Web JetAdmin client for Win XP

Team hello
Please, clarify where I can find the previous version HP Web JetAdmin?
I need to install the JetAdmin client on the WIN XP, but in the current version, I can not do that, because it require Net framework 4.5 (this framework not support XP).
Thanks in advance

Well, beside the fact that you are unfortunately perpetuating an off topic dicussion in this forum, let me also allow to contradict you.
The Novell client for Vista does not fully work on Windows 2008. There are functions that don't work properly, especially anything that handles the terminal services functionality. For that reason, Novell is currently beta testing the V2 client which will have full Windows 2008 support.

  • Create web service client for javafx project in netbeans 6.8

I here have a javafx project and need to create a web service client for it (in netbeans 6.8).
However when I right click this project -> new -> web service client -> input wsdl location\package -> finish, it seems that the client code is never generated. This is quite different from what happens when creating web service client for a java project.
Anyone knows how is this happening?

    Thanks for your reply.
I did write my own ws client code but I need to create a web proxy based on an appointed wsdl path. That requires me to create a web service client from netbeans 6.8, like what I described in my first post. Unfortunately, it's not behaving like what I imagined it should do for a java project, even the javafx file itself doesn't have any error. The error occurs in package definition line.
package fx;For the definition above, it cannot access java.lang.builtins.
The question now is about the possibility to include javafx file in an non-javafx, say, java project. Any comments?

  • Web Service-Client for stateful session EJB container

Do you know, how to write a Web Service-Client to connect a stateful session EJB container?
A stateful session EJB container ist created with Web Logic 8.1.

    Pedja thanks for reply.
I still dont understand what is wrong with my example.
The first peace of the code i wrote (getting the reference to the remote interface object) works pretty well, and even more it is produced automatically by JDeveloper, so why we cant get a reference to the local interface object the same way?
Certanly we should use the local interface for getting access to the resource functioning under the same local jvm and i think it doesnt metter wich app server we really use wls or oas or others
    Thanks. Alex.

  • Web-service client for legacy web service

I currently access a legacy server (Lotus Domino 7) via CORBA. I thought a web service (my second) would be faster, but a whole day's research has uncovered only obsolete or trivial examples.
The WSDL generated by the server is rpc/encoded so wsimport cannot generate the necessary "artifacts" for a web service client.
The web service is simple: it accepts two java.lang.Strings, and returns a java.lang.String of XML. The "dynamic proxy" approach from 1.4.2 seems to have disappeared; I was hoping that approach would let me just hand-code a single "artifact" - an SEI based on the method information in the WSDL.
    1) What classes in JAX-WS will let my web service client communicate with rpc?
    2) With such a simple signature, do I need any other "artifacts" beyond an SEI?
    Thanks for any help!

In case anyone's search leads them here, I've posted the solution at:

It is an exhaustive article (not "Hello World"!) that goes through several versions of the web service and client - hopefully explaining all* pieces of the puzzle:

  • Web based client for lync server 2013 , only for IM/presence

    Hi,
for 20000 users, 4 FE servers, HA . only for IM/presence , looking for web/browser based client so that there will not be any need of thick client installation. is there any way? thanks

if i integrate lync 2013 with exchange 2013 OWA, wil reverse proxy or Edge server will come into picture?
If you have users who are external to your network , then yes Edge server and reverse proxy will come into the picture.
will integration of lync 2013 with exchange 2013 provide the following
    one-to-one, one-to-many chat. ?
    Yes
archiving of chats at server side.
you need to install archiving server for lync .
Instant messaging should support rich text, emoticons.
    Yes
Instant Messaging/ Chat should provide file transfer facility.
    Yes
instant Messaging/chat should provide rich client and web client.
i guess the first question is the same thing
The mail messaging solution should have administrative control for file transfer.
Exchange server wont control file transfer. You have client policies applied through Lync server for
    this.
I hope you have seen this link for information related to Lync clients.

Can someone provide a link to a client I can install in my windows 7 64 bit that will allow me to access a Oracle 10g and 8i database?  I'm using Benthic Goldview.
Please provide some high level installation instructions also.

