WebDynpro 中Table的column的长度太长了,有没有换行属性?

首先要把Table的width属性设备成一个定值，或者将TableColumn的width属性设成一个定值，然后再将Column中的TableCellEditor设成TextView，然后再将TextView的wrapping属性设成true，当TextView中的文本长度超过了Column的长度后，TextView就会自动换行，这样就可以达到换行的目的了。

Currency Key Reference field in WebDynpro Table Column

Hi Experts,
I am using a WebDynpro table (not ALV) showing multiple currency fields in a single row - each one potentially referencing a different currency key e.g. Japanese Yen and USD in a single row.
My currency context attributes are already defined as currency types, but how can I assign different currency key references to each of my currency context attributes? Or is this somehow done as a property of the table column UI element?

You answer is very helpful, but I do have a question about going the DDIC route. So you are saying that if I take a DDIC structure into my context with multiple currency keys as reference fields for multiple currency fields, then my WebDynpro context will know exactly which currency key is the reference for which currency field without having do do this programatically as you described? If that's true, can I bring a whole DDIC structure over to the context and then delete the 'Dictionary Structure' refrence from my context node, so that I can add my own additional fields to the context node? E.g. in the case of DDIC structure VBAP can I get all my currency fields and their reference fields from the DDIC from VBAP and then delete 'VBAP' as a 'Dictionary Structure' from my context node and add my own custom fields. The fields I would have brought in from VBAP still retain their type and everything after the deletion of 'VBAP' as a 'Dictionary Structure', so my question is will it also retain the node_info of what currency key goes with what field?
Please let me know if you happend to have done this before.

Webdynpro Table: Column Header sort icon not visible

In design time in NWDS, my table headers have this up/down arrow icon that is visible to indicate sorting.
At runtime it is not displayed. How come?

ESS- ABAP Webdynpro- table column not visible

Hi,
We are using SAP travel management for expense approvals. In the package PTRM_WEB_UI, you will find the component FITE_VC_RECEIPTS. In the VIEW - RECEIPTS_VIEW you will find in the table that there is a column called "Short Info". However this column in not visible in the portal.
There is no personalization done to hide this column.
The visible property of this column is set to "visible".
In portal content directory if i right click....this column is not even available to be added/removed.
Please help me understand why this column in not visible and how can i make it appear in portal.

WebDynpro ABAP - Display Short Text instead of values in table column.

Hi WebDynPro Experts,
    i have Column in a table which displays subject. This column has domain associated ZDE_SUBJECT with fixed values & short text
Fix.Val    Short Text
01             Level 1
02             Level 2
03             Level 3
04             Level 4
05             Level 5
when i bind this cloumn to a table UI element. And have records for this table. At runtime inside the table column. i see values returned as 01, 02 , 03 ( basically fix val) my requirement is to display the corresponding short text. Is there any easy approach to do this???

I think you need to bind the short text values to the table UI.
I am not sure if there is any other easy approach for this.

How to Sort single column in webdynpro table

Hi all
I have requirement as follows.
i have webdynpro table with the following columns like Date,firstname,lastname,address etc.
now when i run the the application the table is populating the data at runtime that is fine.
i need as soon as table is loaded , Date field in the table should be displayed the values in the decending order...i have the requirement as follows...
how to sort the single column in table ...by default the values of the column displayed with decending order as soon as table displays at runtime....i dont want to click any button specific button to do the sort for that column

Hi, I solved the same problem by modifying the sort() method in the default TableSorter class so that it takes a column id and direction rather than an event.
I assume you have read the TableSorter tutorial.
Like this. (This was done on nw ce 7.1 btw but may work on older versions as well.
Oh and then you just call the sort method right after you have made the request

hi there,
i have a table on my webdynpro with several columns displaying values in EUR with 2 decimals.
now my customer wants to be able to switch between EUR and Thousand-EUR. When Thousand-EUR is displayed ther should be no decimals visible anymore. How can i achieve that? in my context-node the values are defined with 2 decimals. is it possible to change types of context-attributes dynamically? or is there another way to achieve that.

Suppose ur text view element ID contained in a particular table column is 'TXT_VIEW_AMOUNT'.
then you get its reference like this in domodifvview
data: lo_text_view type ref to cl_Wd_text_view.
lo_text_view ?= view->get_element( 'TXT_VIEW_AMOUNT' ).
then call the corresponding bind_text method
lo_text_view->bind_text( path = 'DATA.AMOUNT ). "here DATA.PATH is attribute path

Your setting the table value that time you will get the Country Code.
1.Create the attribute like Country_Column_Visible Data Type bind the com.sap.ide.webdynpro.uielementdefinitions.Visibility this value you need to bind the table country column.
2.In Table You need to check the country code Japan is available you need follow this below sample code.

Dynamic table column creation

Hi All,
I am trying to create a table where the number of columns is equal to the number of entries in an output table in my context. How do I go about creating columns dynamically dependant on the number of entries in a table?

If you really need to create table columns programmatically, you can do this in the wdDoModifyView() method of the view controller.
Store the configuration data for the columns in the view controller context and write some code like the following:

    table.getView().createElement(IWDTableColumn.class, id);
IWDInputField editor = (IWDInputField)
    table.getView().createElement(IWDInputField.class, null);

This assumes you have created the table itself during design time and bound its data source already. If needed, this can also be done programmatically.

Grouping Table Columns

Hi All,
In my webdynpro application we need to "Group Table Column". I am using NWDS 2.0.9. The "Insert Group COlumn" feature is not there in NWDS 2.0.9. If so how ca i group my table columns. Can anyone provide me a solution for this.

Hi Divya,
I have done this in my application too.
I have used two tables,
The things you need to do is,
1. Create a scroll container
2. Create 1st table,
3. assign the columns coming under its header.
4. create the 2nd table,
5. assign the rest of the columns under that header.
6. Table properties to be set
7. Now make footer visible false for both the table.
8. visible no of rows = -1
9. assigning same context or model node to both the tables will make it as one table itself, and selecting row in one table will also select same row in other table.
10.Dont keep wrapping as true in any table cell editor, because if there occurs any wrapping in one table, the alignment of rows will be disturbed for both.
11.And using scroll container instead of footer will not create the scrolling event of footer in the application.
This will solve your problem.
