I have no banking card and even if I have it, Ido not want to provide information about it to apple. But I can't install any free app, because Apple demands to enter my banking card information first.
Is that an American democracy? Democracy without choice? Yes?
Or Apple think that I am a monkey, not a human, so I can`t know what I really need and Apple knows better what I have to do?

You could have multiple libraries on one computer and then hold the Shift key down when startng iTunes to choose which library to use.
Or you can have everything in one Library with organized media and apps using multiple Apple IDs.

Try going to the bottom of the Music tab in the iTunes store app on your phone and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select India
