Authorization error for referenced class javax/mail/Session.

All,
I am trying to compile a java source which is using session object in javax/mail/session.
I am getting the error java/lang/System: Authorization error for referenced class javax/mail/Session.
I used "import javax.mail.*;" in my java source..
I loaded both mail.jar and activation.jar using the below command in different schema other than the schema which above java source exists.
loadjava -thin -verbose -user <user>/<pwd>@<dburl> -resolve -synonym activation.jar
loadjava -thin -verbose -user <user>/<pwd>@<dburl> -resolve -synonym mail.jar
After loading, All java classes in mail.jar and activation.jar were in compiled state in that schema
Its working well in different database having the same configuration.
My oracle version is Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6.0 - 64bit Production

I have to accomplish tried in CONSOLE TestMail.class:
C>java TestMail
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/Partmy make.bat:
javac -g -classpath

Is there any rule defined on the mailserver that BPEL is accessing via SMTP? Is it directly checking the address for validation or something?
Can you do a SMTP transaction on the BPEL server for this mail account only?
    1) Create a notification process that sends a mail only for this user.
    2) open a telnet session from the BPEL server commandline to do a SMTP conference.

    Hello Sumit
You've got this exception because javax.mail.Session is not serializable. It
does not depend on whatever implementation you use. In fact you can only use
the mail session you set up when you are in the server. I mean, when you try
to use it from an EJB, http bean session or whatever code that runs in the
weblogic server. Weblogic does not give a Serialized copy of the session to
the client but directly a reference on the only one Session created at boot
time, even if you lookup for it.
In your exemple, you try to get a reference on a Session from a client
program. It cannot work ! Session is not Serializable.
    Hope this help

  • Javax.mail.Session

I am trying to write a program to send email. I have problem when I tried to compile my prog. They are something like these:
    Method getInstance(java.util.Properties)
    not found in class Session.
    Session session = Session.getInstance(props);
    ^
Incompatible type for constructor. Can't convert Session to javax.mail.internet.MimeMessage.
    Message message = new MimeMessage(session);
    ^
    2 errors
Anyone can help me get around these things.

Its probably getting confused between javamail session and standard session
Try using javax.mail.Session instead of session.
    javax.mail.Session session = javax.mail.Session.getInstance(props);

  • Change the Mail-Session's type in glassfish to type javax.mail.Session

    hi all guys!
com.sun.enterprise.deployment.MailConfiguration is the default type of Mail_Session in the glassfish, but I want the javax.mail.Session to construct a MimeMessage!
    How can I do?
    All comments will be appriciate!

It sounds like you are attempting to lookup the resource using the non-portable server dependent resource name (and you are getting a non-portable server dependent result in return).
If instead, you use the portable JNDI name of the mail resource, the expected javax.mail.Session object will be returned, e.g.
    Session mailSession = (Session) ic= new InitialContext().lookup("java:comp/env/mail/mobileMailSession");
Also make sure that the resource has been assigned the JNDI name you decide on ("mail/mobileMailSession" in the example above).
See also https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4500 and http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5277688&tstart=75 for more information and context.

  • Compilation Error for import classes not found in generated Proxy Class

    Hi,
We are generating java classes for the COM dll using JCOM com2java compiler.
We are getting a compilation error for import class not found when compiling the
generated Proxy java source code. It can't find the com.bea.jcom.Dispatch class that
the generated Proxy java source code extends. It also can't find com.bea.jcom.Variant
or com.bea.jcom.Param. These are interfaces or data types or classes used by COM
    library.
I added weblogic.jar to my class path and the only Dispatch class i found inside
    the weblogic.jar is com.linar.jintegra.Dispatch;
We have com objects for which we want to develop an EJB client to interface with
the COM object using JCOM with Native Mode disabled.
Any help on the compilation error..I tried changing the extends for Dispatch to com.linar.jintegra.Dispatch
but the other errors are still there.
To begin with, I think the generated code should not refer to any of the COM data
    types.
    Any help please.

    Hi,
I resolved the other errors by changing all references from com.bea.jcom.Variant

    package.
    Thank you all anyways,

go to http://<host>:<port>/index.html -->User Management log in using j2ee_admin
When you go into one of the tabs, there will a client entry . Just change.
You should able to do the same thing with UME provider service in the visual admin.
Please check Note 938980 if you are using VPN.
This is probably a Java Web-Start issue. Please check logon with other JWS versions. Also check if you have any conflicting JWS versions installed.

  • 'No authorization' error for selection values outside the authorized range

    Hi All,
We are currently trying to use the authorization analysis concept for 'Cost center reporting'.
We have made 0COSTCENTER info-object as authorization relevant and have created a analysis authorization object for it through RSECADMIN and we have maintained a single value as '1875' . We have assigned this object to 1 of the test users.
So now if the user runs the report for cost center '1875' , he is able to view the data/report. Now if he enters any other cost center apart from '1875' than he gets an authorization error (Everything works as per requirement till this point).
But now if the user enters multiple cost centers like 1875, 1876, 1877 as multiple single values and runs the report, he gets an 'No authorization error'.
So all the experts, please let me know if it's possible in anyway for the user to see the result/report for the value he is authorized to (in this case - 1875) and should give an information/warning/error message saying that he is not authorized to other cost center (in this case - 1876, 1877).
Same thing is occuring if user enters a range. Suppose a user is authorized for cost center - 1875 to 1880. Now if he puts multiple single values or range in between the authorized range than he can see the result but if he enters even 1 single value outside the range he gets an error - what I mean by this is - if the user enter a range from 1875 to 1801, he does not get any data display but instead he recieves an error message saying 'No authorization' even though he is authorized for all the cost centers in that range except 1801.
I would really appreciate your help regarding this. Any comments/suggestions are very welcome.
    Thanks & regards,
    Sunny

    Hi Sunny
That is the way analysis authorizations work!!
If you ask for a number of values i.e. cost centers and you don't have authorization to *all* of them you will get a system error as you say.
There is no way of partially evaluating the query as you suggest (only for the authorized values).
Try to be less restrictive when defining characteristic values in RSECADMIN.
    In queries use variables with
Processing by Authorization and Input Ready.
So the system will tell the user which are the allowed values. In your example the system suggests the range 1875-1880.
    Hope this helps, regards
    Germá

  • Configure Mac Mail for First Class E-Mail? Help!

