What is the format for a Client Request JMS message.

I am trying to send directly to the JMS queue to start a WLI process. From the Workshop browser, the message is received. However, when sending my own JMS message, WebLogic complains with an "Unexpected message format" onMessageException.
What is the correct format for a WLI Client Request node? A text message? Please help. Thanks - Frank.

Kai,
Thanks for the info. I have created a MB channel and a JMS event generator. But now it seems that my problem has simply been moved further out. Case in point: If I send a simple XML text message to the JMS event queue, the WebLogic JPD throws a MBConnectorException ("Could not determine channel type").
So I am wondering if this is still not the best practice to accomplish what I want. Should I be using a MDB which then simply calls a JCX control that knows how to talk to the WLI start node? The whole idea is that I want to start the workflow with a simple JMS message.
Thanks in advance,
Frank

    Hi Dominic,
    0FISCPER is a NUMC 7 infoobject. And it takes your 003.200 seven symbols leaving the last symbol. Though, the output format is length of 8.
    A'm not sure if you are dealing with external format (in this case try to enter 0032005) or with internal (then try 2005003).
    Best regards,

  • What is the format for the DATE date type in SQL

    I just wanted to know what the format is for the Date type in Oracle 10g SQL. I need to be able to specify to the second, but not further than that. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    DATE format is configurable and can be easily changed. I suggest the function TO_DATE. For example:
    to_date('10-20-2008', 'MM-DD-YYYY')
    to_date('20/12/08 20:15', 'dd/mm/yyyy hh24:mi')Regards,

  • What is the format for pandigital

    I Have a Pandigital planet and can i load ibook to it$

    No.  Read the Requirements section on every purchase page in the iBookstore to find out what devices you need in order to read the ibook being described.
    There are some exceptions, however.  If the book is in epub format and has no DRM (mainly free books and those from O'Reilly), you may be able to read it on your device.  To find an epub reader for your device you would have to consult the people who make it or their forums.

  • HT4623 What is the format for the iOS7 passcode?

    Numeric only, alpha numeric or just alpha?  can i use symbols?

    Find my iPad is a function of your iCloud account - in your iCloud account settings, "find my ipad" is a setting you enable or disable for the account.  The password associated with it is your iCloud account's AppleID password.
    The "Find my iPhone" app in the App store is used on an iOS device, to track other iOS devices, and again, you would need to log in there with the iCloud account password associated with the iCloud account on the missing device(s).
    So no, the passcode lock has nothing at all to do with find my iPhone/iPad - that is purely a function of your iCloud account on each device.

  • Re: (forte-users) Ok, what's the "secret" for setting serverside envi

    Dear Robinson,
    It seems to be that you have 2 ways of solving the problem:
    1) restart forte after setting the environment variables
    2) write a little application which sets the required variables, using
    the task.part.OperatingSystem.SetEnv(name,value) method.
    If you have to chage the variables rarely, then it`s easier to restart forte,
    otherwise I would suggest to use the SetEnv function...

    Richard,
    There is no way of changing the environment variable once the Node
    Manager is up. You will have to shutdown the node manager and then restart
    it to have the new environment variables take effect. Sorry, there is no
    secret way of doing this that I know of.
    But you can set the variables on you development machine and run you
    application without distributing. This way the partition will be running in
    your client machine and not the server.
    Another way we have also got around this is by having a special
    environment variable on the client side that opens a admin screen when you
    run you application. This admin screen will allow you to change the
    environment variables and then set them on the server partition. You will
    have to do come coding on the server to make this happen but if you are
    using a framework then it should be easy. We call this developer reconnect
    facility. It only can be activated by the special client side environment
    variable. I comes in very handy when we are development and want to change
    the database on the server partition.
    Hope this help.