Scenario:  I'm using windows 7 pro, 64 bit, I vpn in to another network.  They have a box called 'thunder', that has a 8i db on it called arab805.  I have the username and password for it.
What I did:  I tried using Squirrel to connect, keep getting an error saying it can't connect to it.
An actual error message would have been very useful. "an error saying it can't connect to it.'  is totally devoid of useful information.
Somewhere I found some info that said I had to set up a DSN on my box first.  Tried that, wasn't able to make it work.
What, exactly, did "Tried that" consist of?  To me, "setting up a DSN" would mean configuring a Data Source Name connection definition for ODBC.  That still requires installing and configuring the Oracle client software.
Question:  Please provide me some detailed instructions on how to get this working.  Please don't provide me a link to something only a db guru would understand, I need some hand-holding help please.  If you could start with the high-level first, then work your way to more detailed, that would be great!
example, something like this for a start - then give me more detail please:
    download oracle client
    set up dsn connection
    set up squirrel
    Ok,
    - Download Oracle client  (edelivery.oracle.com -- drill down from there to find the 11.2 client download.  Be sure to read all the 'read me' files and instructions on the web page itself.
    - Install the orcle client from the download.
    - Once installed, use the 'netca' utlility to configure the orcle client connection definition.
    - Make sure you can use the oracle client program 'sqlplus' to connect to the database.  Only after that is working will it make any sense to ..
    - Configure the ODBC DSN.
Quite making excuses about 'not being a DBA guru'.  It's not necessary to be a DBA guru to to do this, and we understand that it is all new to you.  But it is the same basics you should know as a developer ... read instructions, research error messages, etc.
For some background info on how oracle makes connections across networks, and what needs to be configured ..  See

  • Web Start client for two Web Services

    Hello.
I wrote a client application that uses two different web services.
Both web services are created using Basic Authentication. They have different user_names and passwords, but must be deployed on the same application server. I must invoked methods of these web services one after another. The problem occures when I invokes mehods of second web service. No matter which of service would be first or second. The problem occurs on second calling. I got this exception:

I too have the same problem. I am trying to connect to my corporate network through VPN(4.6). It ends up in following error.
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
    Configuration:
    Dell Inspiron E1505.

    History:
I was able to connect to VPN for past eight months. I have been working in the network with out any problems. Last month I had some problems in my laptop and ended up in formatting it.
I have used the default OS installation CD shipped along with the laptop. But after the re-installation, the system started failing. I have never been able to connect after that.
I too agree that this may not be same as the one described in initial posting. But the one explained by henryadams is a genuine issue.
This is not only with me. But also happens with two of my colleagues as well.
Would appricate if any one can help on this.

keytool -importkeystore -srckeystore "sandpit.pfx" -destkeystore "%JAVA_HOME2%\lib\security\cacerts" -srcstoretype pkcs12 -deststoretype jks -srcstorepass password -deststorepass anotherpassword -vHowever, I am still getting the same error. This may be because this isn't the keystore used, but it is located in the area marked as being used in the build path.
I then looked further, and found that I may need to add:
    System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStore","myKeystore");
System.setProperty("javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword","myPassword");altering where appropriate. But this didn't work, and I'm thinking that this would involve a lot more code than just those two lines.
I'm just not sure what to do, and am hoping someone can help. I didn't think it would be too big an issue to ensure my program used the certificate, but it seems to be. I thought that once it was added to the keystore, that would be it, but it appears not.
I'm sure this isn't a rare issue, but I just lack the knowledge to make any headway. Please can someone help or point me in the right direction?
Thank you very much in advance.

Sorry to bother you again with my request but I would appreciate some help with my problems.

short answer to your question : it depends on what your consuming.
you need to find out the exact version of these sources (i.e. ORA 11.1? MSAS 2008 SP2? etc)
then identify the middleware from that vendor which is supported by our SAP applications. For that, you need to cross-reference the 'product availability matrix ' (pam)  for your specific Service Pack of the BO BIPlatform . www.service.sap.com/pam
then, you need to look at the connectivity of your universes to see which driver they are using (ODBC, JDBC or OLEDB for example)  and then  download the right file from the DB vendor's site.
then make sure that you install 32 bit MW on your client tools machine, and 64 bit on your server.
You will then need to administer the ODBC data source names (DSN) everywhere .
    Good luck!

