What's the difference of Creative Cloud for individuals and Business for a one-man company and Photoshop only?

Hey guys,
I want to decide whether to buy Adobe CC for individuals (12euro a month VAT included) or company (29 euro VAT excluded). I own/am a one-man company and I only use Photoshop (and Lightroom/Bridge).
As a company, I'd say I'd choose the company one. But the individual one is more than half cheaper and gives the applications I need.
Please advice and tell me the differences.
Thank you

In the US there is no difference.  More specifically, when I look at http://creative.adobe.com/plans and check the prices on the Individual and Business tabs I see the same prices for the same things:  US $19.99/month for Single-App and US $49.99/month for the Complete (all-apps) package, so either the difference is one of different taxation/regulatory burden or you're comparing different things.  Since I'm in the US I can't easily see your Euro pages, but if you want to include screenshots of the Individual and Business pricing area maybe someone can point out what is different.
Regardless, if you only use LR and PS/Br then if I were you I’d sing up for the Photography Plan which is US $9.99/month which is half the PS-only price.

You might be able to arrange a trade locally on Craig's List. You'll pobably have to sell the iPad & then buy the MacBook.

Probably. Back up your data and check your applications for compatibility before installing it.

  • What's the difference between Creative MuVo TX FM and MuVo Micro N2

I want to get gig model and I'm not sure what's the difference between those two (other than price).

The way they look is different
The N200 is solid piece, the TX FM is in 2 pieces (the battery, and the player part itself).
There are features (Line in) which isn't available on the TX (but it's rubbish anyway)
You can read all of it if you look at the specs or features on the creative webby, and then way out the pros and cons for yourself.

  • What are the advantages of Creative Cloud for a Virtual Team?

Hi, I run The Virtual Works UK, we are a team of multi-skilled professionals who are remotely based in various locations across the UK. We collaborate heavily with our customers and provide services such as implementation of Customer Management Systems, Workforce Management Solutions and Virtual Project Assistance.
I have been looking at a few applications both cloud based and others.
I wondered whether those of who have used Creative Cloud could list its 10 main advantageous to those of its competitors ie functionality and how they could benefit a business such as mine.
We sell B2B on our behalf and that of our customers, who are mainly new, small to medium sized businesses in different verticals.
How would our use of Creative Cloud benefit them as well?
Any feedback would be most appreciated.

  • What is the technology underpinning creative cloud?

Can anyone direct me to the best place to understand how Adobe deploys the Creative Cloud application?  Is there a UI shell downloaded to the PC? Are the executables client-side, or server-side?  I'm not a developer, but could probably understand the basics if someone could explain the building blocks.
Is there a thread about this already?
    Thanks

  • What is the difference between Azure RemoteApp Basic vs Standard Plans in terms of compute cores and memory?

So our customer has asked us to compare compare Amazon Workspace and Azure RemoteApp offerings for them to choose from. While looking at Amazon Workspace, it clealy defines bundles with specific CPU cores, memory and user storage. However, Azure RemoteApp
only specifies user storage and vaguely compares its basic vs. standard plans in terms of "task worker" vs. "information worker"
I tried looking up its documentation but couldn't find specific CPU cores that are dedicated per user in basic vs. standard plans. I have following questions:
Can anyone point me in the right direction or help understand how many CPU cores and memory are dedicated (or shared) per user in each plan?
Our customer would most likely need a "custom" image for their custom apps. Is it possible for us to choose specific CPU cores and memory for the users to be able to run their apps in azure remoteapp?
In case i am misunderstanding the basic difference between AWS workspace and Azure RemoteApp, i'd appreciate some help in understanding it as well.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
With Azure RemoteApp users see just the applications themselves, and the applications appear to be running on their local machine similar to other programs.  With Workspaces users connect to a full desktop and launch applications within that.
    1. Azure RemoteApp currently uses size A3 Virtual Machines, which have 4 vCPUs and 7GB RAM.  Under Basic each VM can have a maximum of 16 users using it whereas under Standard each VM is limited to 10 users.  The amount of CPU available
to a user depends on what the current demands are on the CPU at that moment from other users and system processes that may be on the server.
For example, say a user is logged on to a VM with 3 other users and the other users are idle (not consuming any CPU).  At that moment the user could use all 4 vCPUs if a program they are running needed to.  If a few moments later
the other 3 users all needed lots of CPU as well, then the first user would only have approximately 1 vCPU for their use.  The process is dynamic and seeks to give each user their fair share of available CPU when there are multiple users demanding CPU.
Under the Standard plan a user will receive approximately a minimum of .4 vCPU assuming that the VM has the maximum number of users logged on and that all users are using as much CPU as possible at a given moment.  Under the Basic plan the approximate
    minimum would be .25 vCPU.
    2. You cannot choose the specific number of cores and memory.  What you can do is choose the Azure RemoteApp billing plan, which affects the user density of each VM as described above.  If you need a lower density than Standard you
    may contact support.

