What to do if i want to create apple id but i don't have an existing credit card?
what do i need to do? i want to download the free apps in itunes but i dont have an existing credit card.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is apparently critical. This seems to come and go, or only apply to App Stores in specific countries, so you may not see the option for "None" when asked for a payment type.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

Most commonly used backup methods
Th problem with HD video is it needs a fast external interface, so you should pick a external drive that uses the fastest interface your computer has to offer.
Performance rank fastest to slowest is
Thunderbolt, USB3, (newer Mac's)
Firewire 800, USB 2, Firewire 400, USB 1 (older Mac's)
Newer Windows PC's have USB3, older one's USB 2,1.
You need to format the drive if it comes FAT which a lot do, as FAT has a 4GB file size limit, so this won't work with large HD video files.
So if your going to use the drive only with a Mac, then head to Utlities > Disk Utility and format it Options: GUID Format: OS X Extended Journaled. (select the drive makers name and click Partition tab)
If your going to use the external drive with a PC, take it to the oldest PC you have and right click and format exFAT.
If you have a Windows XP machine and there is no exFAT, it can be downloaded for free from Microsoft.

Contact Apple support at 800MYAPPLE and ask them to assist you with resetting your security quesitons.
They will ask you to verify your identity. Not usually a big issue. Call them ask for assistance.
They can walk you through getting the security question issues resolved.

any ideas ?The purchase of 3rd party apps is handled by Apple thru iTunes only. Apple collects the revenue for the developers keeping 30% of the sales price to cover credit card fees, hosting fees, DRM, collecting and paying applicable sales tax, etc. It isn't possible to charge 3rd party apps to your carrier's monthly bill, and your carrier probably wouldn't be interested in handling this for free if this were possible.

So sorry to hear of your problem but if you want to purchase something from the App Store or iTunes you need either a credit card or appropriate gift cards.

Such custom development is usually very expensive unless you can find a developer willing to go into partnership with you for a share of the profits. Search the web for something like "custom iOS development", or find an app whose design and development you admire and contact the developer.

I'm not sure what you mean, precisely - I opened settings, then I opened "itunes store", then opened "app store", but not sure how to log out, and back in on the phone? I closed them all down again, but still no radio icon, and when I'm in the store and tap the prompt "go to itunes radio" it just brings me to my albums list on the phone. Strange.
Does this make sense? I mean, am I explaining things clearly?

In order to remove a credit card go to...
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to Payment Information in the popup window to change or remove the card. -

The first step would probably be to contact iTunes support as you're being told to do.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.
