What is this format called? How do I do it?

Hey! I want to know how to format a site such that the content is on the middle column with a different background color as the main background, such as on bodybuilding.com
I don't know what this type of thing is called so I couldn't search for any answers yet.

Welcome to the world of web designing. To get what you are trying to achieve, you will have to set the background color for the page (blue in this case), and then create a container DIV for the rest of the content with the background color white.
Before you proceed, I would suggest that you take up a tutorial on HTML and CSS. Later, use David Powers's tutorial Web page design | How to make and style a web page in Dreamweaver CC

then what about the color tone here? it's very pure and clean, a touch of blue i think, is it from the nature light or from photoshop effect?
The colour tone is (hopefully) a result of the nature of the natural light faithfully reproduced by the high quality of the camera (and film if relevant).
You will get quite different and sometimes rapidly changing tones of colour depending on the natural light; this is different for different times of day, different directions, different weather conditions.
Just to mention a few comparisons, the warm light from the setting sun is quite different from the cool light from the clear bright sky through a (high) window to the north at noon, and the light of the sun can be changed immensely by the huge white (or grey) filter sometimes applied to (parts of) the sky.
You may do many things in Photoshop, but photography is still an art form, not just cheating, at least for some.
I believe one of the real provings of cameras/films is the ability to reproduce the delicate but profoundly different tinges in snow on a clear day.

Locate Missing Folder, a dialog should appear. The dialog gives you access to every hard disk connected to your computer or CD/DVDs if they're in the tray. Use this dialog to navigate to the location where the folder is now located, then select this folder (not the files). Finally, press the
Choose button and allow Lightroom to do its stuff.
The method described above also applies to the PC version although the dialog is called
Browse for Folder and the
Choose button is replaced by
OK.
You can avoid getting into a situation were Lightroom looses track of your folders/subfolders by using a variation of above.

What is this process called in Elements?

I purchased PE9 and inside the box cover they show that you can take two picture

Here is another approach to "open" a closed eye for example.
Use the lasso to roughly select the good eye.
Feather the selection a few pixels to soften the edges.
Copy and paste the selection to a new layer.
Flip the layer horizontally.
Use the Move tool with arrow keys to position the copy eye over the closed eye.
If some of the edges are visible (maybe due to not enough feathering) you can remove these with the Eraser tool and a soft brush.
This method of course can be used to copy eyes between pictures. In this case resizing of the eye layer might be needed.
Also it works well for things like camera flash on just one of the subject's eyeglass lens.

Same issue here. I tried to follow the suggestion and open the entry in the missed calls list, but when I tap it, a new FaceTime call Is triggered. I do have to delete the entry by swiping left and tap "delete" to get rid of the red circle.

I have version 5.7 and every time I opened it I was told that updates are available and to click on the icon to access these. Instead it just took me to the
adobe page with nowhere visible to update. I then sought to download lightroom cc and this is when I could not access the 'develop' section due to reduced
functionality It was apparent that my photos had been put in cc but no way to access them unless I wanted to subscribe.
I have since remedied the problem as my original lightroom 5.7 icon is still available on the desktop and have gone back to that. I do feel that this is a bit
of a rip off and an unnecessary waste of my time though.

I'm having trouble with my Time Capsule Airport, I made all the settings according to the manual, but there has been a connection problem with my iMac. When I finish my work I turn off the imac and then again when they return to work and care, it can not connect to Time Capsule Airport, making it impossible to remove the files and make back up by Time Machine only works when I turn off and turn on the Airport Time Capsule , but I think this may end up with the unit. Quando termino meus trabalhos desligo o imac e depois quando retorno pra trabalhar novamente e ligo, ele não se conecta a Airport Time Capsule, impossibilitando retirar os arquivos e fazer o back-up pelo Time Machine, só funciona quando desligo e ligo a Airport Time Capsule, mas acho que isso pode acabar com o aparelho. In the airport utility bring up your Time Capsule.

Please also make sure you are set to ipv6 in your wireless or ethernet .. whichever is used.. and do tell which.
This is wifi in your computer.
The following are important..
DO not use long names with spaces and non-alphanumeric names.
Use short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
eg TC name. TCgen5
Wireless name TCwifi
Use WPA2 Personal security with 10-20 character pure alphanumeric password.
read apple instructions to help with TM and TC.. they did finally admit it has issues in Mavericks.

Mount the TC manually in finder.

When asked for the password .. that is the disk access password and save it in the keychain.

Hopefully this will help you. Try placing your iPad in recovery mode again. You may have to try this a few times.
