or any customization missing.

  • Letter of credit (L/C) handling in ERP 6.0

    Hi ...
    currently we are facing some problems within the processes of L/C's.
    In general it is working fine but I would like to have a better understanding concerning the following questions.
    1. In the background there is the update of the S131 doc. payment guarantee ...but where can I find this information in the system ?
    2. Is there a dedicated function/transaction available where I can see L/C value plan/actual ? In VX12n i can find this ... by L/C.
    3. Normally the credit representative must have his information available like credit exposure + L/C values based on the ongoing processes. What is the recommend way of retrieving this information ?
    I guess several other users having the same or similar questions. Any help is appreciated.

    Try VXA1, atleast it will help you to give the details of sales order already assigned with L/c.

  • Letter Of Credit During Export sales

    Hellos Experts,
                             This is neo, I work for the client were they have export sales so they have the Letter Of Credit during the process. Now the scenario is that.
    I know some thing like I did the configuration setting for this In IMG (Foreign trade and customs >> Documentary payments) every thing is 5n. and the process which i fallow is
    va01
    vx11n
    vl01n-PGI also
    VF01
    VF02-release to accounting.
    when i am doing the sales order in the line item i am entering the LC num:":82" and saved the document. After this when i see the VX12N the 82 number then the lc value is decreased. after the completing of delivery and invoice and release also when im going to check the value of LC 82 is reamins same.
    here my qutions are:
    1) how to do the export sales process with LC
    2)the process which i fallow is correct or wrong
    3) what is the use of
         a) VKM3
         b) VKm5
         c) VXA3
    4) if during this process do i need to release the document using any special transaction codes
    5) The Main can I use Single LC to Multiple sales Orders.

    run VX11N and maintain the L/C details there and once saved, a reference number will be generated.  Go to sale order, select at Header tab Billing and assign this reference in the field Financial doc no

  • Financial document not getting updated

    Hi,
    In export sale, I am using a financial document in the order. I have done invoices for the order. But when I see the financial document open value in VX12N, it is showing as 100% open value.
    the invoice value is 10,000 USD. the financial document value is 50,000 USD (before invoice). But after the invoice, it is still showing as 50,000 USD instead of 40,000 USD!
    Can any one guide me as to why the financial document value is not getting reduced?

    The accounting document has already been released &accounting doc has been created. But the value of Financial Doc i.e Letter of Credit remains same.

  • Letter of Guarantee Sales

    Dear Consultants,
    We are using Letter of Guarantee(LG) for sales, this guarantee for 1 year period, value of ex: SAR.100,000.00, sales order will create with ref. to LG. For example the order value SAR 50,000.00 then billing doc created of SAR.50,000.00 and its cleared from accounts (F-28). customer receivable should be zero.
    We want when the customer pays the amount. the Financial documents (LG), open value should be (updated)increased. the same thing in credit sales system updating the value but in LG sales not.
    Ex: customer credit limit. SAR.100,000.00, if the sales made SAR 50,000.00 and if customer pays it customer credit limit remains SAR 100,000.00.  We want same for LG
    May i know your expert advise.

    Got the answer
    When the Letter of Gurantee invoice is cleared / paid inFI that the 50,000 SAR held in S131-OFAKW will be reset to 0.00 thus re-opening the 100,000 available amount again. This is an incorrect understanding, the history is always held and once the FD value is consumed a new letter of credit is required. It is not possible to change the value of a letter of credit in VX12n.
    It would require a modification to open the field for editing.

  • LC for sales orders

    Dear All,
    In LC documents VX11N ,while creating LC the allowed draft percentage is given as 10 percent and lets suppose for example the value of LC is 3000 .And all the value of Lc is consumed ,Now the LC should consider the 10 percentage over draft in vx11n or vx12n which it is not taking into account .Please suggest where did i miss the configs for it .or any other solution you have for taking thi 10 percentage into consideration.
    Please note : it is not giving any value in open val-overdraft .the field is blank but if a sales order is prepared against the same LC it is giving beside the open val-overdraft like 23,5o percentage .Pelase suggest

    yes please check it. it will get updated in S131 Table and u can also check it in VXA1 tcode once u attach  the FD to sales document.

  • Splite DN with one sales order

    When created D/N ,system gave the message as following, could you please help me to figure out what's the rootcause and how to mkae it to one D/N,thanks very much

        Item 000020 cannot be shipped in the same delivery with the other items

    is the problem in exchange rate of Letter of credit ?

    If the exchange rate between two line items differs in sale order, in that case also, you will get delivery split.  Ensure that both the line items have unique exchange rate.  Nevertheless, you can also check the exchange rate in VX12N in case if the shipment is against L/C.

  • Changes to financial document are only visible after reassign the financial document to sales order

    Hello experts,
    Whenever I am changing a financial document ( say validity date) in
    vx12n, I want the same to get reflected in the sales documents to which
    the financial document is already attached.
    Currently to make the change visible I have to reassign the financial
    document in the sales document.
    Reassign is not possible in the cases where part delivery already been
    happened (LC fields got grayed out ).
    We dont want to run sensitive T CODES like VKM3 or VKM4 due to audit
    related issues .
    Is there any way so that any change in financial document is
    automatically captured in the related sales document.

    Hi  Minhaj ,
    Thanks for your reply . But the same is happening @IDES also. As per as my business scenario , in the time of creating the financial document by VX11N , user does not know when the sales order is going to be delivered. By the time of delivery , validity date or some other FD fields get changed in VX12N to accommodate the requirements . When they are trying to deliver the same from the sales order , credit check is throwing  error for the same fields which are already changed . Now after reassign the same , credit check is allowing to deliver . But in worst possible scenarios ,it may happens  validity date of the FD get expired when part delivery is already completed .  Thus make the FD fields of sales document non-modifiable . You cant reassign the same any more.
    As per as your reply relating to Basis , please share some specific information so that I can communicate them effectively .

    Hi All,
    I have one issue that when user enters the Financial documentno in the sales order its giving the error.
    Financial document is for LC ( Letter of credit )
    Financial Document:Check::Deadlines Check result : Not OK
    Message NO E1574
    Diagnosis:
    According to the seetings in the customization for financial documentsThe system is checked the details;
    Check : Deadlines
    latest ship date : 31.07.2010
    last confirmed schedule lines : 05.08.2010
    check results : Not OK
    When i checked the dates in the Financial document
    latest ship date is 20.07.2010
    But in the order delivery dates GI, Material availability,loading are 10.07.2010.

    Dear Mastan,
    Flow the seteps:
    1. Please check the where you have assigned your Financial Document (LC) in Sales Order either Header Level or Item
      Enter the FD at Header Level
    Menupath: VA01/VA02 Goto Header Data - Billing - Financial Document Number
    2. Please check the Schedule line date
    Menupath: VA02 - GOTO - ITEM - SCHEDULE LINE- CHECK THE DATE
    If the date is in future month as you mentioned in the mail 05.08.2010 and Last ship date is 31.07.2010 so you have to change the of FD by going into change mode.
    3. Do changes in your Financial Documents VX12N Accordingly.

  • Want to change the status of LOC from  A.to D

    I am creating a letter of credite with tcode VX11n.But the status of LOC is Showing as A.I want to change the status to D.But it is not allowing me to change,bcz its in Display mode even in VX12n.So please suggest how I will do this?

    Generally in flow we can  not change the document flow manually.You please check which step is missing.
