The program was compiled to a version that is 1.5 compliant.
You tried to run it with an earlier version that does not know anything about the new information and formats that the 1.5 version introduced, and it refused to run the program.
Use the same version for compiling and running (simple solution, there are others.)

Arey you sure you did not launch the server twice ?
Eventually, kill the other process first.

Hi Le,
these are the hardware requirements as concerns to hard disk space:
25 GB hard disk space temporary during installation - 12 GB permanent.
Do you have enough free space on the drive where you want to install the software? If not, the installer can't unzip the compressed file where the db files are stored.
You should have in your windows temporary directory a file called stderr with the detail log of the failed extraction

I umount one filesystem like this:
# umount -F /export/home1
Then I tried to mount it back as:
# mount /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6 /export/home1
mount: I/O error
mount: cannot mount /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6
partition /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6 and directory /export/home1 all exist in the system. Why can I not mount it back. Please help. I am waiting. Thanks.

mount: I/O error
mount: cannot mount /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6I/O error indicates that there is a problem communicating with that device.
You might use 'format' to see if the device is responding, and perhaps run a read analysis on it.
Maybe the disk has died? Bad cable?

Admin had me use the brarchive option -ds to brbackup
brbackup -u / -p init$.sap -t online -m full -c -a -ds
the brarchive option being -ds

But I am getting this alert from SCOM and SCOM has no information about the alert for me to find out what to do - thought that was the point of SCOM to let you know of problems and how to resolve them. :)
The alert is coming from the Error Count Monitor that is part of the Hyper-V Management Pack Extensions (v 4.0.0.0)
I have tried looking in the Event Logs on the Host and there doesn't seem to be any storage related errors there. I am trying to establish if this is a false positive, why it is happening and if it is safe to override and ignore.
There is nothing on the Product Knowledge tab and nothing on the Alert Context other than what I have already mentioned (see below).

I trust you'll agree that the meaning is rather self-explanatory. Like you, I don't know why your file would contain cross-references if you didn't install them, but in any case, to commence investigation, dismiss the error to allow the document to finish opening, then check the lower portion of the Hyperlinks panel (Window > Interactive > Hyperlinks) to see whether any cross-references are listed there. If there are entries, you should be able to click-select them and delete using the trash can icon at the bottom of the panel. Save the file, close, and re-open. If there are no entries in the cross-references section, then it's time to go to the standard generalized troubleshooting measures...