So I have been able to get Mac Mail on my new MBP to retrieve and send e-mail from three of my four accounts; the one that I cannot get to work is with my mail from First Class, our college's mail server.
I have worked with our IT guy and have all the settings correct in the account creation wizard.  Mail connects, populates an inbox, but when I try to sentd mail, I get any number of errors: smtp failed to connect, etc.  Sometimes the server has (ofline) next to it in the rely message.
I have deleted and re-created numerous times, deleted the related keychain, restarted, searched this forum and Googled, and I can't find anything.
I really do not want to use the First Class client.  I find it clunky, and I just want to have all my mail in one program.
So is anyone here successfully using Mac Mail to send and receive their First Class e-mail?
    Cheers!

I manage a FirstClass server.  Your user account on the server must be set to "Allow Mail Relay."  It can only be done from the Administration side, so you're at the mercy of the IT department to give you that privilidge. Other wise you're stuck using the FirstClass client.

I used tcode rsecadmin to track the authorization, when I execute as user XXX, I can get the same error above, but when I go to "Display Log", no error showed there.
Did anybody meet the same error before? How to resolve that?
Any post would be appreciated and thank you all in advance!

I think there is some missing authorization, here
the user has no access to execute the DTP.
You can analyse it in rsecadmin or also see

Meanwhile: Mac clients are able to connect to smptd submission port to send mail with no problems. Based on what the logs say, it appears that the Mac mail is using a different authentication mechanism.

    Running OS X 10.8.4 with Server 2.2.1.
Any thoughts on what I need to do to make OSX Server mail play nice with Outlook over the submission port?
    Thanks in advance!!

Ok - so I think I have it almost all sussed. So for all 3 of you who might be reading this, here is what is going on.
    1) As I expected, this has nothing to do with the FQDN/Outlook problem. I actually rejoiced when I finally got far enough to have that problem with my Outlook 2007 and 2010 clients. And I don't like the recommended fix for that either. There is another way - more on that in a minute.
    2) This problem was all about authentication methods. At present, I have OS X Mail Server set for plain text and APOP only. I will be working to fix this soon - but at present I am unable to find any other combination that permits both Mac Mail and Outlook clients to authenticate properly. Mac Mail wants to use CRAM-MD5 by default. Outlook is so incompatible with CRAM-MD5 that even when there are other authentication methods available on the mail server, if CRAM-MD5 is selected on the Server then Outlook fails miserably no matter how you configure the Outlook client. Caveat: this is my own observation and I still have some experimenting to do. If you know otherwise (or can confirm more definitively), then please speak up!
So here is the working configuration at present:
       A) Mail Server authentication set to Custom with PlainText and APOP selected, all others blank.
       B) Firewall permits inbound from ports 25 (for mail from "outside"), 587 (submission for authenticated users, TLS) 993 (SSL IMAP), and 995 (SSL POP).
       C) Mac POP Clients:
          i) For retrieval (POP) In advanced settings, use Port 995, Check "Use SSL", Select APOP for authentication.
ii) For submission (SMTP) : Set port 587 (only), Set Authentication to "Password"
        D) Outlook 2007,2010,2013 clients
           i) For retrieval (POP), Set "Require secure logon using SPA"
ii) In "More Settings/Outgoing Server" set it to require authentication with same credentials as inbound
         iii) In "More Settings/Advanced"
             a) Turn on Encryption for the POP3, this should change the port to 995 automatically. If it does not, fix that too.
             b) Set outgoing server to 587
             c) Set TLS for the encryption type (nothing else will work here)
Once you do 2.A, 2.B, 2.D, you will THEN, finally encounter the FQDN problem.
    3) So Apple and a lot of folks here in the forums resolve the FQDN problem by removing one of the restrictions:
Remove "reject_non_fqdn_helo_hostname" from "smtpd_helo_restrictions" in your postfix main.cf file.
I have at least 2 problems with this:
       A) It removes yet another little bit of security from the setup
       B) It involves non-GUI changes to the config...which is dangerous if you use the GUI, as changes within the GUI will often result in overwrites to your changes outside the GUI. So you can easily lose this fix without being aware of it until one of your Outlook users starts screaming.
The problem is really with Outlook and Windows not sending the FQDN in the first place. So how about we force them to do that instead? It turns out not to be too hard. I found a thread somewhere that goes into this and it works. Further, the solution remains on through reboots AND also can be made part of an automated deployment of a standard config. The only gotcha is you have to edit the registry...so you have to be careful. You only need to do this ONCE though, and the two entries are easy to find.
      C) Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/services/Tcpip/Parameters
           i) Set Hostname to the FQDN of your host (replace HOST with HOST.domain.com - or .net, or whatever)
ii) Set NV Hostname to the FQDN of your host
iii) Close Regedit and Reboot to have the changes take effect
Once you do this, the FQDN problem for Outlook users goes away.
So I am looking for suggestions to make the SMTP submission more secure. Aside from that, things are working - and I have had to make ZERO changes to config files outside of the Server GUI - a plus as far as I am concerned.
