Web Dynpro Console error

Hi Experts,
I use 6.40 SP20.
I need to use WebDynpro console to check the performance of my application.
When i try to run it i get the following exception:

i have created my web-dynpro application in development. and sent to quality . whenever i will execute my dynpro in quality  i got one message

    Hi Ashok,
for your requirement the application is not exist in particular place. It means, the webdynpro application is saved at different package or different location.
Please change the webdynpro component name and save it in particular request in package, then transport it to quality ..(development server )
then go to SICF  t.code .. sap->bc->webdynpro->sap->find  out your application and activate the service of your webdynpro application.
Now test it ... this solution might helpful to you .

  • Welcome Web Dynpro deployment error

I am trying out the Web Dynpro tutorial( "Creating Your First Web Dynpro Application ")
I am having trouble deploying the Dynpro using NetWeaver Developer studio
During deployment it starts off fine it displays the following messages
    Successfully created a temporary copy
    Start asynchronous deployment
But after this it gives a error message "Deployment aborted " and the error log has the following messages
    DEPLOYMENT ...

I also checked up the status of the J2EE Server , Dispatcher , SDM all these are running fine.I also tried deploying after restarting the servers but still i am getting the same error.
Has anyone encountered this problem ?.........any clue about what could be the source of this problem ?.......thanks in advance

    Karin
    thanks for the response..
Karin...i have already tried doing a manual deployment of the ear file but it failed.....only after that i posted the message.
anyway to try my luck again i tried deploying the ear file, but i get a similair error message, the error message is

Karin....could it be that some configuration has not be done for the J2EE engine or the SDM and thats why we are getting the error message.
from the error message i am wondering why the SDM is trying to start the J2EE engine/J2EE cluster ?

    Hi Siva,
to my understanding - your problem has nothing to do with J2EE server configuration - your application is already deployed on the server and running (brings error though):
    at com.sap.examples.welcome.wdp.InternalStartView.<init>(InternalStartView.java:43)
so your class is already called.
DC = Development Component, but if you created a "simple" WebDynpro project - you should read the hint as "are you sure your project is properly deployed?"
I got similar messages (see your quota about NoSuchMethodException - I'm not really sure I was getting NSME, but definitely "Failed to create delegate for view") in case a Java-type context attribute was not initialized (e.g. you create context attribute of type java.util.Properties, do not put any object there, and request the attribute value). Check if you properly initialize context attributes.
Another thing - I presume you're running DevStudio of the same version as your server. DevStudios of different versions generates different sources - there could be problems in run-time when out of synchronization.
    Best regards,
    Nick

    Hello,
Seems that you probably have some problems with the FQDN configuration.
Take a look at the following documents that shows how to configure it correctly:

  • Abap web dynpro proxy error

    hi all...
i m getting error while testing my abap application.. can anyone pls suggest me, where should i set the proxy settings for that?
    error is like this:
    Proxy Encountered Error
Host Address Not Found: The proxy could not find an IP address for the host in your request. Possible causes include mistyped URL, misconfigured DNS and transient network problems.
    thanks...

    1.      Choose Web Services Container -> Runtime -> Settings.
           2.      Enter the required data.
¡        Proxy Host – the host of the HTTP server.
¡        Proxy Port – the port of the server.
¡        Exclude List – contains addresses or parts of addresses, which are ignored by the proxy server. Use semicolons ( to separate entries. You have to add the local IP addresses and domains, which do not use the proxy server. For example, .sap.corp and 10.
¡        Proxy User Name – a user name for authenticating before the HTTP proxy server, if required.
¡        Proxy Password – a user password for authenticating before the HTTP proxy server, if required.
¡        WS Clients Socket Timeout – a socket timeout (in seconds) for the Web service clients’ requests. By default, it is 60 seconds.

  • Web dynpro-script error

    Hi Friends
When i am creating VIEW in WEBDYNPRO i am getting
"The requested URL could not be retrieved
Please double check or try again later. "
    "_Internet script error_"
My system config is  Windows XP(service pack 2),ECC 6.0,IE 8.0
Can anyone help me out in this problem.
    Regards
    Kiran

    Hi,
The new version i.e. IE8, is not supporting all the functionalities, it seems. So even myself back to IE7.
I am not sure whether this is correct one or not, but I guess this could be.....
Also it should have some mandatory library files it seems. Check the config properly if any.
    Regards,
    Santhosh.

  • Error while importing EJB model in Web dynpro: Unable to fetch the EJBs.

    Hi,
We are getting the below error while importing ejb model to Web dynpro.
    Error :
Unable to fetch the EJBs. Check if the selected Enterprise Application contain the EJBs.
I have created the public part-> It has a reference to EJB client and the enterprise application also has reference to the EJB project. The EJB is also added in dependency list.
But still we are getting this error. Could anyone please explain what can i do to solve this issue.
    Best Regards,
    Karthika

    Hi Vishweshwara,
    Thanks for your reply.
Please find the steps i followed while importing EJB model in webdynpro.
    1. The Entity forwarding permission has been enabled.
    2. public part reference has been created and through the reference entity option the ejbDC->Client public part is selected.
I followed all the steps mentioned in the document. But still i am getting that error. In EJB DC we have list of JPA entities and stateless session beans are exposed as a webservice(top-down manner). The enterprise application has a reference to the EJB DC.
I could be able to invoke the ejb service beans from ejb explorer and Webservice navigator.
I am able to insert, delete and modify the records from there.
Please let me know what could i do to resolve this error?
    Best Regards,
    Karthika

  • Web Dynpro Java : Failed to get deployable object part info for component

Currently we have a web dynpro java project which connects to the ABAP backend with Web Services. Everything seems fine, and when we transport to the production server via NWDI, we have the following error. Everytime we try to access the application , the error is occurred.
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Failed to get deployable object part info for component com.sie.attachmentcomp.AttachmentComp
        at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.cal.ClientComponent.getComponentDeploymentDescription(ClientComponent.java:784)
        at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.cal.ClientComponent.createComponent(ClientComponent.java:934)
        at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.clientserver.cal.ClientComponent.createComponent(ClientComponent.java:177)
        at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.components.ComponentUsage.createComponentInternal(ComponentUsage.java:149)
        at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.components.ComponentUsage.createComponent(ComponentUsage.java:116)
It is working properly in our development , and testing environment. Only production has this error. And one weird thing is that this particular error occurred only sometimes to some user. For example; I could not access to the application with this error yesterday but my friend can access. Today, I can access in the morning but my friend cannot. For another friend , Yesterday he can access by using IE but not by Firefox. But today Firefox is fine but not with IE. It seems crazy.
For more information, in our J2EE engine for the production server, we have 3 server nodes (clusters). And we are not sure it is the source of the problem. Is there any solution , and any way to know from the application that we are on which server?
We also go and check from the Content Administrator in Web Dynpro Console. Under our project name, in the list of Components, sometimes we can see AttachmentComp but sometimes not.
Please help us as our project is about to go-live next week.
    Thanks,
    Yu