  • Java WS Client for Outbound interface

Need to create java web service client for an Outbound Interface in PI.  This client will be used in an EJB developed for an inbound interface.  Created Web Service client based on WSDL in the same EJB. However, do not know how to configure logical ports in PI 7.1 (not ehp1); when I deployed EJB, I'm not seeing it in Web Service administration screens of nwa.
Would like to configure logical port so that I can change the WS endpoint (url) to a specific instance of PI.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Unable to create web service client

I am using NetBeans to build the the first-cup example but I have failed in all my attempts to create the web service client for first-cup web module.
    The reported error is: "
    init:
    wsimport-init:
    wsimport-client-check-DukesAgeService:
    wsimport-client-DukesAgeService:
    error: Connection timed out: connect
    unknown location
error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
I have tried to start the sun server application but that doesn't solve the problem.
I have strictly followed the following instructions taken from the first-cup tutorial, found at http://java.sun.com/javaee/5/docs/firstcup/doc/p8.html.
Creating a Web Service Client for the firstcup-war Web Module
The firstcup-war web module must consume the firstcup-dukes-age web service in order to get Duke's current age. For this to happen, you need to create a web service client for the firstcup-war web module.
Creating a Web Service Client for the firstcup-war Web Module
Select firstcup-war from the Project pane.
    Select File -> New File.
Select Web Services from the Categories pane.
Select Web Service client from the File Types pane.
    Click Next.
    Select WSDL URL.
Into the WSDL URL field, enter the following location of the WSDL file of the web service that the web service client will consume.
    http://localhost:8080/DukesAgeService/DukesAgeService?WSDL
Into the Package field, enter the following package where the client files will be generated.
    com.sun.firstcup.webservice
    Click Finish.
Thank you and look forward to hearing from you all.

    Hi there.
I don't know what the problem is with NetBeans, but if you see the local copy of the WSDL in the firstcup-war project, you will find that the name of your computer should be there as part of the URL. Change it to 'localhost' or to '127.0.0.1' and it should work.
    Example:
    <xsd:schema>
          <xsd:import namespace="http://webservice.firstcup.sun.com/" schemaLocation="http://localhost:8080/DukesAgeService/DukesAgeService/__container$publishing$subctx/WEB-INF/wsdl/DukesAgeService_schema1.xsd" xmlns:wsdl="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/" xmlns:soap12="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap12/"/>
    </xsd:schema>And...
    <port name="DukesAgePort" binding="tns:DukesAgePortBinding">
          <soap:address location="http://localhost:8080/DukesAgeService/DukesAgeService" xmlns:wsdl="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/" xmlns:soap12="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap12/"/>
    </port>

  • Application Server 8.2 + Axis Web Service Client +Win Server 2003 Issue

    Hi everyone,
I'm facing a weird problem the last couples of days and I'm getting bored of banging my head against the logs/screen, so please if you could help I'd really appreciate it.
I'm working on a Sun Application Server 8.2 project that includes an axis web service client. I am using Netbeans 5 to do the writing plus I am on a Win XP platform.
The developers of the web service I intend to absorb were kind enough to package the client into a jar so all I have to do is to import the client and the axis related jar files (axis, axis-ant etc.) in my project and my classpath.
Everything is working perfect on my pc but when I deploy the project on my actual server the web service client is running forever, leaving my end users with a blank browser window that is also loading forever.
The server OS is Win Server 2003 and is directly connected to a gateway - no proxies. Also my development pc and my server are running the same jre and have the exact server police settings; but Sun's Application Server is running on port 8080 on my pc whereas on my server it's running on port 80.
    Here's my server's log:
[#|2008-04-14T21:50:01.795+0300|SEVERE|sun-appserver-pe8.2|javax.enterprise.system.container.web|_ThreadID=14;|StandardWrapperValve[obos]: Servlet.service() for servlet obos threw exception

    Any ideas?

    Hi Paz,
Thanks for taking the time :)
    To answer your questions:
    1. Has this WebServices ever worked or is this the first time?
The web service is working perfectly fine on my working station, the problem appears only when I deploy it on my actual server, which means that the web service is working.
    2. What Apache Axis Version are you using?
    1.4
    3. What JRE version are you using?
Both my development pc and my server run jre 1.5.0_14
    4. In the actual server environment, can you confirm all information are exactly same as DEV environment...
    Oh yes! Absolutely.
My recent assumption is that some windows service might be needed to run the web service client and obviously I have no clue which one it might be.
Just to make sure; is the security policy of my Application Server set correctly?