  • What's the format of the datasource tag in jbosscmp-jdbc.xml

    Hi,
    I made a CMP when I use Lomboz to generate the classes, and xml files, but I still don't know how to relate my CMP to datasource.
    I thought may be I should configure the jbosscmp-jdbc.xml, because when I look in this file and found:
    <defaults>
    <datasource>PLEASE_MODIFY_THIS</datasource>
    <datasource-mapping>PLEASE_MODIFY_THIS</datasource-mapping>
    <preferred-relation-mapping>PLEASE_MODIFY_THIS</preferred-relation-mapping>
    </defaults>
    But I don't know how to "modify this", What do those tags mean? what are those for? and what are the Formats?
    My database -- mySQL
    datasouce xml file -- test-ds.xml:
    <datasources>
    <local-tx-datasource>
    <jndi-name>jdbc/test</jndi-name>
    <connection-url>jdbc:mysql://devsz-ma3.cn1.belton.com.hk:3306/test?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8</connection-url>
    <driver-class>com.mysql.jdbc.Driver</driver-class>

  • What is the alternative for DisplayMemberPath="Value" for Windows Store applications?

    I think there is a bug with Windows Store Applications when it comes to using DisplayMemberPath="Value".
    Here is my code
    <ComboBox Height="40" VerticalAlignment="Stretch" SelectedValuePath="Key" DisplayMemberPath="Value" x:Name="comboBox1" FontSize="25"/>
    var source = new Dictionary<string, double>();
    source.Add("Item1", 0.4);
    source.Add("Item2", 0.3);
    source.Add("Item3", 0.1);
    source.Add("Item4", 0.1);
    var formateDSource = new Dictionary<string, string>();
    foreach (var item in source)
    formateDSource.Add(string.Format("[{0}, {1}]", item.Key, item.Value), item.Key);
    comboBox1.ItemsSource = source;
    If you use this code in WPF in works perfectly. However if you use this code in a Windows Store Application then the Combo Box is empty and an error is thrown. So is there an alternative way to do this in Windows Store Applications and have I unearthed a
    bug? Because I have researched the Web for days and found no solution to this.*please do not comment unless you have tried my code as a Windows Store App not a WPF in Visual Studios. Can Someone post an example based on my code that works in Windows Store
    Apps please because this is terrible.
    Thanks

    It looks like you got an answer on SO:

    This does look like a bug.

  • What are the settings for Primere Elements 9 if I've filmed with a Canon Powershot sx50 HS?

    I just got this camera and I want the best quality possible. Unfortunately, it's hard for me to fully know if the settings I try create that. I get a fuzz or noise on objects like if I'm wearing a black jacket it's like static. When I put the video on my phone which is an Android Galaxy s4 it converts it into mp4 format and I get much more clear results than on my computer which perplexes me. I did a lot of trial and error with my previous camera (JVC Full HD Everio) which I got the same results. My newer Canon should be leagues ahead of the JVC, but I really can't tell as of yet. If anyone could help that would be awsome. I have examples of my trials and errors from my Youtube videos which you can see I felt I was slowly making progress with the JVC Oppositeofhood - YouTube

    Then I saw your latest post
    Wait, I think I just found it. I pressed record on different settings to take pictures with like portrait to see if it would make a difference and when I uploaded them to my computer I found where it shows the BIt rate and it varied. They run at 23 frames per second 1920 x 1080 MOV video files and all the Bit rates are like 36,356 35,414 ,36,521
    If your camera is recording with a variable bitrate, the Bitrate variations from file to file should not be contributing to the issue. But it does raise the issue related to whether or
    not we are setting the appropriate bitrate level in the export settings. What are the units for 36,356, 35,414, and 36,517 -
    kbps (also can be written Kbps) and is kilobits per second
    or
    Mbps which is megabits per second.
    Let us try this for one of your 1920 x 1080p24 videos.
    Go through the following workflow
    Manually set project preset...
    NTSC
    DSLR
    1080p
    DSLR 1080p24
    When you go to export your edited Timeline content, then use
    Share
    Computer
    QuickTime
    with Presets = NTSC DV 16:9 - that is going to be customized to 1080p24 (H.264.mov) under the Advanced Button/Video Tab of that preset
    The essential settings under the Advanced Button/Video Tab
    Video Codec = H.264
    Frame Width = 1920
    Frame Height = 1080
    Frame Rate = 23.976
    Field Type = Progressive
    Aspect = Square Pixels (1.0)
    Now here is where we are going to experiment....
    Bitrate
    Check Mark next to Limit Data Rate to and type in 36000 before kbps
    note the file size of the export as well as the quality of the playback.
    Repeat the whole process but in export
    Remove the check mark next to Limit Data Rate. The Bitrate field will be disabled.
    note the file size of the export as well as the quality of the playback.
    We will be watching for your results.
    Thanks.
