@WebService & @Session- Error of conflicting class level annotations

Hi,
I am trying to compile the following code
package test;
import javax.ejb.SessionBean;
import javax.ejb.SessionContext;
import javax.jws.WebMethod;
import javax.jws.WebService;
import weblogic.jws.WLHttpTransport;
import weblogic.jws.Transactional;
import weblogic.ejbgen.Session;
@Session(ejbName="TransactionEJB")
@WebService(name="TransactionPortType", serviceName="TransactionService", targetNamespace="http://example.org")
@WLHttpTransport(contextPath="transactions", serviceUri="TransactionService", portName="TransactionPort")
public class TransactionImpl implements SessionBean { 
     @WebMethod()
     @Transactional(value=true)
     public String sayHello(String message) {   
          System.out.println("sayHello:" + message);
          return "Here is the message: '" + message + "'";
     public void ejbCreate() {}
     public void ejbActivate() {}
     public void ejbRemove() {}
     public void ejbPassivate() {}
     public void setSessionContext(SessionContext sc) {}
However, Thiis gives me following error at compile time.
"The web service has conflicting class level annotations and cannot be compiled."
Will much appreciate any help on this.

Has Anyone Found an Answer to this ? I am getting the exact same error
