Its just some declaration errors...
just do as follow:
    public HttpClient(String msg,int gsm)
        this.msg = msg;
        this.gsm = gsm;
        try
            HttpSocket = new Socket("127.0.0.1",3333);
            out = new DataOutputStream(HttpSocket.getOutputStream());
            // guess you shall change this with out.writeChars(msg)
            out.writeChars(message);
            out.close();
            HttpSocket.close();
        catch(UnknownHostException e)
            System.out.println("Don't know about host:127.0.0.1");
            System.exit(1);
        catch(IOException e)
            System.out.println("Couldn't get I/o connection for 127.0.0.1");
            System.exit(1);
