The specific details of the Creative Cloud Photography Plan can be found here: https://creative.adobe.com/plans/photography
The primary apps included are Photoshop CC 2014 and Lightroom.
You also gain access to online storage and Lightroom Mobile.

  • I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I cannot gain access to Photoshop, just Lightroom. It worked for night I purchased it and now I cannot open up Photoshop.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I can't open up Photoshop.  I had access to it the night I bought it online and now I cannot use it. Will someone help figure this out.  Perhaps I'm an idiot and just missing an obvious step so I apologize for that but, I still NEED HELP!!!

I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering.   I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it.  I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern. I bought something,  it's not working and I want to know why.  Thank you and apologies for sounding rude. Thank you for responding as well.

  • I have the Creative Cloud Photography plan why am I being asked for a serial number?

I ordered the Creative Cloud Photography plan yesterday and I believe I haven't got the serial number. I've looked under My Products, I've looked under My Orders, I've checked my email...I just keep going in circles and I don't know how to start using the product that I paid for. :S

    Branching to a separate discussion.
C2ro as a member of the Creative Cloud Photography plan there is no need for a serial number.  If you are being asked for a serial number then there is likely a connection error preventing the active membership from being authorized on the computer.  Please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html for information on how to resolve connection errors.
For more information on how to install Photoshop and Lightroom please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

  • Can 2 people/computers use 1 membership of the Creative Cloud/Photography plan?

My photography business has 2 employees (myself included) that uses the editing software. Can 2 users on 2 different computers share the membership of Creative Cloud/Photography or do I need to purchase 2 memberships?
    Thanks in advance,
    Kasey

I read that, one membership can installed in 2 computers, but only one can log in at a time, so CC apps can't run on 2 computers at the same time.

  • I want to buy the Creative Cloud Photography plan that includes Photoshop and Lightroom but I currently have a plan $9.99 a month that includes only Photoshop CC. How do I switch plans?

If you're already on an installment plan for $9.95 per month that includes only Photoshop CC, how do switch plans to obtain the combination Photoshop and Lightroom plans for the same price?
    Thanks,
    Dennis

Cancel old and buy new is the only way I know, but you MAY be able to exchange
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

  • Products included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan: is Bridge included?

If I buy the Creative Cloud Photography Plan, am I able to download Adobe Bridge as part of the package?

Yeah, things are as clear as mud as to what's included... I downloaded Bridge after the fact, and kept wincing when I thought about my credit card, wondering if I'd signed up for an additional program that was going to cost me plenty... Apparently, it's included... Thanks for all the worry, Adobe!

  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan only works in Trial Mode?

    Hello everyone,
I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
Does anybody know anything about that?
    Thank you.

  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan

I am looking at buying Photoshop and noticed that it is cheaper to buy it in the Creative Cloud Photography Plan, Does this include the full version of Photoshop and not just specific tools for photography? Is there any limitations to it at all?

No limitations. It's the same full version of Photoshop that you get in the Cloud Complete Plan.

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?

PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.