  • What is the difference between wiring a datasocket reference or a datasocket URL into Datasocket Read and Write VIs?

Which is better? To wire a URL or a reference into Datasocket read/write?
Does wiring in the reference save processor effort/time? Do I have to close the DS reference before I can do other things to either the same DS connection or other connections? The examples I have looked at tend to use URL's, why is this?
(I am running Labview 7.0 on Windows 2000)

I'd like to bring this thread back up because I'm having the same issue as Michael here.....
I'm stumped on a the functionality of the Read/Write mode for the Datasockets Open VI.
I've attached a picture below showing the 2 different methods of
opening Datasocket references....In one case, I use the Read/Write mode
for DS open, in the other case, I use 2 DS opens: One for READ and
another for WRITE. For some reason, only the latter program works
properly (when I open READ and WRITE separately). Why is this?
    I
thought that if the READ/WRITE MODE was used, the output reference can
be used with the Datasocket READ and Datasocket WRITE Vi's as shown in
Top Vi of picture. Instead, It seems I'm unable to "change" the state
of the Datasocket tag using the the Top Vi.
    FYI: I'm using
DS server manager to create the item. I've also gave proper privileges
to each computer so that they can communicate with the DS server. It
obviously works since using the bottom VI, I get the desired results.
What am i doing wrong?  Are my expectations for the Rea/dWrite functionality correct?

  • Question about the difference between Creative Cloud Single and Complete packages / Photoshop

I am an Adobe Photoshop / CS / CC novice so I apologise in advance for however silly this may come across.  If I purchase Photoshop through the 'single application' package will I get to use Creative Suite to its full potential (masking, layers, sharpening etc) or will I need to purchase the 'complete individual' package which is considerably more expensive?
I have no requirement for Adobe's products beyond photo editing and i am not familiar with the other applications / products listed.
    Thanks

If you subscribe to just Photoshop CC, you get the full application (aka, masking, layers, sharpening) as well as the 20gb online storage. You will not get any of the other applications like Lightroom or Illustrator though. You only get Photoshop.

  • What is the difference between Creative I-Trigue 2300 and 2200?

    Hello,
i found on your webpage the sound speakers I-Trigue 2200, on Amazon and other webpages i found the Creative i-trigue 2300. But i dont find anything about this sound speakers on your page - is this the new model of the i-trigue 2200? The 2300 have a little bit different design.
    Thanks a lot.
    best regards

    Hi,
The 2300 has a much more sleek design than the 2200 and the Bass performance of 2300 is enhanced with it's BasXPort. But nevertheless, both are good 2.0 audio speakers.
You could find more information for the Itrigue 2300 here.
    Cheers.

  • What's the difference between the two IE11 installers listed below?

    Hello,
What is the difference between these two IE-11 downloads (image below)? One is 28MB and one is 54MB. I am having a lot of post-installation issues with the 54MB installer (i.e. opens blank pages, can't access a simple page like google, Windows search stops
indexing). When I install the 28MB download, (so far) I don't have any issues. Since the 28MB installation works, it sounds like my desision is easy but I would still like to know the difference between the two. BTW, the quick install is only 2MB, so I know
I don't have the quick install.
Any help would be appriciated, thank you in advance.
